    We had 2 bedroom windows replaced by DaBella. We had a great experience from everyone at DaBella. Justin the sales rep, was particularly patient with our questions and walking us through our options, costs, timeline etc. We were sent text updates throughout process. The team that came out for exact measurements and installation were great. They were in and out and with no trace left behind. The actual installation of 2 windows on 2nd floor was completed in 2 hours. Though the windows replaced were vinyl windows too, somehow we marveled that the new windows seem so much bigger and room brighter though we chose low E so room doesnā€™t get as hot. We love our new windows and highly recommend DaBella.

    We had a great experience working with Antonio. Heā€™s extremely knowledgeable and tailors his expertise to the job! With his help, we were confident that we had landed on the best option for our windows upgrade in terms of aesthetics, finances, and our energy conservation goals. Antonio was warm and friendly with the whole family while doing his bid work. Our dogs and our one year old didnā€™t want him to leave! Heā€™s clearly invested in his work. He doesnā€™t just deliver on the nuts and bolts of the sale, but also you can tell he cares about your family and the benefit he can bring to your home with his expertise and care. Antonio and DaBella offered the most competitive bid and made us feel the most comfortable going forward on a big project replacing 14 picture windows.

I really appreciated how in-depth his explanations were; I felt fully informed about both the process and the product options.Although Im not ready to move forward with the project today, I am confident that DaBella will be my choice when the time comes.     I contacted DaBella two days ago to get an estimate for window replacement. Grady Canty, Sales Representative came today and inspected all my windows. He was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. He presented a proposal which I accepted. This was unusual for me as I like to mull things over, however his presentation convinced me this was a good company and a good deal. Iā€™m looking forward to project completion!

    I got a phone call for a free no obligation roofing estimate and like everybody else, i was skeptical about it. Jedidah and Jason show up right on time, explain very clear to me what they would do, respect my time, my space, took pictures and was super quiet because my kids were taking a nap. After all, they let me know my roof just need cleaning but I still have couple more years to go and even suggest what I should do to proper maintain my roof for longer use.I was supper impressed with Jedidah and Jason professionalism, their attitude, their honest opinions and they got themselves a customer in the near future when my roof need replacing.Thank you.

    We worked with Earnest for both a new roof and all new siding/trim for our 1908 house. I was impressed from day one with Earnests knowledge, passion, and the quality of the products and installation process. The kids and our dog loved him right away too! We ran into a few hiccups along the way with our old house, and Earnest was there every step of the way to problem solve and make sure everything was done the right way the first time. He checked in regularly, addressed our questions, and was invested in our satisfaction. Our house is almost unrecognizable, in the best way! In terms of cost, we paid about double what I had in my mind before bidding out the work, but the value of the products, the professional installation, and the long-term warranties give us priceless peace of mind.     We had an appointment set and they showed up right on time. Two very nice men that spent time to give us lots of good information. The downside was (as I read in another review) that when we started talking numbers they would talk to their manager and get us a great deal on lowering the price. We told them we did not intend to make a decision today. They still called and got at least 2 additional quotes that went lower each time. The last offer was $5000 off of a $15,000 job. We would have loved to accept that, but it went against our standing principle of research (they were the first people we had talked to about the project) and of not making big financial decisions on the same day. My suggestion is to do your research BEFORE you have someone come out. Know what price you are looking for and then maybe you can take them up on deals for deciding on that day.

    Ill start with the negative first. It took five month plus and three calls in, before I had my shower installed. The delay was due to a part that did not arrive in time. When a worker finally came he was very professional, and a dedicated and hard worker! He did an amazing job on the installation in about 1.5 - 2 days. He did not leave a mess, and showed me what he did. The shower looks GREAT! We love it! and it was well worth the wait! I would definitely recommend them!! for their workmanship and product.

    At first I was very weary. Being a single female, I felt like I was going to be taken advantage of. Ive had many companies come to my door to offer their services and never felt safe. Then one day DaBella came by and Kyle Bohl, a representative of DaBella inspected my roof and showed me exactly what was going on with the roof as if I was doing the inspection myself. Kyle even went into the attic to find anything and everything, and I myself was describing what was wrong. I knew what DaBella was offering was of the upmost quality because of the professionalism of Kyle. Ive had roofers out who didnt get into the attic, and even ones who didnt even have a ladder! The installers themselves were very professional, the quality of their work was outstanding, and I found myself dancing in my driveway to their music as they were installing the roof. I had a couple quotes before and after DaBella, and DaBella was one of the highest and after seeing and living through this process, I completely understand why. Their products, their representatives, and their service is of the upmost quality. Im excited to see my gutters get installed! I will update this after that.

    Tacoda and Judith came out to my home for a follow up inspection due to organic growth noticed in windows, and home not holding in heat like it should. They educated me on whatā€™s going on and likely causes based on the homeā€™s window installation that noticeably has some inconsistencies. They went through all the product and pricing options and were very capable working with offering the best prices they could present which was far better than I was anticipating. I was thoroughly impressed with their product knowledge and technology behind it. And thanks to them, I had the builders home inspection done, and am now working with my homeā€™s builder warranty to replace all windows. Iā€™m very hopeful to present these windows for the warrantys replacement product as my number one choice once the complete totals are agreed on.     5 stars to the installers, polite, industrious, hardworking, under less than ideal conditions. Delays that were not caused by them had the job starting late, but they finished in the 3 days estimated for completion. Daily clean up and final cleanup was at a high standard.3 stars to DaBella for lack of communication. As primary contractor for the job, the coordinator assigned should have known the job and the requirements concerning delivery of all necessary parts and equipment for the job to start on time. Until the homeowners called in to say, Hey where are my installers? They didnt know: that the installers had not come when scheduled nor the reasons why. Certain loaner/rental equipment was not in place and the job could not start until it was.So, I would likely contract DaBella return when more siding work is needed. BUT the communications problem will have to be repaired before then. The lack of communication, the late start, the almost no start at all, led to anxiety for the clients, environmental complications (rain), & higher inconvenience than necessary for the personal schedules of the clients.

    I am very pleased with my new roof and gutters. The salesperson, Jared P was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. I never felt pressured or rushed with my decision. It actually took me more than one year to make a decision with about 7 estimates from other companies but I could never go forward because i didnt feel confident until I met Jared. Jared actually climbed on my roof and took pictures of the condition so I was impressed with that.The reason for 4 stars is the project manager, Emma ? was not very helpful during the process. I did however, have Jared, the salesperson helping me instead so Im not really sure why they had a project manager assigned. Two times I was very frustrated because she left messages instead of actually making contact. That resulted in 2xs people showing up without my permission.Jared managed the whole process because thats who i trusted to help and the roofers were pretty decent. They were respectful of my property. When they accidently damaged a fence post backing out of my gated driveway with a large trailer they immediately sent a crew to fix it. I was so grateful to the crew for working in 20Ā° weather. They actually showed up during the worst week we had in January and kept right on it without any complaints or absenteeism. They replaced the shingles and two skylights on my 3700sf, 3 story house in about 4 days. The gutters were done separately. I wasnt as impressed with the gutter company altho they worked pretty hard. They just left nails and jagged pieces of metal and the supervisor was not very friendly altho he accommodated me when I changed my mind on the color at the last minute. Still some of the fittings were the wrong color. ie. Black gutters and downspouts with white fittings. Easy fix but really? The price was very steep for that kind of nonsense. So yeah, 5 stars for the salesperson. He was very helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Less enthusiasm for the project manager, and gutter company. However, the roof and gutters are great and the warranty will transfer to the next homeowner in a few years when I sell.

    I called DaBelle after I noticed I had a leaky roof. Janston came out to assess my roof and noticed it had more issues than just the leak. There was evidence of rusty nails, and poor ventilation. About 1 1/2 weeks later and my husband and I contacting them, I finally got a call from Ashley, the office manager and she explained what was going on and what the next steps would be which was helpful.     I recently had a knock on my door by a DaBella canvasser offering a free roof estimate. I thought, why not, cant hurt. I had no intention of getting a new roof any time soon, though I did have some damage from a couple of heavy windstorms in the last year or so. I set an appointment for an inspection. The time came, and I must say, I was not prepared for the extent of what needed to happen. I thought theyd go up on my roof for ten minutes, knock back on my door, and give me a quick write up. The salesman could sense my weariness when he asked to come in, as I was probably letting off a crazy vibe, like why do you need to come in my house? Because of this I feel like he took a slower approach, and took a step back to explain to me the why behind what they needed to do. He started outside, and explained that they not only did roofs, but other exterior products and hed take a look around for anything that might need attention. When he was done there, he came back in and finished up with the inspection from the interior in the attic. My salesman was Mateo DeLeon. Part of the reason I was apprehensive of this whole thing was because I knew at this time I couldnt afford a new roof. Mateo went through his findings with me and showed me pictures of some concerning areas that if I didnt act on right away could end up costing me a bigger headache and financial crisis later. He didnt try to oversell me on products for my home I didnt need, just because he could, and I appreciated that. There were things that in the back of my mind I was worried about, or that Id walk by and look up at my awning and eaves and wonder what was going on with the water damage I was seeing. He explained to me why I was seeing that damage and showed me the beginning of water penetration into the wood material in my attic. I am a single mom and these major home maintenance things can be scary and intimidating when there isnt someone around to watch out for me being taken advantage of, when I dont know what things I really need and dont really need. Not only did he show me problem areas but he pointed our where some things werent up to code. Luckily for me, DaBella offers financing with some great companies. When we were going through numbers I was still really stressed out about the costs and didnt think I could afford it, but Mateo saw this and found another financing solution that did work for me, one where I could defer the payments for 12 months, so that it wouldnt hit my checkbook right now and would give me time to get where I needed to be. He also made sure any way he could lower the cost he did, like doing a flexible install date. I think one of the things I am most grateful for through this experience was just how well he explained the install process to me, so I could see how much more sound my new roof would be by the time it was finished. The financing paperwork was ready in about 48 hours and that was that. The roof was installed about two weeks ahead of schedule. I would say that during the installation itself, I was nervous that the install would be different than what was explained to me, but, the final person who was out at the site, did answer all of my paranoid questions and made sure I was comfortable with the final product. I would say the value with DaBella is quality, integrity, guarantee, and peace of mind. They saved me from what I wouldve done, which is defer evaluating the issues until it was too late and the damage was more costly. Thanks DaBella for my beautiful new roof!

They were here right on the dot and very cheerful. After looking at the roof they mentioned a few small issues but did NOT recommend a new roof at this time. NO hard sell, NO guilt tactics, NO push.     Had Mateo and Justin come by to check my siding and windows. Fortunately no issues with either so I didnā€™t commit to anything, but had a great experience chatting with them and learned a lot about how to take care of my siding and check for signs that replacement is needed in the future. Iā€™ll plan to check back with DaBella if I have any roofing or siding needs in the future!

    William Greer, a consultant for DaBella Roofing in Kent Washington, arrived at the scheduled appointment time and was very professional when explaining the materials that would be used for the new roof and gutters that would be installed. He explained what the materials were made of and how they would keep water from penetrating the shingles and causing damage to the plywood underneath. He also explained how the roof ventilation would work as well as the 50-year extensive warranty that gives us peace of mind regarding the roof for the remainder of our lives. He provided us with an initial estimate and after working with us on pricing we came to an amount that was acceptable to both parties. My mother, Maureen, and I are very satisfied with this first stage of the roofing process and look forward to the roof and gutters being installed. Excellent service!

    Hayden was prompt and professional when he came to do my roof replacement estimate. The estimate was thorough and he even crawled up into my attic to check for any hidden problems we might run into. No one likes hidden costs on a construction project. Hayden respected my time constraints but still left me with a very thorough run through of the superior product they offer along with the great warranty that goes with it.     Sonya came to my house for a consultation for my master bath, she was so sweet, knowledgeable and most importantly, a straight shooter! She told me what to expect, what is going to cost me the most, and how to save money!     Iā€™ve now had DaBella do three jobs for me over the last three years on three different houses. They have replaced the siding on a rental house and on my elderly neighborā€™s house (which I arranged and raised money for), and they are putting new windows on my primary home.Weā€™ve been pleased with all three. Mateo DeLeon has been our sales contact for the latter two jobs. Mateo is very helpful in explaining things and provides great input in weighing the pros and cons of each option. Heā€™s very responsive throughout the process and also good at setting expectations on timing (which is important because it takes some time for material to be manufactured and shipped and for the job to be scheduled). For my elderly neighborā€™s siding, he worked with us to get us a great deal, which was much appreciated.The people who do the work are great, too. They do quality work, and they do it right (Iā€™ve unfortunately been able to contrast their work with that of other contractors who have done the same job for me incorrectly, cutting corners). Also, because DaBella has the manufacturer install the product, the warranty is apparently more solid (manufacturer canā€™t claim it was improper installation).Of course, everyone should get multiple quotes as best practice, but get one from these guys. It shouldnā€™t always come down to just price (although they have been competitive in my experience). DaBella has also always been the most upstanding and professional of the companies Iā€™ve spoken with. When youā€™re making a large expenditure to improve your home, you want it done right and you want someone you can call years down the line who will be responsive.

    The project started with Wyatt, the sales manager. He spent much time explaining the process, time frame from start to finish, and the materials selected by me and how long to expect the product to be made to the specifications.I was so impressed at the quality in the materials of my baths (x2); Contractors Paul, Emily, and Adam came out at 0800 am on a Sunday and they worked until the project was completed by 8:00 pm; the attention to detail was obvious; they were careful to cover the floors, and the other surfaces to avoid damage. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving my home the way it was when they arrived. The only change were the 2 beautiful shower and bath remodels. I appreciate the companys integrity and the contractors excellent work!I am so proud of my baths that my neighbors have been invited in to see the finished product. They are also impressed!! Of course, I was sure to provide the contact information to them.

    Worked with Isaiah, & Joey for sales on a window replacement/installation project over the course of two days.The first rep to show up one day one was a little pushy and was at my house explaining things a lot longer than I was prepared for, despite me being up front about not wanting to make a decision that day.The second two reps, Isaiah & Joey that showed up the next day were informative and better to work with as I didnt feel as pressured.     I enjoyed the presentation The two representives where informative, and personable.I have sold construction, window, fire and water restoration in the past so I knew what to expect. They were able to make the project come in within the budget we had set for ourselves.Today the roof has been installed, the installers were good at what they do, friendly, respectful.
