    Joe, from Fowler Plumbing replaced the hot water heater yesterday, where I am currently living. The man jumped through hoops to get the job done because this is a mobile home, the hot water heater was at least 10 years old, had never been serviced, was leaking, was rusted, and so forth. They dont make the same heater that he replaced, so he had to make several adjustments to make the new one work.In spite of all of this (and the work took several hours, some beyond what he has anticipated) yet he never upped the price from his original quote.The man is one of the most polite and respectful men Ive ever met.He cleaned up after himself as well.I will recommend Fowler Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber!My name is Sheri Aguillon, and I am not receiving any compensation nor rewards for posting this review.     I had a flood at 2:00 am. I emailed Fowler Plumbing and Restoration immediately after being awakens by the flooding and had a call from Joe at 8:00am. They were at my home by 8:30am. The quick response prevented major water damage to my home. They also worked diligently with my insurance company to get my claim handled quickly. My house is back to normal and I am so grateful for the huge amount of help I received from Joe and his team.

    I have been using Fowler Plumbing since 1993. Yesterday they replaced my shower faucets. Jorge arrived on time, explained clearly what needed to be done. Left to purchase parts, returned promptly and installed the new faucets. Everything checked out, working properly, no leaks, another job well done. I recommend Fowler Plumbing and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

    Expansion Tank for water heater went bad. Left message for Joe (Owner) and he returned my call within 30 minutes. 40 minutes later Jorge V. arrived and went right to work. New expansion tank installed and working perfect. I have been using Fowler Plumbing for many years and have always been satisfied with their work.

    Jorge was pleasant and explained pros and cons of sink removal and hose replacement. Fowler was very accommodating and came the next day, so that counter installation was done on time the following day. We recommend Fowler plumbing.

    I don’t know if I would use anyone other than Fowler. They fit me into their tight schedule when my little ones decided it was time to start stuffing the toilet with whatever they could find.They came within an hour of my call and took care of it.Fowler Plumbing will be the first call I make next time I have a plumbing need.

    Just four days ago, my wife and I discovered we had a slab leak in the hot water side of our homes plumbing. Having dealt with contractors of several disciplines over the years, we took a deep breath and prepared for a week to 10 days of hell. We got a repair estimate from one of the larger plumbing companies in the county. We had already decided that due to the age of our home (50 yrs old), we were just going to do a re-pipe of our home, rather than wait until the 2nd or 3rd slab leak before spending the money. The first estimate was a bit higher than I anticipated, and the walk-thru with the plumber brought the realization that we were going to have many holes cut into the wall of our home, especially in our two, recently renovated bathrooms... Due to the cost & complexity of the job, we decided to get a second opinion... We are so glad that we did. We called Fowler Plumbing, a smaller, local plumbing company. Joe discussed our problem with my wife via telephone, and came by our house to give us an estimate within two hours of the call. It was obvious that Joe was well versed on re-pipe repairs. We did a walk through and he explained how they would do the re-pipe. It was obvious from the beginning that as Joe was evaluating our job, he was looking for the least intrusive way to run the new piping. When he gave us an estimate, it was much better than the one from the larger plumbing company, and based on the work involved, seemed extremely reasonable to me. When asked about what his repair timeline would be, he said they could start tomorrow and would be done within three days... We hired him to re-pipe our house. WOW... what an excellent experience...!! Joe and his crew were on time, professional, and obviously skilled at what they do. The job was done by the end of the 3rd day as promised. Their work was excellent.. I was both appreciative and relieved that Joe did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it, and he & his crew did it real well. He even encountered and dealt with a few small issues that werent covered by the estimate. He went above and beyond in my opinion. My wife and I were amazed at how painless this entire process was, and that is due to Joe and his crew. I would recommend Joe and Fowler Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I know Joe will be out first and only call, for all our future plumbing needs.

    PLEASE READ! You need a plumber otherwise you would not be reading reviews. I am a General Contractor who understands costs and the value of a good service plumber. I hired Joe to repair a slab leak and install new supply lines to my kitchen.Heres what I appreciate about Fowler Plumbing,(Joe). Joe responded to a email on a Holiday weekend. He arrived when he said he would, he returned all my phone calls. When we walked through the house talking about routing the plumbing I noticed Joe avoiding unnecessary drywall cuts, (I have a lot of walls with specialty finishes), only cutting where it was required. Ive worked with plumbers who cut holes just to make it easy to run lines.He finished in a day like he said he would, CLEANED UP and Joe and his guys thanked my wife for the business. During the process everyone was respectful of my house, my wife and I. If you have every used a contractor who did not understand these things, you know exactly what Im talking about and understand the value of those contractors who do. I thought the cost to have this done was more than fair, as I understand contractors costs,(Insurance, workers comp, materials, labor among other things) He also repaired a couple of other things for me which I did not expect.So if you need a plumber, please consider Fowler Plumbing, he also repaired 2 other houses on my street and my nieghbors said the same things.JK, Fallbrook

    I forgot to post this when he did the work, but I think our plumbers name was George. He replaced the shower fixtures in the master bathroom and it didnt cost a lot of money. We were told over the phone that he might have to break into the wall to fix it, but he knew what he was doing and didnt have to do that. It saved us a lot of money. He was polite and knowledgeable. I have used Fowler for about 10 years now and I am always pleased with their work!

    Fowler Plumbing is owned and operated by a very caring and honest person, Joe Del Castillo, who knows his business from top to bottom.He has years of experience, and is very talented in many aspects of home building and maintenance. He has advised us in more than one instance, and his advice is always right on. Joe helped us repair a very serious leak in the garage ceiling that might have become a nightmare of mold issues had we not followed his advice. There was no waiting. He sprang into action as soon as he heard about our emergency. We are very thankful for him.

    We moved to Fallbrook about 8 months ago and on the first day we had a plumbing issue. I called Fowler Plumbing and spoke with Joe. Both he and Kel were quick to respond and took care of the problem right away. I have used Fowler Plumbing 2 more times and each time its been a good experience. Joe and his guys are very professional and they wont try and sell you on things you dont need.

    Called Fowlers for installation of new bathroom sinks and valves. Talked with Joe on the phone - responsive, courteous and friendly. Kel out to replace valves and install sinks/faucets/plumbing.     Had problems with a water heater. Called Fowler Plumbing and Restoration right away and within three hours had it replaced and installed. Got a reasonable price and excellent installation service. Highly recommended.

    Had a tree growing to close to our sewer line and we had a back up in our lines...Kel came out, and was able to show us exactly where the blockage was (due to a camera line), unclog it, and give us ideas on how to go about and fix the problem. We were able to save money on digging out and exposing the sewer line ourselves, and then Kel and George came back out and installed a newer sewer line (old line was around 50 years old, and was clay - the roots had snapped the line in one spot, and buckled it in another). The Fowler guys were very helpful, courteous, and on time. Being in the same home for 30 years, this was one of our better plumbing experiences, and we will be using them solely in the future...

    I called this AM as our washing machine valves needed to be changed out due to corrosion and they quickly had Jerry at our place by 2PM - completed by 3PM. Jerry was fast and did great work - Id totally catch a beer with him as he was very friendly and knew his stuff. Appreciate the great customer service and prompt appointment set-up!     Jerry from Fowler plumbing came out. I had a bad leak under my sink. He quickly found 2 problems. My Garbage Disposal leaked as well as my dishwasher drain. He was very good. Fixed both issues and professional and made sure everything was perfect before he left. Highly recommended this Company and Jerry. Great price! Thank you Fowler Plumbing!

    Had two leaks in a span of one week. Called the company, the owner and Jerry came out and assessed the situation. Jerry fixed the leaks in a timely manner. Asked Jerry to evaluate the pipes on the same line and ofcourse there were issues just waitng to happen. Once again Jerry showed up on time and replaced the pipes in a timely manner. We were trying to be proactive instead of reactive. Thanks Jerry!
