I will definitely use Genesis again.Had two outlets that were no longer functioning. Zach came by, found out what was going on, and recommended a specific repair for the service. Turns out squirrels like wires. He was able to describe the timeline, estimate, and other options that could be pursued. He was upfront and honest. They were able to squeeze in the repair same day. Caleb arrived to assist, and they did the repair together. It took a little longer than I expected, but they did a thorough job and inspected/ replaced some other wires that had been chewed into in the vicinity. The final cost was exactly what was initially quoted. They cleaned up afterward. They were respectful of the space and the pets. Everything I could have asked for.One thing that impressed me... They disclosed they accidentally drilled through a piece of drywall. It was so small and out of the way I never wouldve noticed it. They repaired it. I only mention this, because I dont see this kind of honesty often.

My first experience with Mark and Cody was EXCELLENT! I left a voice msg at 7:15 am and called back at 8am to follow up. They found my lost neutral in less than 2 hours and repaired. I thought the rates were very reasonable and the techs were very knowledgeable and cleaned and reattached all outlets and ceiling fan back for full power. I will call in the future!!

I have used Genesis Electric for several things. They upgraded 3 outside lights for us, 6 inside lights and 3 ceiling fans. We also had them fix and upgrade the wiring for our pool. We have had Caleb, James and Noah before and I’m sure a couple others that I don’t remember their name and they all were excellent! Definitely will continue to use them for anything electrical and will refer others to them

After a bad storm and a probable lightning strike, I calles on a Saturday. Even though he had been working most of the night, Mark came out and was able to find the problem. He made sure to explain everything to me and took pictures. He gave me the choice of an immediate fix or waiting until Monday when it would cost less. I appreciated his thoroughness and the choice. I was able to opt for Monday. He even made sure he got my freezer working on an extension cord. Ill certainly be calling Genesis for future electrical work. Thanks Mark.

We have used Genesis Electrical for many projects, including a complete rewiring of our home. We first worked with the team in the fall if 2016 to install an outdoor light post and add outlets. When a few months later we encountered an unexpected electrical problem (mid bathroom remodel), without hesitation we called them to help.Recently we purchased a 150+ year-old home and called on the team at Genesis to help us out. They did a complete rewiring of all outlets, installed all new light fixtures, and added hardwired smoke-detectors. Needless to say, they encountered some challenges doing such extensive work in a house this age. Throughout the process they were wonderful. We would certainly use them again.

WOW, WOW, and WOW! I cant tell you how impressed we are with Genesis Electric! Our power was flickering throughout our whole house and we were worried that perhaps a mouse or other critter had chewed through some major wiring. We also feared it might cause a fire so we called our usual electrician at 6pm. No answer so we called 7 other electric companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service. None were available until the next day and one even said not until 4 days from now. I tried Genesis and spoke immediately to an electrician (not a company rep) who told me he would send help. Within less than two hours, Dean showed up. In the meantime, Duke Energy had arrived as well. After Dean spoke with Duke, he felt they had it under control and refused to charge us a service fee, even after he came out after normal hours. All I can say is there not many companies, especially one we hadnt used before, that wouldnt charge a service call. Kudos to your company and stellar customer service. I think you will become our new go to electrician. Thanks again.
