I just had a Rainsoft system installed in our new home and was very pleased with the attention to detail and the overall quality. We had a system installed in our previous house over 10 years ago and were very happy with their service through the years, so we decided to go with them again.

I dont think I will be able to write a good enough review. I live in an area with really hard water. The system that came with my house had died and everything in my house was turning orange. I called one company and they basically told me they didnt want to put a system in and if they did it would go bad very quickly and would charge me a very high amount to even put in a system they didnt believe could help me and that took over 3 weeks to even get that as an answer. I called this company, they were out the next day, told me they had a system that could work for me. The following business day the same guy that tested my system and told me what I needed was out and installed the system. It so far has been wonderful. I can take a shower again and feel clean. My wife and I are thrilled about the lifetime warranty and scheduled maintenance plan as well. My dogs can drink the water again too. Loved the response time and the service. My wife even thanked me for sticking with my gut and going with the system. Happy Wife Happy Life.

I was a customer at my last house, recently purchased a new conditioner and UV lamp system for my current home. FANTASTIC experience, from start to finish. Showed up on time, did the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after themselves completely. Installation is VERY organized and looks so good I sent pictures to friends! 10/10 would recommend.
