    We worked with Rick to update the front entry to our house.     We had worked with Rick and his crew at AGR Builders years ago for a small project and called him when we built an extension. His team did an amazing job, very detail oriented and clean! We threw a curve ball at him and asked to have the rest of the interior house painted and floors refinished and stained right before Christmas! His team hustled to get it all done in time and we had a very special family gathering in what felt like a brand new home for us! Everyone commented on how beautiful the house looked and adding the room downstairs and refinishing the rest of the space added what felt like a whole new house to the existing one! We are very happy and would recommend them for any job!

    Had a large project that had to be done to the house for structural repair (structural beam in the attic, with posts to the foundation). After first meeting with Rick, immediately had the confidence that he can get the job done well. Rick was very attentive and always available by phone/email/text. Having his quick responses provided transparency throughout the project from start to finish. Manny and his guys that partner with Rick were excellent to work with, corrected anything that needed to be done, and always cleaned up after each area was completed. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

    Rick at AGR was great! Super responsive and accommodating for working with Eleventh Hour Rescue within our short time frame and within our grant parameters. Glad to have him as a neighbor and new friend and will continue to work with him in the future. Our furry friends thank Rick and AGR for putting up a new shade structure outside for them!

    We had some dry wall damage near our fire place and I called AGR Builders to see what they might be able to do for us. Rick sent out one of his employees, Manny, to come take a look. They came quick, and were very thorough in helping to identify what the problem areas. Very honest, and helpful. We ended up having another company come by to do some roof and chimney repair due to the water damage, and then finally had Rick and team return to fix the dry wall. They were expedient, detailed, and very friendly. The dry wall was repair or replaced where needed, and looks like there was never any damage. Thank you!

    Rick responded promptly to my request for repair to our front porch. His team came out quickly and diagnosed what would be needed, I received the estimate, signed the contract, made the first deposit, and the team arrived the next day. Rick and his team were polite, thorough, and the job was well done. They even cleaned up after each days work! My porch looks like new! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with AGR Builders. I will definitely call them again for future repairs and installs.

    Used AGR to install engineered vinyl plank in the first floor of my townhouse. Rick was easy to work with, very responsive and provided a fair price. His crew showed up on time and did good, efficient work in the timing agreed upon. There was one item they needed to address after the initial inspection and they took care of it promptly and with a great attitude. I would definitely use them again.Also really appreciated how Rick was able to work creatively with me to leverage his contractors discount to assist getting materials more affordably and quickly than I could have.

    AGR Builders did a large renovation/addition for us. They did all of it. The framing, Roofing, Siding, Hardwood Floors, HVAC, Electric and Plumbing. All the Mechanicals. They did our Kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The hardwood floors they installed in the main part of the house and kitchen came out beautiful. Rick was very easy to work with. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend him.

    I used AGR Builders to renovate two bathrooms and to install vinyl plank flooring on our entire first floor. They were very professional. I was able to contact Rick at any time. He was very responsive. His workers were very polite and kept my house clean. Which made things less stressful for me. I would highly recommend them for any type of renovation work.

    We worked with Rick on our home renovation project in Roxbury, NJ. Rick is consistently responsive and communicative. Rick continuously communicated each option that arose during our renovation with costs and our budget in mind. We stayed within our budget and anything outside of the budget was well communicated and approved before hand. We had little to no surprises in the end and the end result exceeded our expectations! Our renovation began in July or august of 2022, and recently finished early January 2023.

    Rick and his team did my hardwood floors just before my wife and I moved into our new home. My wood floors had been resurfaced a few times already and all other quotes that came back included complete replacement. Rick came in with honesty and told me that he could resurface the floors and keep us in our budget. He did and the floors look and still look amazing. His honesty is rare in the contracting world. As far as the craftsmanship, it is unmatched.

    We were devastated when our finished basement flooded due to a water heater leak in our new home. We called the insurance and got multiple quotes from different contractors but none compared to the quality, response, honesty, and detail orientation from Rick at AGR homebuilders. After speaking with Rick and having his come to our home to quote the job we knew he was he man for the job. You could tell he wasn’t there just to make a quick buck off of us but to make sure our basement was left even better than it was before and let me tell you he did not disappoint. Rick was on top of everything from coming by to make sure the work was done properly throughout the week and even dealing with our horrible insurance who fought to pay us every penny we deserved. I can’t thank you enough for everything. If you want the job done right without having to worry about a thing then give Rick a call and I can guarantee you won’t regret it. Also a shout out to the workers who came out who were very respectful and great guys who really cared that the job was done right.

    Awesome team, they were so friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and they did an amazing job! They renovated our kitchen and three bathrooms. We just purchased our home and the floors were in bad condition as well. They did such an amazing job with that as well. Sanding and refinishing thefloors, stairs and railings. You could never tell the shape they were in before. I would highly recommend them.

    If I had a dollar for every time I received a compliment of the beauty of our home, I think I could retire. I know our project was very difficult. Thank you so much for hanging in there with us through all the good and bad times. You are an amazing contractor in many ways. I have yet to meet very many people as sincere as you, let alone any other contractors. As you know, sincerity is not usually a contractor’s strong suit.When people ask how it was to work with our contractor, my honest reply is “yes, if I had to do it all over again, I would and I would select AGR Builders again.” I am very quick to point out that to my knowledge, aside from our job, I have never heard of a job that is ever “finished”.     Just had them re-finish my floors.... was concerned as this was a relatively small job but they showed dedication and quality as if it was a major job....very satisfied with the work and the guys on site were also very polite and nice and hard - workers.... I would highly recommend them - as their price was fair and quality was excellent and service was also very good - the owner always available and even called me back on weekend (both Sat and Sun) - as I had some questions.I would prefer to write the review after a year or two - to fully ensure they did quality job (as it is with masonry work or such) - any shortcuts and cheap materials will only show up after substantial time has elapsed BUT in all fairness I feel pretty sure the floors will last and look as new if I only take care of them from now on and maintain them right. I am familiar with woodworking and can tell they used quality stain and polish.
