    I called around looking for a price quote on replacing our kitchen faucet because the pressure was so low.Steady Flow Sewer and Drain came out immediately to give a price quote the technician Dan came out and let my partner that we can replace the fixture and we have trouble to give us a ring.Which we managed to replace and I was very impressed with his honesty instead of charging us his hourly fee plus parts.I requested the same technician to come out and give us a quote on replacing our shower fixture which very old house we needed help for this project.Dan came out we agreed on the quote, Dan and Gustavo came out the following week providing good quality work. My shower replacement was amazing. Dan went above and beyond by even making sure the new shower head was secure and there were no leakages. Thank you for everything!

Before they even started work, they let me know what worse case scenario could potentially be, and lucky for me it was a pretty easy fix.     Worked with the guys at Steady Flow Sewer and Drain today. Described my issue and Daniel was extremely prompt and knowledgable. Jordan and Jacob arrived and got right down to business. They were very clear and communicative and worked very well with me. I’ve lived in my home for 32 years and since its a 85 year old home I know the quirks and history of the many repairs I have made to the sewer line. The fellas worked incredibly well with me and solved the problem. Solid and capable. I highly recommend them!

    We had our water service line break, and had to have our water turned off because of the leak. I called Steady Flow and Drain after reading all their positive reviews. I am really thankful I called them. They were quick, and came out and gave me a reasonable quote. They came the next day to fix our water line. I found them to be friendly, kind, and he explained everything they did and they got the job done much quicker than I expected. So thankful I found this business and will be using them for all our future plumbing needs. I will be recommending them to my family and friends as well.     Good, honest plumbing company. Showed up on time, gave a quick estimate (cheaper than other quotes I’d gotten) before starting the work, and finished the work quickly. Jordan, the technician, was nice, courteous and even helped fix an easy leak that wasn’t part of the main job free of charge. Would use their services again in a heartbeat!

    After my phone call to the office manager I decided to go with this company for my very grease clogged sink. Everything was explained clearly and I knew what to expect price wise. Jordan, a pleasant man arrived at my home earlier than originally scheduled because he knew I was expecting guests and was very concerned. He told me what he recommended; to try a cable to break up the blockage, and gave me that option price, and added if that did not work they could do a mini hydro jetting (as they do not do full hydro jetting inside homes) would cancel out the cost of the snake. What I liked was that he warned me of the possible water backing up into the kitchen. As the night before I had a terrible mess with grease on the kitchen floor from a snaking and pressure washing, I was hoping the snake would work. It did. Jordan was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I would go straight to this company if this were to happen again.

    Very responsive when I had a sump pump breakdown. Staff very knowledgable and able to replace the sump pump quickly. My only reason for 4-stars is the price was more than what I saw other charging but I suppose you get what you pay for.

They speak to you like an adult human, explain things in layman‘s terms as best as possible so you will understand what the problem is what caused it if they know and how they’re going to fix it.They’re not taking advantage of you price-wise either. Plumbing is not a cheap business, but Steady Flow will treat you right, do quality work, and you won’t feel like you were given a raw deal when all is said and done.Oh, just a quick piece of advice…Don’t use flushable wipes!!! If you do you will definitely need Steady Flow at some point.

Once on site they were able to get the issue resolved without having to replace our pump. Their initial assessment and estimate were far lower than had been suggested.     Tidings allWe’d a typical bathroom drain stoppage, as many have experienced from time to time.The trap ( with some elbow grease) was removed, but the clog was further down the line.When starting to snake, the next pipe piece, rusted from years, disintegrated in my hand.The nut holding that pipe at the wall was so firmly in place I was unable to muscle it loose to remove and replace its’ remnants with new piping.( using the auger at that time was not an accessible possibility.)Two years ago I’d contacted Steady Flow to “jet and scope” our kitchen drain and was very pleased with both their wonderful service and their service rate.I telephoned Steady Flow to set up an appointment for a couple of days hence with a service window of noon to two.On the service date they telephoned to advise they were running ahead of schedule for the day and, from my reply, arrived at our house about an hour earlier than originally appointed.We were helped by Kyle and Tyler.Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous and very respectful of our property.In thirty minutes they were able to repair what it took me sixty minutes to mess up in the first place.Their service rates are honest and fair, providing excellent work at a very reasonable cost.In fact, at the end of their visit, as they told me the invoice charge, I actually set down my pen and replied that I felt they were UNDER-charging for their services.If it were possible, I’d give them 10 stars( perhaps if this review were to be published twice ? )Thank you for taking the time to read this novelette.I hope it assists in your decision to contact Steady Flow for your drain / sewer issues.

    Initial visit for an estimate for my sewer lines was above and beyond what I have previously experienced from multiple companies. (I have two lines underneath my slab). Dan video’d both lines, identified problems (which I knew were there), prioritized needed work, and provided me a VERY reasonable estimate for repairs. (Cheaper than estimates that I received ten years ago!). Their work thus far has been very effective in eliminating the problems.Highly recommend!

    Our galvanized steel water main into the house from the meter outside sprung a leak and we hired Steady Flow and Sewer to install a new main water line. We got quotes from 3 other contractors before deciding to contract Steady Flow. They did exactly what they said they would do in the timeframe that they established before work started. The quality of the work was excellent, the workers were professional and polite and they returned our yard to the condition it was before work started.     TL;DRHire Dan and his team if you want someone who is communicative, efficient, does the job right, and goes above and beyond. Hes also great at explaining your plumbing issues and how he plans to fix the problems, along with recommendations on ways to cut costs on future work. This is helpful for someone who has zero knowledge about plumbing but wants to understand whats going on. 100% would rehire!The detailed version...Had a clogged drain at the washer and water was backing up into the laundry sink. Originally hired a different plumber to clear the clog but the project kept ballooning and I had to stop the work because I wasnt sure if the updates were necessary. They had made several cuts into the main drain line, too, so in addition to a clogged drain we also had a leaky drain. Found Steady Flow, spoke with Dan and they were willing to come out to give a free estimate and second opinion on the work. I hadnt made up my mind whether to continue with the original plumber or go with Steady Flow. After Dan gave his assessment and explained what he would do to fix the issues the right way, it was clear as day and a no brainer to have Dan finish the work. Their pricing were also competitive--not the cheapest but also not exorbitant like some other quotes we got, so it made me feel like their pricing was fair!The entire process while working with Dan and his team made me feel so at ease. I mentioned things that the previous plumber said and Dan gave me his honest opinion on the right way to fix it, but also gave different options on pricing if I only wanted to fix certain portions of the drain. We decided to replace the main drain line with fixes to multiple connection spots that were done incorrectly from a previous renovation, and install a pressure reducing valve with a shutoff. He also fixed the slope of the drain to improve water flow. Dan was communicative throughout the 1.5 day project, letting me know when water or sink would be unavailable. Hes also very transparent; showed me conditions of my old pipes and his recommendations for future fixes and what to do to save money. Him and his team were fast, efficient, and knew I worked from home so tried their best to minimize disruption.For someone like me who doesnt know anything about plumbing but wants to understand the work, Dan was patient and explained everything so well, which gave me peace of mind if I ever need to troubleshoot. Overall I highly recommend hiring Steady Flow for your plumbing needs. Very professional and top-notch work!

    Kyle, the owner, answered our call late in the evening on a Friday and was out the next morning. He diagnosed our issue and fixed the initial problem quickly and let us know the options for repairing our main sewer drain. He was responsive and helped us navigate the City of Tacomas sewer repair loan program and was more than willing to work with us as we waited for the loan to disburse.The crew that worked on our sewer line were professional, responsive, and communicative. There was a small problem with the finish work and the team owned the error. They communicated before we knew and already had a plan in place to schedule an appropriate time to come out and fix it. In the end, this company and the team who worked on our house exceeded expectations.

    The team called ahead to let me know when they were going to arrive and arrived on time. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and then they ran some tests. Kyle then talked to me about what they were going to do to fix all of the slow drains and exactly what it would cost. He also offered to bundle the two tub drains together to save me some money.     I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I clogged our garbage disposal and we feared the worst. Another company had already tried and failed to fix the problem (and I still had to play them!).     Wow what a trustworthy guy!Kyle came to scope and clean the sewer line that showed signs of a sizable clog. After finding the clog location, he advised me to contact Valley View Sewer District. He believed the clog was their problem as the issue was on the easement between my property line and the road. If he hadnt mentioned it, I wouldnt have known to make that call.He was right! Valley View came and established that is was their responsibility and have dealt with the issue at no cost to me.Kyle did the scope inspection for free (as advertised) and he didnt get to clean the sewer line, so he didnt make a penny on this call, but he saved me a bunch. What an honest man.I know who Ill be calling next time I have a plumbing issue.

    Outstanding service came out around noon and inspected it and found leak right away and had someone come and repair the leak within 2 hours same day completely and totally satisfied and would definitely will be using and recommending them again.
