I had two separate days of contact with Federal Way Plumbing regarding the excavation of my plumbing line. Ronny and Rodolf, along with their team, demonstrated professionalism and punctuality. Ronny was particularly considerate and comprehensive, providing me with honest options and expert recommendations. I never felt hurried or pressured into making costly choices. It was a breath of fresh air compared to a company I had dealt with only two weeks prior that had performed subpar work on my plumbing line and provided poor customer service. A capable front desk agent. The Federal Way Plumbers arrived on time to carry out the required repairs. A new cartridge needed to be purchased. an extremely dated Delta cartridge. He drove to East Lawn where they replenished up after we ran out of food.

Federal Way Plumbing renovated and moved the main house filter and water filtration system. They replaced all of the pvc and pex pipes with copper ones. The filter and softener machinery has been relocated, making maintenance and filter changes considerably more convenient. Thank you for your excellent effort.

Do not waste your time hunting for a reliable plumber. Desmond and Lois are capable, experienced, trustworthy, and skilled enough to develop and implement a suitable solution to your problem. They may perform anything from a comprehensive bathroom redesign to the installation of a sump pump. The prices of the things are reasonable. They keep their word and leave no trace of their presence. Our recommendation is quite favorable.
