    I came home late from work and noticed I had zero hot water !!! Oh boy so I went and check sure enough my 21 year old hot water heater kicked the bucket! I was recommended Pat’s Plumbing from my hairstylist (they know EVERYTHING). I called 1st thing in the morning and out came Julio. He was fantastic ! Everyone was great from office to installers! I had hot water by the end of the day !! Thank you to everyone at Pat’s Plumbing for your quick and efficient service !!

    Best experience Ive ever had with a plumber. Julio and Jonathan came out and scoped our sewer line, identified the issue and sorted it out all in the same day. They were straight forward, considerate, and easy to work with. Communication was great from the start and easy! Seriously could not be happier.     Just had a new line from meter to house done and I am so impressed. It went much quicker than I thought, and Jessi and Luaiva are so skilled and efficient. No more leak!     I had a great experience with Pats Plumbing.Julio was great to work with. He came out and quoted me for a main water line repair. It was 4 feet underground, but he found the leak fairly easily and repaired it in a few hours. Their quote for repair was in line with other companies, but Pats quote for a full replacement was 40% less than most companies. Luckily I just needed a repair, and not a replacement.Julio filled in the large hole and put the grass back as best he could. It looks pretty darn good for how invasive the repair was.Id recommend this company to anyone looking to repair a main water leak.

    Pats Plumbing has always been reliable, over many years of service, particularly Jesse, who has fixed things several times. The latest was stopping the leak under my kitchen sink, which ruined my floor and some cabinet and walls. I found the leak at midnight, and called PPs 24 hour number; was put into the schedule for an 8:30 a.m. appointment. I needed a new faucet--and Jesse was able to replace it with the same faucet style right away, because he had one in his truck. I also love the senior discount, and the member discount as well. I really hope I dont need to call again for a long time!

    Pats Plumbing did a repipe and water heater replacement for me and Julio and his apprentice did an excellent job!They both worked hard and long and ensured when the repipe was completed all was functioning as it should.Julio is detailed oriented and a hard worker as well as his partner.Im very happy with the work they did on my mid-century home.

    Pats Plumbing is so professional. First, office admin Jenny is incredibly organized, and stayed in good touch via phone with winter weather related scheduling, as well as after the visit via email. Their $50 site visit fee to assess the job was an excellent deal, and will be applied to our bid as soon as we go forward. The guys who came out were totally knowledgeable and gave great advice. Im sure Ill stick with Pats Plumbing from now on.

    Weve used Pats plumbing three times and have had a great experience everytime. Jesse has clearly explained our issues and options and has completed all the work quickly. Weve had piping replaced, drain clearing, and a pressure regulator valve installed. I will call then again if I have issues!

    Pats Plumbing helped us in the massive undertaking of a full gut job kitchen remodel. We needed water lines moved for the sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator, the gas line for the stove moved and pipes in a wall moved. The team handled everything with perfection! They always arrived on time, friendly and worked efficiently. I was always kept in the loop on progress and plans. Once walls, floors and cabinets were finally rebuilt, they came back to finish hookups, and all without a hitch! Every inspection passed with flying colors. Staff on the phones were always informative and friendly. We have spent so much time with them they feel like family. I highly recommend this crew if you want your plumbing done perfectly the first time. They have been a joy to work with!

    I live in an older trailer in a mobile home park with a few different Plumbing issues on top of the circumstances involving the inside of my house. Jesse, my fabulous plumber, was extremely understanding/sensitive, about my life situation; and so so helpful regarding all of the plumbing issues I have. Fixing the urgent issues and prioritizing the going forward repairs. At the same time knowing how to handle the leased land fault-expense situation. That itself can be tricky. Pats Plumbing made it is easy as humanly possible under the circumstances it was not a fun summer for me but they made it safe, affordable, and functional for me. All during COVID. They will always be my first call for plumbing issues. 💯🛠

    I have used pats plumbing twice and been happy both times with problems that needed to be addressed that were a little complicated like a pressure water system put in my garage that allowed my water system outside not make my taps leak.a new hot and cold tap for my washer both times it was very professionally done. The person that did it was very friendly and everything was done neat and cleaned up.

    Called my Home Warranty people to fix the spigot on the front of my house, the company they sent, came out and said they were on the phone with the company to get approval and had to leave to finish their work, it took 3 days and 2 phone calls to get told that it would be $1300 and the warranty wont cover it. I called Pats and they came out, he said he could get it working properly with a warranty on the work for $375, done and done!!! Will definitely work with Pats for all my plumbing needs!

    The two gentlemen dispatched to repair the front water spigot to the house were professional, personable and set to task. They showed up on time, were respectful and helped to educate me on how things work upon my request to do so. They were receptive of me watching them cut the dry wall inside of the house and see how they repaired the cracked connector pipe. As a business owner and property manager I have dealt with many companies and Pats Plumbing far exceeded my expectations.     Had to replace a leaky outdoor faucet. On the recommendation of other reviewers, I requested Merle. He and Jessie showed up and did a terrific job! Not only where they both competent and professional, they were also just really nice guys with easy to like personalities.The next week we put a hole in a side sewage line while digging a hole and Merle and Jessie came right out to patch it up even though it was snowing!Really happy with their promptness, their work, and their professional conduct.

    We just had a new hot water tank installed by Pats plumbing. They arrived when they said they would and set right to work. they met the doggies so the doggies would know who was out there making all the racket. They hauled away the old, antique hot water tank and the new one works great! They were clean, timely and Id have them again!

    Thank you for taking care of my 77 year old mother. Water was coming out of a broken pipe and flooding her kitchen.     Called Pats Plumbing and they had two workers out in no time. Re-plumbed an area where we had leaks before. They were done in two hours, cleaned up their mess and gone. We have kept the wall open to make sure there were no other leaks. So far so good!!

    What I like best is the up-front pricing they give members so you know what you are getting before anything starts. They are very friendly and work to get your job started as soon as possible depending on your schedule. And they are very capable. Alex, on a bet, was able to completely replace a toilet blindfolded, which he did without any leaks, damage, or injury! Can your plumber do that?

    We had a tricky weird pipe leak problem due to previous owners do it yourself house remodel . Pats Plumbing figured out a solution and installed the fix avoiding the potential garage concrete floor trench to fix problem! In 5 yrs of owning this house this is the 3rd experience with Pats Plumbers all very good.

    So far, not happy and do not recommend. Out of five shut off valves they installed, three are wet. I was told that technicians would come the next day - waited for them to show up for 4 hours with no lack yet. It looks like I may have to wait another day or two... I will update this post when my situation will be resolved.UPDATE: Technician came today and fixed problems.

    Had a little issue with a drain plug. Made a call and requested Alex (hes the best in our eyes!) and was notified he could take care of us that same day. As always Alex is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Pats Plumbing is the only Plumber for our household! Thanks Alex!

    Clogged garbage disposal needed clearing ( I warned Mom not to use the thing!). Pats came out and figured out that the Disposals Grinding Teeth were shot, so the Peels, etc, that went down the disposal ended up clogging the main drain pipe for the Kitchen and Bathroom Sinks. They cleared the clog, diagnosed the issue with the disposal, and added a cleanout to the main drain pipe. They did what needed to be done. The price was higher than I expected ( but thats an issue with ALL plumbers, isnt it?), but the work got done, they cleaned up after themselves, Mom has sworn off Garbage Disposals for life, and all is well.

    I have used Pat’s Plumbing to help me at our business property and now at our home. We have called them in emergency situations with frozen pipes at restaurant property and now to fix our home up to last throughout the next 25 years.     I have to give them 4 stars as they failed to keep our first appointment and didnt call to let me know. Their prices were higher than I expected to install a new garbage disposal. However, the repair person was very professional and explained the repair needed. I would hire them again.

    I live in a mobile home mounted in the ground. The crawl space under the home is about 3 feet in height. Its very hard to get to the pipes under the floor and can be difficult to find the leaking pipe thats concealed in the water barrier lining. The plumbers were friendly and never gave up trying to find the leaks I had. I have used them a total of 6 times for my mobile home and my son home.

    We needed to replace some old and leaky pipes in our basement that we knew to be leaking. The plumber came out and did a great job on two pipes, but completely missed the third pipe which was also leaking. We had to have him come back to repair that after water continued to drip from it.

The plumber, Nate, was thorough in his investigation and communicated his thinking as he went along, but no leak was found. Eventually it was discovered that my next door neighbor had a leak in her bathroom that was coming under the adjoining wall. I really appreciated Nates thoughtful approach and suggestions on how to handle this perplexing problem.

    Had Jesse, come for a stopped up toilet he did a great job, and since we knew we needed the pipes redone (old house) we got an estimate as we normally do we got a couple after and decided to go with Pats. great experience, Jesse and his partner came in explain everything and got to work, it was a full job and while here they found a leak in the drain which they fixed> Jesse was easy to work with and adaptable when I added things .... they stayed late to make sure we had at least one sink a shower and hot water for the 2nd night. very satisfied with the qualify of the work and the friendliness of the crew, they cleaned up after and We will continue to use them in the future, Thanks Jesse

    Ive used Pats Plumbing 3 times over the last 6 years, twice to clean out a badly clogged sewer drain (Roots) and once to replace a leaking water main from the street to the house. Both times Jesse was dispatched to make the repairs and I cant say enough about how friendly and professional he is. Other quotes from companies required them to trench through 60 of my new stamped concrete driveway. Jesse was able save my driveway by having it done with a trenchless machine.     We had a hot water tank failure and a big water leak right before Christmas and Pat’s saved the day and my sanity by coming out on the same day to install a new tank. We didn’t have to go without hot water for more than a few hours which was very lucky. They are customer service oriented, they answer the phone and return your call when they say they will!     Wow! Pats Plumbing was awesome! We had a tight deadline to get all three of our bathrooms remodeled and timing was everything. We were never without a functioning bathroom and they even had 3-4 plumbers here at once to get the job done when we needed it.
