Not only were they professional and on time, but they made sure when they did the job that they were very detailed. Before my water heater wasn’t held together correctly and when they replaced it. They made sure to weld the pipes for long term use instead of a quick fix like the owners before. They made my water heater look more clean and safer. HUGE improvement to the home and I could not be happier. Fantastic work and they gave me several options along the way. Highly recommend them!

Enrique quickly & efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air-conditioning system. He showed me the defective part (capacitor) & how it registering on the meter under capacity. He explained how it affected the performance of the AC unit. He checked & cleaned the filter as well. Communication prior to arrival was great as well.

From my initial call to setup an appointment with Ashley to the technicians, Nelson Guerrero and Daniel, that came to my house to ensure my HVAC system was ready for summer 2023 and beyond.Nelson is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and his expertise was evident in the fine work he and Daniel performed.Not only will I use them again, I actually signed up for their monthly membership service, which will save me money over the long term by keeping my current HVAC system and plumbing properly maintained and my home comfortable!

We have been using them for 15 years and highly recommend them. Nelson did a great job of going over everything during my home inspection and letting me know what I need to repair, as my house is over 30 years old. He let me know what things are more urgent and what I can plan to do in the future, so I can figure out what works with my budget and what I can save up for. They always show me and explain the problem so I know that it really needs to be repaired. Great job George Plumbing!

Wayne was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was also punctual. The install on our new toilet upstairs was flawless. Wayne was meticulous and did not leave anything behind with regard to the work area. He demonstrated respect by informing us of every step involved with the project. In addition, he kept his mask and shoe covers on the entire time he was inside our home. The cost of the project was fair. We are using this company again later this week for another toilet. Wayne deserves 5+ stars and will be receiving future referrals. Update: 4/8/22 This is our third time scheduling with this company. Enrique arrived early, was friendly and professional, and conscientious about protecting our space. Unfortunately, we did not move forward with the faucet replacement, this time, due to the higher than expected cost. However, Enrique did replace the shutoff valves, and they look great!

I hired George Pluming to take a look at our air conditioner because it didnt seem to be cooling off the 1st floor of our house very well. I wasnt home when Nelson came by, but my parents were and they said they were very impressed with his service! After Nelson diagnosed the issue & repaired our unit, he was extremely thorough in making sure everything was in tip top shape before leaving. He even discovered that 2 of the air vents in the ceiling in our living room were closed, which was part of the problem.(The ceiling in this room is so high, we never knew the vents were closed.) After Nelson left, the air was on & the room was nice & cool! I would definitely recommend Nelson & George Plumbing!

David, Enrique & Todd did a great job completing the required repairs and also made some upgrades while doing the work without increasing the estimated price. Top notch customer service! I’ve used George’s Plumbing and Heating for the last two years, they installed my HVAC and have done regular maintenance for me along with plumbing work. Anytime I’ve called for a service they get me scheduled ASAP and always arrive on time and always exceed expectations. My most recent experience with them was a service call for my HVAC that was throwing an error code; Nelson arrived and discovered a faulty electrical breaker. He was out the very next day and got me back up and running!

Called Geoge Plumbing and Nelson Guerrero was the technician assigned to assess the situation. I was fearing the worst but after Nelson looked at the problem, he assured me it is a fixable problem, although at some point and time, we might want to put in a new A/C.
