    Z Plumberz did an excellent job. I called them and they were able to get somebody out the next day. I was given a time frame of 12-7pm and they were here by 12:15.Noah was who came out to my house and was able to figure out my leaky line under my sink right away and had it done within 5 minutes of returning from getting the parts he needed. Very professional and great to talk to.Cant go wrong with this business for your plumbing needs, they will be the first place I call for any future work I need done.

    Very professionally done. We had our shower replaced along with fixing our leak. Noah was very respectful and nice...He did the work we needed done the same day as estimate was done.     First time customer with z plumberz and I would definitely hire them again. Isaiah was great! He called and asked if I wanted to do an earlier appointment, which worked out perfectly. I had a hand full of issues going on, he was able to look at everything and make repairs all in the same day. While working on plumbing for the shower, he noticed a gas smell and was able to repair that issue as well and saved us from what could’ve become a dangerous situation! I was impressed to say the least. Isaiah was awesome and left the place clean. I was also happy overall with the prices. I definitely thought the estimate would be a lot higher than what I was quoted. So glad I found this company to work with. I’ll definitely hire them again!

    Z Plumberz of Downriver is a great company to do business with. The technicians Isaiah and Thomas were both very professional and understanding of our situation. We had gas leaks and they fixed what needed to be fixed in a timely manner. The technicians know how to give good customer service, they went above and beyond our expectations.     Having a water back up on any day is bad but Sundays are especially the worst. Called a few companies and 2 didn’t work weekends and the other couldn’t come till Thursday. Dominque, Brenden, and Z Plumberz saved the day! Dominque was very pleasant and understanding and arranged for Brenden to come out within 30 minutes of speaking to her. We got the clog cleared out and the price was very reasonable and the service was excellent!

    I had called a plumber I had used previously the week before and he gave me some tips to resolve the issue on my own which I did until I ran the dishwasher. I called Thanksgiving weekend and never heard back. I called Z-Plumberz on Monday at almost 8pm and spoke to someone which was unexpected, they took my information and told me someone would be able to come out the next day. I rcvd a call the following morning and someone came out at noon. The issue was resolved in less than an hour. If I need a plumber again I’ll call the Z.

    I had water backing up in the basement and I needed someone to get out and help. When I checked Google they had one company above Z plumbers but no one would answer, even after I left them a voice mail no one called me back.Finally I got fed up and decided to try another company, and Z plumbers was the complete opposite experience. They picked up right away and Serenity was so nice and helpful, she got someone scheduled out first thing in the morning. The tech they sent out; Noah was thorough and was easy to talk to, he made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and wasnt just in a hurry to get in and out. Best experience Ive had with any skilled trade without question.I will definitely be saving the phone number and card; I wont be calling anyone else with my plumbing needs in the future!     I called Z Plumberz after I had a very bad experience with another plumbing company I wish not to even mention their name on this review! Paul and Devon of Z Plumberz came on time, fixed and corrected the previous plumber mistakes! The 1st three pics are Z Plumberz excellent quality service and work!     The Tech that came to troubleshoot our shower that was leaking was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue at hand! Basically there was nothing wrong with the plumbing the issue was the kids were allowing water to leak onto the tiled floor in front of the stand up shower and over time the grout had broken down in a little spot allowing the water to flow right through the tiled joint and down into the ceiling of the garage which is where we first discovered the leak! The tech replicated the issue and took pictures to show us the issue! Highly satisfied with the service provided and would recommend this crew to all my clients as well!

    We needed a new sump pump, and the service was quick and professional. Scheduling was easy (someone actually answered the phone even though I was calling late on a Friday), and weve found our Downriver plumber.

    Devin arrived promptly. Before he did any work, he provided the cost to just evaluate the situation. We have two sinks in our master bathroom where the hot water side had diminished pressure in one of them. He disconnected the hot water line to check the flow, and it was fine. My partner was not comfortable with just that, he asked Devin to remove the hot water line and connect it to the cold side connection before investing in a brand new faucet. He did that without hesitation because he wanted us to have trust in him and his skills. It continued to have diminished pressure, thus he replaced the faucet. It functions perfectly. It was his tenacity, willingness to confer with his field tech advisor, and desire that we were completely satisfied with his work and company that truly impressed us. We would highly recommend Z Plumberz for any plumbing concern.

    My garbage disposal stopped working on me, I ride by their office everyday to and from work and those Blue vans catch ny eye everytime so I called Z Plumberz and they had a tech out the next morning. I ended up needing a new one and Isaiah said that he needed to order a new one, he was back in 20 minutes with the new disposal . He was the nicest guy ever and very knowledgeable. He told me about the warranty which I had set up before he pulled off. I truly recommend you use them for any of your plumbing needs.     Isaiah fixed a broken toilet flange in my house and put a new toilet in. He was courteous and communicative during the entire fix and installation. It was a bit pricier than I was thinking, but it looks great and there are zero issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Z Plumberz if you need a fix done promptly and professionally.

    I was out of town and the people staying at my house were having a plumbing issue in the bathroom. After having my brother try and fix it I realized I had to call a plumber. I had Isiah (I think that was his name) come out to my house and they were so great and calling and making sure everything was explained to me in detail over the phone since I was unable to be there. They went out of their way to figure out a deeper issue we were having as well. And honestly the price for fixing the bathroom wasnt bad especially since I called around to other places and they were higher. This was also one of the only places I called who actually offered a free estimate. Great service

    Noah literally saved our lives. We had 4 gas leaks (DTE only caught 3) that were slowly poisoning our family. He was courteous and professional the entire time he was in our home.     Had a very good experience with Z Plumberz. We had to get a toilet working and could not wait for an overnight appointment due to the fact we have our 91 year old mother, on oxygen, living with us and this is the bathroom she uses through the night.     Great job, well done. Sewage line backing up shuts the whole house down. Other companies couldnt come out for days. Zplumberz had friendly office and scheduling person with a opening avail today.     Anthony and his crew did a fabulous job for us! We had what started as a sewer back up in our basement and called another company that we have used in the past. That company have us the runaround and we began the search for someone else. We called Anthony and ZPlumberz and he came right out and gave us a fair estimate and a plan for repair! Once the job began it was obvious it was WAY worse than a simple basement back up. We ended up having to tear up part of the street, sidewalk and our driveway as well.     5/5 would recommend. Called for a sewage smell, likely due to an old back flow issue in a commercial building. Young man came out and inspected all our drains, lines, sinks/toliets and flushed them all to tell us they were running clean, drew a nice diagram explaining the likely cause of the odor and recommended a simple fix of hot soapy water and if the problem persists we can call back for the master plumber. But all that plus his time and the explanation for free, obviously if the problem presists Ill definitely be calling them but I had to make sure to leave the positive feedback as a minimum for coming out! 5/5 would definitely recommend!

    I had a toilet flange and cast iron drain replaced. The work done was fine. But I took off a star because I went into the basement that evening, and there was water all over the floor by my hvac system. That’s when I realized he unplugged the condensation pump for the system to use the outlet for his tools. I have no issue with it being used. Just plug it back in. Because if I wouldn’t have gone down there, it would have been a bigger mess the next day.

    My plumber was a real pro. Even give me some tips for future repairs! Had some under table guys working on my house for years and it cost me thousands in fixing what that were paid to fix.     Had a pretty serious clog right after coming back from vacation. Tried several local plumbers and got voicemail, one who was booked out several weeks. Z Plumberz was available to come out right away. The techs who showed up were really professional, very thorough in finding the problem, and took their time to make sure the main drain line was totally cleared. Was quite a mess when they initially opened the drain clean out but they also took the time to clean everything up before they left. Feel like the cost was in line with the level of service, professionalism, and quick turnaround. Zero complaints, and will absolutely keep them at the top of my list for any future plumbing concerns.

    My ancient water heater finally died, and Z Plumberz replaced it for me. They were very prompt, friendly, and super professional every step of the way. I submitted the details of my issue on their website, and received a call back within five minutes. The guys who came to do the work were excellent. They walked me through everything they did afterwards, which included a bunch of extra concrete work, replacing gas and chimney exhaust lines, and new valves along with the new heater. I recently bought my first home in Wyandotte and as a “first time” home owner I unfortunately ran into my “first time” plumbing issue with a blockage in the houses main sewer line.     I have had a wonderful experience with Anthony and his team. We bought our house in May of 2023 and have always had issues with the sump pump and figuring out how to reroute the drainage from the laundry tub to the backyard.     These guys were WONDERFUL!Im 71 and disabled. Our kitchen faucet broke and needed replacement. My friend tried to do the job, but after many hours we still had a leak, and at 2am he had to go home with the installation still unfinished.The next day my wife had to go out on errands and saw these gentlemen at a neighbors house. She asked them if they could possibly come over to our house and take a look at the problem. They kindly said yes and she phoned me to tell me they were coming. They were at my door shortly thereafter.Due to my illness they even had to wait a few minutes for me before I could even tell them about the faucet situation. They said, No problem. Take your time. (Others would probably have been unhappy about it and walked out.)Anyway, after they had a look at the faucet, it took them only a moment to diagnose the problem. Then they only took a few minutes more to get under the sink, fix the leak, then do the rest of the installation for me. Im guessing they were done in about a speedy 20 minutes or less.Then came the most amazing part. I asked them if my wife had given them our billing information.     Paul was incredibly fast and professional with the work he did. We had an emergency leak in our shower that was caused by improper installation by another company. We placed the request into ZPlumberz at 10:30 on Friday and had an appointment by 10:35.Paul came out Saturday and blew our minds with how good of a job he did. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with our current system and walked us through exactly how he was going to fix it. Before we knew it, everything we needed to have fixed was fixed and he could not have been better to work with. Paul did a phenomenal job and I hope to always get him again whenever we need any help.

    Had an issue with a gas line on the wall adjacent to the gas meter soon after DTE installed it. Called DTE, they came out, shut gas off to the house leaving family without heat or hot water on a Saturday night in January. Called Zplumberz Monday morning. They were out in less than 4 hours. Isaiah and his partner stayed with the job and and made an excellent repair. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely use Zplumberz again.

    Wil is the BEST. My son flushed a rag down the toilet around dinner time and i called Z plumbing immediately, they told me i might not be able to get it fixed tonight as its up to the on call person. Luckily Wil was the oncall and he was here within an hour of me calling the company. I knew it was a pretty easy job but I appreciate him taking the time out of his day and family to fix our toilet.     This is the third time I’ve used ZPlumberz and theyve been amazing every time. I submit a request and get a call or text back the next day at the latest. They’re so flexible with your availability, there’s always someone available to come out to you. And everyone there is genuinely so nice. Will, Anthony, Chris, and Paul have all delivered exceptional service and I am happy to contact any of them with our issues. They were all great. Couldn’t recommend this place any more or rate it any higher. Real great service even if they aren’t the cheapest. You’re really paying for quality and convenience which I personally would happily pay.Update:I wish I could give a review every single time I had ZPlumberz out, but google won’t let me. We’ve had these guys out over six times now and their level of service has surpassed my expectations every single time and let me tell you these issues have not been easy.. Paul was working with us most recently and he put in some intense work hours over at our house across four days total to get everything up to standard. He was absolutely incredible, very patient, and gave thorough explanations of everything he was doing.     I cant speak highly enough of Z Plumberz. They took great care of us this week. We have had several plumbers out, and Z Plumberz stuck a camera down the pipe and found tree roots causing most of our problems, so they used a hydro cutter and that seems to have done the trick. Z Plumberz was quick to answer, send someone out and they were able to fit us in same day and sort out our frustrating problem. Also, I must commend their plumbers, Isaiah and Devin (with an O). They were timely and professional. Isaiah was thorough and detailed in his estimate, and honest in diagnosing and recommending services. Most importantly to me personally: while discussing what had been done by other plumbers, Isaiah spoke well of the other businesses that have helped us. This means a lot to me and speaks to his character and professionalism. Other contractors might have belittled at another persons work, but Isaiah commended them, knew some of them, and also was knowledgeable of and recommended services outside of Z Plumberz scope (i.e. we have some HVAC needs too). I would recommend Z Plumberz, Isaiah and Devin to anyone in need of plumbing services.
