    Denis came in and assessed what I wanted. He was amazing very professional, very knowledgeable and very funny love his personality. He worked too long, hard digging a trench putting several new electrical outlets in putting a post and putting an outlet in for our waterfall out in the backyard is very hard diligent worker, very good employees to have on your staff. I would highly recommend him for any job. He sold me on the MVP plan which is unbelievable. What a wonderful job. Next week Brandon Cardona came out for Electrical Inspection also, very professional knowledgeable and wonderful personality. You have two employees that are awesome and need to be acknowledged for their wonderful job they do he inspected our electrical work. Everything was fine. He recommended a surge protector for the whole house which we installed. I would recommend either of these employees for a raise acknowledgment something wonderful youā€™ve got two wonderful employees. I would have them out to my house again anytime

    Ben came out and finished all the electrical components to setting up our new generator. Ben was amazing and worked so hard the entire time he was here. He is very professional and friendly and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the system. Will definitely recommend Ben and Champion Comfort to all my friends and family.

    Andrew came out for a plumbing inspection and identified that my water heater was not properly installed in the safest way (Iā€™ve had it this way for about 6 years, wasnā€™t aware). I did confirm this with a friend of mine who also works in the industry. Andrew came out and did an excellent repair and replacement of the pipe parts and also installed emergency shut off valves. He was timely and kept everything clean. It looks much better than before, as evidenced by the photos.

    I called Champion on a Friday wanting 6 new outlets installed for my home studio. Drew Edwards was here by Monday morning and walked me through the process as well as worked with me on the cost. He installed all these plugs (3 out of 6 pictured) and hung the wires neatly!

    Tim is very knowledgeable, professional, organized and neat! He promptly diagnosed the issue with my Briggs & Stratton generator, ordered the required pasts for the repair and had me up an running within minimal amount of time.     Cole was the plumber that came out to my house today. I had several issues that needed to be attended to. Cole was very informative and walked me through several different options and the prices that each option would be attached to. He was knowledgeable and he was able to fix everything that needed to be fixed so that I could be back up and running again. He was even able to add a piece and to make my system work better in the future. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home and with his level of skill. He was great.The group itself responded immediately and had an appointment for me the same day, but I was unavailable so their availability was pretty amazing as we all know when you have a plumbing issue itā€™s usually pretty urgent.

    Had a power issue at 4:30 on a Friday night. Champion got us a work order in and had their technician Chris out by 6:15. He was very professional and identified the issue quickly. He gave us all the information we need to be able to follow up with Duke. Will definitely use again, highly recommend.

    Fast service and amazing technicians. Had issues all over and their technician Greg B. located and fixed all of them faster than I expected. Had another faucet break after he left and they immediately came back to fix it (issues due to water pressure following the hurricane and old plumbing). Called in to inquire about a quote at Noon but had been seen and everything fixed by 4pm. Thanks to them Im able to have water again after a month without!

    They had excellent response time. I tried for two days to get a plumber out to my house. I called Champion and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. My technician, Cole, was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He did an excellent job of explaining things to me and checking every possible cause of my issue.

    The gentleman who came to my home was quite nice and knowledgeable. He was on time and accomplished the tasks at hand. The company, however, price gouges you. It took him 7 minutes to remove a pipe under my sink and it cost $180! $100 to come out and $260 to snake a toilet.

    Jake ,my plumbing expert was delightful, knowledgeable, kind and courteous this morning when he came to fix under the kitchen sink plumbing. Cant tell you how grateful I was after he left and had my kitchen plumbing functioning again. I have been a Champion Comfort Experts customer for over six years now having loved your company from the beginning when on my first Christmas Eve in my house in Fletcher I needed an emergency plumber to come out and stop a major catastrophe in one of my bathrooms.     We have been using Champion Comfort over the past 6 years for our air conditioning needs and they have been wonderful. When we started having electrical problems and found out that Champion Comfort fixes electrical issues as well, they were the ones that we called. Our technician, Benjamin Goode, was excellent at diagnosing and fixing the issue, he was kind, very informative, and went above and beyond.     Brandon was thorough, experienced and determined to fix our system, which he did. Were very pleased with him. We were disappointed, however, that it took 1 website message & 3 phonecalls to get a callback. We think some of that problem related to an answering service.An update: On 12/2/24, our heating system quit; it got to 23 degrees that night. We called Champion; they were helpful & scheduled an appointment on a rush basis. Hunter & Heath made it out that morning & had the system running by noon on the 3rd. They discovered an enormous, petrified rat deep in the system and cleaned it all out, checking for any remaining debris. Thanks for cheerful, thorough service! We appreciate you guys.

    I had an electrical situation in myHome that needed immediate attention and Brandon Cardona, Champion comfort Experts was there. I converted my office into a puppy room that required a small heater to keep a brand new litter of puppies warm and safe. The electric went out and despite my exhaustive efforts to figure it out, Brandon arrived in the evening and within a few hours assessed what happened and fixed the issue. Not only did he fix it, he found another issue that needed to be addressed by a previous electrician from a couple years ago and made it right. He was professional, courteous, and did what was right (worth it) - giving my wife and me the peace of mind to keep our puppies warm during their initial first days (priceless). As a dog owner himself, it was a fun conversation as we discussed both our love of dogs and family - personal and professional.Thanks to Brandon, all is good to go, priced right, and feel like a made a new friend and valued contact in the process.

    I have to say, Bandon and the gentleman he was training(yes, I was introduced I am just horrible with names) are the most polite young men that I have run into in a while. They were both very thorough, talked about our solar panels, discussed different things with my husband and myself. Checked everything over. They were fantastic.     Although my service was scheduled for last September, and then rescheduled for next Monday, the technician called Friday evening on the way to my house for service call. He was patient while I drove home from dinner & shopping. He was courteous and explained why my units had been inoperable.Apparently Hurricane Helene disrupted operations at the companyā€™s office, resulting in confusion and outside communication assistance, which relays messages to the office.I was happy to get the service and have heat! The technician was very professional, helpful and courteous!

    We recently had Champion install sump pumps and a furnace damaged in our home, after Helene caused flooding i our basement. They were here just a few days after the storm and installed our equipment 3 days later!We had a new furnace, new sump pumps, plus redirected drain lines just 8 days after Helene...We had heat, right before a cold front came in.Our technicians didnt have power, or water, one was staying with family because they couldnt go to his home in Chimney Rock... and yet, were here working diligently with the best attitude.We will be grateful for Champion forever.

    Our technician, James, did a great job. We were somewhat disappointed, though, with the scheduling process. We were told only what day the visit would take place, and given no time window in advance. We called in the morning on the day of our appointment and were told we were on the schedule for the afternoon. We then received a call from the technician at 10 AM informing us he was on his way and would arrive in 15 minutes.

    Unfortunately, I had some major mechanical issues with my year old Champion:Armstrong equipment (fan motor) and the timing couldā€™nt have been worse, about a week after hurricane Helene. Armstrong really dropped the ball on spare part inventory. A whole month waiting to get the correct parts. Champion did what they could, nothing worked, except patiently listening to my complaints. Long story short, Iā€™m back up and running, and will say at the end of the day the folks at Champion stick by their clients even when things are out of their control. But Iā€™m having doubts about Armstrongā€™s equipment, still researching. (Oh, and after their work day, Champion was volunteering to help those in need after the Hurricane.) Good people.

    We noticed a like on wall opposite our tankless water heater and shut it off. Fortunately Champion was able to send Greg quickly. He diagnosed the problem and repaired a ruptured pex line quickly and we were back with hot water quickly. Great work Greg.

    In a perfect world, you would not plan on significant HVAC, plumbing and electrical work all at the same time. But if you need them Champion Comfort techs will come swooping in and bail you out with whatever you throw at them. We had a need and Evan the plumber was amazing with gas lines and shower fixture. Kyle, Oscar, Will, Carlos were amazing with HVACs (yes two), then Eric and Drew pulled up the trifecta with a new electrical panel, new lights, light switches, whole house surge protection and moving a dryer plug. The entire team is the epitome of professional. They communicate regularly, train patiently, and are willing to share a smile. We will use them again.
