    I have been a client for many years. Bought their top tier service contract. For the second time in 5 years I had to call them on the generator being hard down in the middle of an outage. It turned out to be a little bit complicated. Parts had to be ordered. I was really impressed by the attention to getting it done, the focus on getting the part in, and immediately getting a great technician out here (Michael) once the part was in hand. My outage experience had a bit of a rocky start but the owner personally stepped , came out to be sure he completely understood , and promised his complete attention. You cant ask for more than that. And thank you Michael....you were fabulous.

    My standby generator has been serviced and maintained by Innovative for many years. They rewired the generator so it was finally not draining the battery, and came on as expected. The original installer had not wired it correctly.Very satisfied with their service and highly recommend.

    Weve had Innovative Electric for Generator maintenance for a very, very long time. Today, Gennaro was my technician. He came out in the pouring rain for my scheduled maintenance, while here, he put in a new battery. He also needed to check the SN on the panel in my basement. When he asked if he could do so, I said yes and turned to show him where the panel was located. When I turned after opening the basement door, he was coming down the stairs, I noticed he had put on shoe coverings to protect my floors. This is SO impressive, and quite frankly, rare with many companies. I appreciate the care Innovative Electric takes in maintaining my generator, the ease in appointment scheduling, and the thoughtfulness of the techs who are considerate of my home. He didnt walk across the grass either, he used the walkway. Generators are not inexpensive, caring for them is critical to ensure youve got power consistently. They keep track of when a new battery is needed, the oil levels, everything I neither want, nor know how, to do. This is a great company, cant believe how lucky I was to find them for maintenance.     Innovative Electrical responded quickly to my request for assistance with generator. Vikki is very customer service oriented and scheduled me quickly.Mike K. the technician was on time, answered all my questions, provided sound reasoning for the issues, and explained what to do differently going forward. Mike explained the process that triggers the generator on, off, and to cool down. Mike certainly knows his craft. He is articulate, and was patient with me and my disability (hearing impaired).I will work with Innovative again in the future.

    Innovative Electrical Contracting has been doing a great job on my generator maintenance for many years, the generator always starts when there is power failure. I recently bought a Tesla, Innovative installed the universal charger for me. its another job perfectly done, very professional and thoughtful. Because my situation is kind of complicated, the garage and main breaker (at the basement) is far, Innovative had to send someone to come to my house to do the estimate, they guy is very professional and patient, found the best solution for my installation. the estimate is detailed and very reasonable, best of all, there is no Suprise during installation. I dont need to pay any extra. By the way, Innovative never pushed me to do anything extra since they started to service my generator from 2015. Highly recommend Innovative for any electrical work.

    If you don’t give this place 5 stars you’re crazy. First time homeowner, reached out to several electricians or electrical companies and half didn’t even get back to me. The ones that did I talked to each and Innovative Electric was by far the most communicative, professional, and best prices. Our home needs considerable amount of work from it needing to be grounded, 200 amp upgrade, electric set up to the barn, wiring issues, outlets, and more. I couldn’t be more thankful to find this team. From the owners, Sue, EJ, and Carlos everyone is personable, attentive, considerate, timely, and enormously skilled. Glad I have their help, highly recommend.

    This is my second installation of a new back-up generator with Innovative. In both occasions the service has been outstanding from and end to end. Sue and the rest of the crew were always very knowledgeable and took care of all town permits as well as details.     We hired Innovative Electric to install a whole house generator. From the first meeting to the completed project, we were treated with respect and professionalism. We had many questions and they were handled directly and concisely without making us feel dumb, even though we chose a larger than recommended generator. He understood our decision and respected it. We were not rushed to make a decision but after our first meeting we had the confidence to go forward with the purchase and installation of a Cummins 20KW generator. Both the electrical inspector and the plumbing inspector praised the install and said that it was one of the best that theyd ever inspected. If you are looking for a whole house generator, do not hesitate to contact them.

    We recently worked with Innovative Electric to install a stand by natural gas generator. They offer a full range of services and products and helped us choose the best generator for our home. They took care of EVERYTHING – permits, electrical install, plumbing install & coordinating with the natural gas provider. The entire process was seamless and the ease of communicating with office staff throughout was much appreciated. We also found pricing to be much more reasonable than other quotes we had received which was an added bonus!     We purchased a Kohler 10KW standby generator for my son as a house warming gift. I’ve waited for a full year before providing a review so I had full experience from installation, usage and maintenance. Overall we’re extremely happy with Innovative Electrical.To start, the office staff has been fantastic. Efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve contacted them more times then I can count with questions, scheduling and payments. I’ve found using email the most efficient and normally received a reply or a phone call back in a couple hours.The original site visit was by Sonny, the owner of the company. He spent over an hour discussing choices of manufactures, sizes and location of the generator. This was not a standard installation as the previous homeowner had a main panel, a sub-panel and manual transfer switch. I wanted all that cleaned up. There was no pressure to make any on the spot decision, which was a pleasure.Next was the installation. There was a crew of 3 individuals and before they got started they spent time reviewing with me the location of the generator, how the wires would be run and the breaker layout. I was on site for both days, you could hear them discuss what they were doing and tell they took pride in their work.Last was the yearly maintenance. The gentleman who performance the yearly maintenance took the time to explain all the items being done to my son and why they are performed.

    We have been using Innovative Electric for many many years to monitor and repair our original Generac Full house generator, which was poorly installed by another company when we were building our home. Innovative was great maintaining it and when it finally died after hurricane Sandy we knew who to trust when we needed to purchase a new one and to handle all the installation needs. We could not be happier with our Koehler generator it’s so much quieter than our Generac and we trust Innovative with their monitoring and service contracts. Just like carrying an umbrella and knowing that it’s not going to rain, having the full house generator insured that we never lost power during the snowstorm.     First time using Innovative Electric and I can honestly say, I would use them again without hesitation. In the middle of the COVID pandemic, we were in need of a new outlet for our garage refrigerator and freezer. I called Innovative, amongst others, and Innovative got back to me almost instantly. I was able to send pictures and explanation of what we needed and was given a fair and honest quote via email. It was a very nice that the interaction was contactless given the world we live in now. Two days later, Innovative showed up ready to work. Very minimal interaction once we showed them the way through the garage into the basement to get to the panel....which we appreciated. Ralph was very professional and explained each step he was doing and ensuring that each item was at the manufacturers specification. I highly recommend using InnoCare for all repairs and maintenance needs based on people like Ralph who is focused on doing the job right the first time!
