    Martin, Leon and the team did a fantastic job on our house! We came to them with a large project as we were renovating our downstairs living room area. We had asked for installation of new vinyl flooring, installation of crown molding, door and baseboard trim throughout the room and refinishing of both of our staircases. They provided a quote within 24 hours of the initial consultation and were extremely responsive whenever we reached out to them with questions/concerns. They completed the entire job in a timely and professional manner, and we are so thankful for all of their hard work. They made sure to keep us updated as the project was being completed and made sure that we were happy with the final product when all the work was done. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend their services to anyone! If you are looking for a team that is professional, hard-working, friendly and communicative, they are the team for you!

    An amazing job by Martin and the crew of Flanders Wood Floors and Construction on our master bathroom renovation!We reached out after reading some great reviews and examining some pictures of their work. Both spoke volumes about the quality of people and their work, so we knew that these were the guys to do the job.Martin is extremely professional and easy to work with. He and his crew were so kind and helpful. They took care to keep a neat workspace, to clean up after themselves each day, and protect our living areas while they worked. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard to complete the job in the timeframe discussed. They were also very helpful in stepping in to help with materials when Lowe’s dropped the ball.I would highly recommend Martin and the crew of Flanders Wood Floors and Construction to anyone else looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor.

    Martin and Leon (and Konrad) were wonderful to work with. They transformed our 1990s primary bathroom into a beautiful, high-quality, functional space. This was our first major home renovation and their communicative and detail-oriented nature made the project less daunting from the start. They were always on time, they worked hard and were very efficient. We appreciated their patience and advice as we asked questions throughout the process. They were also good listeners, we felt heard when we expressed wanting to change certain details along the way. Overall, we can’t sing their praises enough. They are honest and their work is pristine. We love, love, love our bathroom now and look forward to enlisting their expertise for projects again in the future!     Awesome team and a family owned business! Leon and Martin were just so friendly and helpful the whole time! They had answers for all my questions and they did an amazing job! We just bought our house and the floors were quite abused but they did such an awesome job sanding and refinishing, you could never tell the shape they were in prior! World of difference! Less than one week from the time of signing the contract to the completion of the job and the results are just outstanding!Highly recommended!

    Leon and Martin did an excellent job repairing and refinishing our floor. We cannot tell at all where the new boards weee laced into our older hardwood boards. They’re respectful, communicate well, and thoroughly clean up afterwards.

    Leon and Martin did a terrific job refinishing our hardwood floors and our staircase railing! They were very professional and gave us great suggestions for the floor color and for the new staircase railing design/construction. We had to leave the house due to the odor of the stain and it’s tough to make a decision to leave a contractor to do work in your house when you are not home. But we trusted this father/son team based on our impression during our initial estimate, based on other recommendations from a reputable flooring store, and recommendations from others. And they proved that they are trustworthy! We will use them again to refinish a few more rooms.Note… the colors in the brochure looked a lot darker when tested on a small section of our oak floor. We went a bit lighter and used Provincial and it still gave us the darker wood color we were looking for.

    Leon and Martin did an OUTSTANDING job refinishing the old, stained, blotchy hardwood floors in two bedrooms as phase 1 of the refinishing. Communication was speedy and very thorough. Leon prioritized the rooms that I needed done asap due to family issues. Everything waa done as explained, they left everything in pristine shape, and I could not be happier or more satisfied. Looking forward to phase two which will be another bedroom, and to eventually refinishing all the floors.I am sure the photos wont do it justice. The before condition was the atrocious and now the floors look so good!!!100% recommend!

    We just closed on our home in Chester. We arranged to have the carpets removed and floors started the day after our closing. Our refinished hardwood floors came out absolutely beautiful! Leon and Martin are the father and son owners and completed most of the work themselves. Extremely professional from start to finish. I would definitely refer them to friends and family! They were even able to get the floors finished by the time we moved in which was so greatly appreciated. And, they were quick – sanded and sealed within a day + a few hours.     Flanders Wood Floors did an extraordinary job. Our wood floors were in very bad shape. They were the original floor finish which wa not very good. 22 years of three dogs and three kids. It was raw, rough, and wear stained. They now look like new. It is amazing. They were prompt, clean, and very easy to deal with. We are extremely happy!!!

    The floors came out better then expected! I was impressed but how quickly they sanded all the floors, I didnt notice any dust, and the finished product looked amazing! I had another company refinish one section of the house about a year ago and that section of the house does not compare. They really know what they are doing and do an excellent job explaining what is going to happen every step of the way. I would rehire them in a heartbeat!

    Superior workmanship. VERY customer oriented! They answered my endless questions with exemplary patience. My job had some very unique challenges and they came up with some very unique solutions. There was no challenge they did not rise to and overcome.     We were very happy with Flanders Wood Floors. They did crown molding, wall paint, trim paint, and refinished the hardwood floors in 3 rooms. They were easy to work with, arrived on time, worked full days, and completed the job in a timely manner. They minimized dust and kept the project area clean. Their price was fair. Most notably, when a minor mix up occurred regarding paint sheen, they addressed it without hesitation. We will certainly call Flanders Wood Floors again for our next project.
