    Aldo came out to inspect our AC units.He was very thorough and explained the situation. He did a great job and fixed the problem. Both units needed new insulation (see pic)He also took a look at our air filters and explained what is needed to ensure our AC and Heating units function properly.Highly recommend Proflo for all your plumbing, Heating and AC needs.

    We have been using ProFlo for over five years now. We have two homes on eight acres in De Luz area that were built in 1987 which we have renewed. ProFlo has replaced airconditioners, hot water heaters, fixed plumbing leaks.....all in a very professional manner. In emergency situations they respond very quickly and their rates have been reasonable. I recommend them strongly and we have trusted them with our door keys without incident.

    First to start off. I was very impressed they come exactly on time. especially on time usually service like this takes a little bit longer to be arrived. They started to work right away. While replacing and installation of my AC and heater they would check on all of the house while doing there maintenance they found some things that need to be fixed in the house (we knew what things were need to be fix) they were open and honest with communicate with us. As well I was putting away my garbage cans, they offer to take them for me!! I was stunned. They went above and beyond. They fully explain everything and how it works and making sure we were doing well. Love truly the experience, hospitality and honestly. I would definitely recommend them.

    I was referred to ProFlo from another HVAC professional when I was seeking estimates for a tankless water heater. I had several other vendors visit and estimate the job, even some for less cost than the ProFlo estimate. The difference was, the owner of the company came to introduce himself and walked the job. Where I was told there might be obstacles or problems with the location or the way I wanted it installed, Bryan took the time to research and get back with me with a plan. I was provided a fair estimate and agreed to have ProFlo do the work. The installation team was prompt and completed the installation in one day. We experienced no interruption to our daily routine. The service provided was above any we’ve received previously. I have personally referred my neighbors whenever anyone has asked about the services ProFlo provides. My neighbors have also used and been happy with the work as well. Bryan runs a wonderful, professional, and affordable company. We have had ProFlo return for other services as well and each time they were responsive saving us from having to find a hotel for the duration. We’re completely satisfied with ProFlo!

    We had a complete HVAC system replaced and redesigned with new ducting on a 30+ year old house. From the first contact on the phone until the job was complete, everyone I spoke to or had work at the house was friendly, professional and seemed to take genuine pride in their work. Everything was completed on schedule, at the agreed price with no surprises. I would definitely use ProFlo again - highly recommended. The new system works great too!

    I had my plumbing drain cleared as well as a meter repaired that was leaking in my back yard. Also recently I had my hot water heater replaced by ProFlo. Jared and his partner did a great job. I chose them based on the many positive reviews I read before I hired them. This was my third time using ProFlo. I definitely recommend them too.

    My air conditioner fan motor when out last Wednesday afternoon right in the middle of this scorching heat wave! I called ProFlo and they acted quickly to resolve the issue. Bryan came out on Thursday and immediately ordered the replacement part and Anthony was able to get my A/C back up and running early Saturday morning. I purchased both my furnace and air conditioning units from ProFlo and I highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

    I had my A/C unit / furnace replaced about a year ago. Bryan and his crew were all very professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions and did a quality job with the replacement and install. The house is far more comfortable now and the newer more efficient unit has lowered my utilities as well.     Our AC unit has been a pain the arce to say the least. We have had several technicians out to fix our old unit. I am a firm believer of always checking Yelp reviews, and using Yelp to find a good business to service our needs. I like to keep my money local and support the local and small business folks in my community. Well today I have found the one and only Heating and Air company that I will use from here on out. Bryan the owner came to help fix our AC unit and he also provided me with some valuable information about homeowners insurance, thank you Bryan.From the time I sent the online email request, to the work being completed was less than 36 hours. Now I dont know about you, but last time we had to wait a week to get a technician out. Proflo, came, they saw, and conquered my issue. Thank you everyone who works at Proflo. Youre all amazing and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone. I am looking forward to having you do our system upgrade.

    Once in a while, you come across business that goes way above and beyond what youd be normally accustomed to. This is the case with ProFlo. I replaced my HVAC with this company over a year ago, because the owner was caring and responsive and gave me the best deal. The work was completed on time and on budget, with a few extras along the way. I recently experienced a small issue with one of the AC units in the middle of heat wave. The technician came out within 2 hours, fixed the issue, and made extra adjustments that were not even part of the problem. He stayed as long as was needed, never rushed to complete the job and was as friendly and professional as the first time I encountered him and the team during installation. This is my first choice for HVAC service as long as the current owner / team owns this business.

    Thursday 4:30, afternoon before Labor Day weekend, A/C goes out, house filled with guests. Called ProFlo and told this lovely woman of my emergency. She said she was sorry they couldnt come out right then, but would have someone here by 9 a.m. Aldo did come out and repaired the unit. Saved our lives! Great company!

    I called Pro Flo regarding our shower head that was leaking & There was some hot water for a few minutes then it goes cold.     Aldo came out within the time that was scheduled. He quickly checks the Thermostat and the Safety T switch. It turns out that there could possibly be a clogged in the condensate drain line since water accumulate in the drain line and the Safe T switch detects clogged and shut off the thermostat. He vacuumed the water and then blow pressured air into the drain line to clear any clogged. AC is working properly now. 90 day warranty on the service call. Thanks Aldo. Great job!

    With a heat wave happening, I called 3 local companies when our AC quit working. I was surprised when I had my call answered and a service tech in route within 2 hours.     Bryan drove from Canyon Lake to Brea, that’s a 50-miles drive, to assess the problem with our air conditioner. Once determined, the closest dealer that carries the required part is located in Buena Park, which is another 20 miles from Brea. Bryan went and got the part, without charging the additional mileage cost. Bryan fixed the problem, and within half an hour, our air conditioning was operational. My elderly parents appreciate Bryan’s professionalism and customer service care, particularly with the recent heat wave in Southern California.     I am so grateful for ProFlo .when my sewage line busted I was beside myself but the people at ProFlo was there for me they replaced my sewage line and while they were at it I had them replaced all the water lines from the street to my house and all the water lines in my house as well they help me with financing see you May think that doing the water lines as well was not necessary at was all my pipes where over a 100 years old and crumbling so UNLIKE LAS POLICY JUST WAIT TILL IT BREAKS I decided to replace them and Im better off for it I ended up saving a lot more money by going to profile and anyone else I do recommend them

    Aldo did a great job for me! One item that needs attn. = the maintenance report with pics needs explanations.The pics mean zero to a lay person unless there is a note indicating within range of spec or low, out of spec. If out of spec there should be a corrective action noted on how to fix the issue. This I feel is a major area that needs to be addressed. Thanks--I dont drink coffee so give my card to Aldo.
