I cant express how great of a service this company provided. First off, they were so quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a reasonable quote so painlessly. I appreciated that they did not hound me while we waited on another quote. We ended up going with them and we are so happy we did. The two men that came out to our home were so friendly and took such great care of our home. They capped off 4 recessed lights, moved one light over a few feet, and installed 3 pendant lights. It looks amazing. They were efficient in their work as well. We were so appreciative of how they cleaned up after themselves as well. We highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

True Service was a great company to work with! I recently bought a home built in 1986 and needed the completely original electrical system refurbished with a new electrical panel and meter box, and new outlets/switches through the entire house. Martin and Laura were super helpful, got the job done quick and at a reasonable price. They even worked around other contractors doing work at the same time and came back a few times to make sure everything was perfect. I cant recommend True Service enough!

I had True Service come out and upgrade my panel for 200a service. They quoted me a reasonable price and I scheduled. They arrived on time and when I showed them what I wanted (this was slightly different than what was quoted), Martin explained a few options given my idea and we landed on an idea that would save me about $2000 over what I was thinking (wire is expensive). True Service then got to work and knocked out the upgrade and I am quite satisfied with the solution Martin Recommended.

I would absolutely reach out to them again if I had another electrical issue.

The technician came and inspected things, and within 5 minutes found the real issue. Since it was so quick to fix, they gave me a discount, which was super nice of them. Due to a storm, my electrical box came down and needed to be replaced. Martin came out promptly and replaced it. Within 2 weeks, while I was out of state, one of the limbs on my tree brought down the new electrical box. Martin replaced it again while I was enroute from vacation the next day. I needed to install a level 2 charger for our plugged in hybrid car we recently purchased. After some searching, we decided to go with the Charge Point level 2 charger, which can be used for other electric cars as well. Not sure if that will work with our car and panel, I reached out to Martin, Martin called several times to confirm the specs and patiently answered all my questions. After we received the charger, he and his team came and installed it. They did a great job and even helped me set up the app. it works beautifully. And their price can not be beat!

Laura was/is super nice on the phone when inquiring about what I needed repaired. She was able to schedule Martin to come out and help me the same week I had the issue. Martin was very professional and explained everything that he was troubleshooting and what it was going to take to repair. He was up front with the cost and time expected it would take. What seemed like a repair that would take me a week to figure out and fix he was able to do in just a couple hours. I will be calling them again when I need more work done on my house.

Martin is very knowledgeable and exacting. He & his assistant John were professional, courteous, & thorough. They installed an outlet in our basement above a new whole-house dehumidifier that a waterproofing contractor installed a few days earlier. They even noticed a couple of mistakes made by that waterproofing contractor and leveled a pump to help stabilize the situation & hold us over until the waterproofing contractor could return. Like I said, very thorough. They also repaired a light fixture in our dining room and an outdoor outlet in our yard that our fountain plugs into. They inspected the outdoor outlets on our porch. We will definitely have them come back to do a ceiling fan installation in our kitchen as well as anything else that comes up in this old house! Highly recommend them!
