    I reached to other electricians in the past month and they weren’t responsive to online requests or didn’t call me back after I spoke with them initially about what I needed done.With Rio, they were super responsive and also live in the 21st century where you can text them, send pictures, and they email digital quotes that you can sign off on. Another great thing was being able to pay via Zelle which was really convenient! They immediately were able to get me on their schedule and got the job done. Highly recommend them!

    Ed was very professional and easy to work with. As an homeowner, he was able to understand our needs and work with us. Connect was very friendly and got the job completed quickly and efficiently. Jonathan made sure to clean the areas they work on and assisted Conner where needed. I would recommend Rios to everyone looking for a quality electrical requests.     Ed was great, called him for a meter socket that needed to be replaced for the new smart meters. Explained the process and want needed to be done along with time frame. Price was very reasonable and was also available for any questions I had. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

    Rios electric installed my new 2nd floor chandelier and removed my old one. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Edmundo was incredibly responsive and professional in coming out to review the job, provide an estimate and schedule the install. Darren and Conner did a great job doing the actual install. Very polite and neat. Everything went extremely well and we are very pleased.

    I hired Rios Electric to install an outdoor hardwired EV charging station at my home after purchasing an EV. My experience was a very positive one. The communication with the business owner was excellent from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me as I had zero knowledge of the process and had a lot of questions. He gave me several installation options and was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly. The workers that completed the project were professional and courteous and very nice. I would use this company again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend.

    My wife and I woke up to all of our pool equipment completely shut off and was scrambling to get the equipment working. Turns out it was a tripped breaker and Ed was able to take time out of a Saturday morning and walked me through solving the problem over FaceTime. Thank you, Ed! You won us over. We will be calling you for all of our electrical needs! And like we discussed - there is more to come :)

    Multiple outlets stopped working in the master BR and it wasnt the breaker. Called Rios Electrical and Ed Rios arrived in 20 minutes, investigated the source of the outage and discovered it was an outlet that went bad in another BR that was affecting the master and replaced it. Ed has good knowledge, experienced, very professional and polite. Will use them for any electrical work I need going forward and highly recommend.

    Rios Electric had amazing service. They came the day after contacting them online for a free estimate to install a foyer chandelier for a high ceiling. Once the light arrived they came the next day to install. They were very communicative via text. The crew were very professional and courteous. They did the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards.     Edmundo is a wonderful wonderful owner. He takes a considerable amount of time explaining everything and making sure you are comfortable. We have had pretty bad suspected wiring in our home and they fixed my entire kitchen bathroom dining room and hall way in one day. We will be using them in the future to upgrade our panel box in spring 2022

Once hired they showed up with two exceptional associates who provide quality service, they had toMake cuts in sheet rock and really minimized the repair needed after the fact. Came over that afternoon and gave me an estimate on the spot.Call 3 other electricians They told me theyd email me the estimates. 2 electricians ghosted me. The 3rd finally gave me an estimate after I called him back a week later And he made it sound like he was bothering him.When rioss crew showed up.They were on time they did a good job and everything works perfectly And they acted professionally. Will definitely call him back when I have more work to be done.

    Took a chance on a new business in Flanders.The owner responded within an hour of an online quote request.Came to our home the same evening. Took photos and notes on his tablet, sent a quote the next day and scheduled 2 days later. His men Mike and Connor reviewed the job with my wife, moved furniture, covered the area with drop cloths.They installed 5 LED high hats, dimmer switches and moved a light fixture. They were great.
