    Jeff was a professional. He was very easy to follow through with the process of my seasonal tune up. Checking the condition of the units, the working parts, and that certain systems are running efficiently. The unit is only three years old and is running as it should.As Jeff was explaining the yearly service options, the quality assurance supervisor stopped in to check how things were going. He further explained the service options and gave me more understanding of what was offered. He also mentioned a subcontractor for vent cleaning to help with the efficiency of the unit and the health of the home.Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful visit.

    This was one of the best service call experiences weve ever had. The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to learn about our plumbing issue, and went right to work. It wasnt long and our clogged drain was open and draining properly again. We will DEFINITELY call upon Blue Dot again if we ever have another plumbing problem. They are the BEST.

    The HVAC system in my home kept tripping out with a limit switch lockout. I called Blue Dot for service and every customer rep I interacted with were excellent. They proactively called me with parts delivery and service schedule updates. The techs that came out, Brad for diagnostics and Mark for parts installation were excellent. Mark explained what he was doing during every step of the parts installation. After the installation was complete he reviewed his work, performed safety checks and verified that the unit was operating flawlessly. I can highly recommend Blue Dot Services for any residential HVAC service.

    Had semi annual maintenance. They honored the coupon without a problem. The technician, Adrian was super friendly and knowledgeable. The purchase of a heating and air conditioning unit has been one of the best purchases. Blue Door is a step above the rest!!

    Cory F came out promptly at the time I was giving by the call center , I also received a text so great communication ! Cory quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my furnace and gave me options . My unit is 32 years old so I knew the best bet was to replace the whole unit and that was one of Cory’s suggestions . He called the office to have an estimator come out and he should be here in an hour . Mind you this was already 6:30 pm . Blue Dot has been great for service !

    Had a water heater that needed to go. Service was great! Our Technician (Sean) was very knowledgeable and a great worker. Was respectful of my home and was transparent about the services. Pricing was good. Didn’t feel like I was getting hosed…which can happen with HVAC and plumbing depending on who you call. I will be using them in the future.

    An unusual number of emergencies caused Blue Dot to have to push our faucet installation appointment back a day, but they call us well before the original window had closed to explain the situation, The plumber arrived early in the next days window and took care of things right away, even including having to replace a piece of the existing water line. Sean was friendly, efficient, and obviously well-qualified, and the cost was exactly what wed been told to expect. Well have these folks at the top of our list for any future plumbing issues.

    Blue Dot was able to schedule a service call the same day we detected a problem despite the temp being in the low 30sThe serviceman arrived on time and was very thorough in his diagnosis. The problem with our heat pump was repaired in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. Kudos to our serviceman.

    Hi, my tech was Cory F., it is a super frigid day, late in the evening, but he was steadfast and relentless at getting to the bottom of my HVAC/AC unit issues. It wasn’t what we initially thought, but he troubleshot, investigated, read manuals, and called his colleagues to make sure he gave an accurate prognosis and recommendation. He educated me on the work he was doing as it was being done. Very investigative, and as a result, I’m confident in the work that he and Blue Dot can do. Thank you.

    Mark Green was very nice and willing to help when my Heat went out. He exhausted every avenue to try to get the part to fix it right away. When he was told they would have the part ready the following day he volunteered to come in on his day off to help get it fixed for us.     I received excellent service today. My air stopped working and it’s almost 90 today so it was hot and when I scheduled online they were very quick to get into contact with me and see what was going on. The tech, Alex, was here within a few hours. He communicated with me every step of the way and was able to get my air working in a couple hours. He was extremely thorough and very friendly.     I have a maintenance contract with Blue Dot and I am very pleased with their service. In addition to bring reasonably priced, the office is very responsive and the technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and courteous. My technician today was Marco and he did an outstanding job on my biannual maintenance. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and quickly addressed my concerns.     Blue dot all the way!!! Signed a contract for new hvac system yesterday and it was professionally, fully installed today!!! Three very knowledgeable and professional techs showed up on time, kept their work area clean and did an outstanding install. I couldnt believe it when the general manager of blue dot came to my house during the install to introduce himself and to make sure everything was okay! The salesman, Mark Huber was excellent and straight forward as well. Thank you blue dot!

    My heat went up on December 23rd. I called Blue Dot, the original installers and requested service. They sent Kendall Lewis , who came all the way from Delaware on Christmas Eve. He was very professional and knew right away the cause of the problem. Fixed it in no time at all. He did a great job and will call for his services again, if needed. Thank you Kendall and Blue Dot.

    Blue Dot responded to a request for servicing a bad thermostat. Service tech came a couple of hours after we called for service, and fixed the broken part, and also several other problems which cause the part to fail. The work was done quickly, and the service tech was knowledgeable, and professional. My new (2 years old) heat pump/furnace was still under a 10 year warranty, so there was no charge. Excellent service.

I got a clear understanding at that time of why a customer would have an appointment not met. He was at my house doing a service which took an extended amount of time which could cause him to miss another customer who would be expecting him to arrive at their house house after me. The service man did an excellent job in fixing my problem. I would recommend theses services to anyone.

    My mom’s agent Alex Hafer was amazing. He throughly explained the equipment that she needed and the water heater that we got is absolutely fantastic. He counseled us on what the best options were and I would highly recommend Alex Hafer and Blue Dot to anyone I know. My mom is really looking forward to reducing her energy bill after Alex educated us on our 30yr warranty water heater.

    Had my central AC go out overnight, called a few places in the morning. Some places were booked out a couple days out. I called Blue Dot and scheduled an appointment for the earliest available time. They called me about 30 minutes later and told me they were 30 minutes out. The tech diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me very well. Said he could have another person come out today to give a quote on it today. Within 15 minutes of the tech leaving, the second person told me that he was 30 minutes out. He arrived and explained what the options were and while they were out of my price range, I cant say enough how excellent the service was. Dwight and Nick arrived way faster than expected, explained everything exceptionally well, and allowed me to make the best decision for me.Cant ask for anything better.

    I scheduled a technician to come do a tuneup on my boiler before the winter. When the technician and I were in the basement we smelled gas. Luckily he had discovered the water heater had a leak in the relief valve. He replaced the valve on the water heater, cleaned and checked my boiler. David was extremely thorough in making sure all the equipment was ready. I’m so thankful that he was able to repair the gas leak during this visit. Again, Blue Dot has been a great help to me. Special thanks goes to David, the technician, who was able to get everything done in one visit.

    We had to have our A/C replaced, which we found out in the a.m. Blue Dot got a salesman out that afternoon (its busy season so that was admirable), pricing and service deal were very good, we signed and they installed the next day. The new A/C coil was larger than our old one so the technician had to literally remake all of our duct work to fit. The team of two was at our house for 8 hours - they did an excellent job, cleaned up and also showed us how the new thermostat worked. I would highly recommend Blue Dot.

    I never do reviews, however, I chose Blue Dot initially because of the price for an HVAC tune up. I called and had a technician come the same day within the scheduled time frame. DJ was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions during the process. I decided to replace my entire heating and cooling system after 25 years, time to retire the work horse. I had Chris Cymek come out the next day to discuss options/needs/financing. Chris is a top notch professional and gentlemen. He took as long as I needed to be able to make my choice, answered every single question, technical and otherwise. As a new customer I am more than satisfied with this company and their employees and quality of service and pricing was reasonable and fair.     When my water heater tank failed and leaked water everywhere, I immediately called Blue Dot. Their tech checked the tank first to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately, it was too old for a repair so I had to replace it. Blue Dot sent a plumber the next day to install my new tank. I appreciate the quick turnaround time and courteous plumber who explained everything related to installation and maintenance of my new tank.

    I get that we paid more than our neighbors. That being said I really enjoyed meeting and talking with Mario when he came to the house and it was a big plus getting on the schedule as quickly as possible. As for the tech’s they were equally as knowledgeable and helpful. They were as helpful and friendly as the rep was. Matt and his assistant went above and beyond to make this process very smooth. I appreciate the extra work they had to do and not once were they frustrated or irritated by that. Matt explained to me a few times what he was doing and why. That was reassuring as well. Overall the whole team was great. 10 stars and kudos to the time, effort and workmanship on this.

I am a Human Resource professional so these qualities are important to any company. I had (3) three expectational technicians install an HVAC system, hot water heater and AC unit. Professionalism and exceptional customer service is what I received from PRACKNY, RALPH, and DESMOND from the Forest Hill, MD location. Each assessed the job to be completed and thoroughly explained the process. They answered all of my questions before I could even think of any to ask. If Blue Dot has a training team for new employees I extremely suggest you put these three gentleman on that team. They represented your company to the fullest.     A/C replacement with Heat Pump system. Complete job done in one day. Workers were polite, considerate and proficient. Interface with existing hot water boiler two zone baseboard heat needed an isolation relay. But wasn’t included in parts package.     My AC started blowing not cold air on Saturday morning. I called several other companies including the builder installer. I got Tuesday, Monday and a Sunday availability. I did not want to wait one night. I called Blue Dot at 3 PM and they had a 6:15 availability. Reggie arrived early. He did an excellent professional job. He cleaned the drain line , diagnosed the capacitator being broke and then tested the coolant line. He discovered there was air in the line. He clearly explained to me that the unit was not working at full efficiency and described how it could be fixed. I approved the fix. After replacing the capacitor, flushing the air from the line and adding coolant, my unit works as good as new. Reggie did a thorough check of my system and fixed what was necessary. I purchased an annual maintenance contact which got me a discount off the total bill. I told Reggie I would schedule him for next year maintenance. I give him 5 stars. Thank you Reggie.

    Ive never publicly reviewed a company until today but felt compelled based on the extremely high level of service my family experienced that is so exceptionally rare these days. Our AC bit it during the worst heat wave of the summer. Mark came out and was beyond courteous, professional, and compassionate, taking the time to not only explain what was going on with our system to me but then repeat it on the phone to my husband at work. He then sent out Maria who walked us through the installation and cost of new equipment and did so in a way that was easy to understand and took into account our family needs. The two gentlemen who came out to install our new heat pump and AC system were nothing short of talented and courteous, taking the time again to fill us in on their work and even going as far as to rectify some mismanagement by previous installers. Ever single person we have encountered from Blue Dot has been nothing but amazing. This is unheard of.
