    Water Flow Plumbing came to my house to help get a gas line from my basement to my attic. This was not an easy job as the pipe would need to make its way through two floors. Also, we were still living on the main floor and the pipe would need to go through one of our bedrooms.Flavio and his crew came in and were extremely professional about the entire process. They made sure to keep me abreast of the work and were always great at answering questions and making sure that I understood what was happening and why.Most importantly, the work that was being done needed to take place near a very expensive and important collection that I have. Flavio, of all the plumbers that have ever come to my house, recognized the value and importance immediately and made sure to be EXTREMELY cautious. This put my mind at ease.I think that is one of the best aspects of Water Flow Plumbing. Flavio puts you at ease. He and his crew are very careful and are willing to do whatever the owner needs done in order to make sure that the job is done right and in a way that makes the owner feel good about the work.In addition, while Flavio and his crew were working on my gas pipe, I happened to find a leak coming from my sink that could potentially have damaging effects. when I approached Flavio about it, he said, No Problem and had fixed for me that same day.I cannot say enough about Water Flow and Flavio.     Water flow plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service I have ever received. Flavio was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, extremely professional and even great with my dog.     Water Flow Plumbing and Heating install all new plumbing fixtures at my house. When I called for a estimate I got the owner to come out quickly and give me advice in which brands to use and what not to use. His expertise was amazing often pointing me away from the expensive fixtures and guiding me to the reliable elegant fixtures. His price was fair but his work was excellent. I later had them come back to run new plumbing to a new bathroom In my basement and their work was neat and very artistic like. And after I Sheetrock and times he made my job a priority to fit the install of my fixtures in coming after traditional work hours to accommodate my work schedule.     Flavio is the best plumber I have ever used. We woke up one Sunday morning to a flooded basement thanks to a broken water heater. When I called him he was on another job over 60 miles away but he talked me through how to drain the water heater to stop the flooding. He was at my house within a few hours and replaced the water heater the same day. Did I mention this was on a Sunday? I recommend him to everyone I know and everyone says the same thing, he is the best.

    My kitchen sink was leaking and Flavio came to save the day! I appreciated that he wore a face mask (which nowadays is a must), brought his own shoe covers to wear, and laid down a mat to protect the floor where he was working.     Excellent service.Our furnace was shut down; due to flooding. I called Water Flow spoke with Flavio, and while he was unable to help himself, he recommended one of his workers, Christopher. He notified him that I would be calling and asked him to help. While Christopher already had a full workload, he assured us he would be out the following day. He arrived on time was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did in detail and saved us from a very unsafe situation. We highly recommend this company. They will now be our new plumber for any future jobs.

    I highly recommend Flavio, he is the best plumber I ever used. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. Recently, my gas line was required to do pressure test by the utility company. However, they refuse to provide clear instruction how to do it, I have more than 2 Plumbers come to check, they have no idea what they supposed to do, until I have Flavio, he explained to me what should we do. Where as other companies were trying to push a $200 fee for coming in and estimating, he did ours for free.     We were having our basement refinished. Had a break in a drainage pipe in my basement leading to the main sewer line. Basement was flooded. The contractor seemed clueless. Whatever he did just made things worse. Hate dealing with plumbers when you are desperate. Hired Water Flow based on a friends recommendation. What a surprise! Flavio was responsive, professional, and seemed to really give a damn about our home and project. He was able to reroute our drainage line elegantly, without having to break our basement floor. He also took time to inspect and explain some issues with my contractors work, and offered to speak with my contractor to get some things resolved before inspection. Great guy. Great work. Excellent communicator. Would definitely recommend and use them for any plumbing issues in there future.

He quickly figured out what the problem was.He called me next day with the cost of repair. The cost of repair, including materials and labour, was reasonable and he came back in few days to do the work.     Flavio was excellent. He has great knowledge from knowing our complicated boiler to softening water and solved our hot water issues. Where others could not identify the problem but just suggested expensive alternatives. Flavio knew what the issue was and had easy low cost fixes. Very experienced and great pricing. After many other plumbers he is now our go to Plumber and will be serving our boiler annually as well as some other project. We highly recommend him.

    Flavio is the man. I had a leak of my water heater pipe spotted this morning. Flavio was referred by friend’s landlord, showed up in a few hours after a call with me. Explained the problem (water corrosion “ate” the pipe, so actually a much bigger problem), spent the time told me how he would try to fix it and options I have if things don’t work out.He got the right tool and def the right skills – fixed the issue and cleaned it up in no time. I stepped away took a quick call, and it was already done, up and running when I came back! Quick and professional! Reasonable price as well. Highly recommended.

    Flavio not only found a leak and fixed it for a very reasonable price, but provided a foolproof solution by way of a water flo device that connects to the eater main. This will detect leaks in the future and automatically shut off the valve. Also I will know what our water usage is generally.In addition, Flavio installed a new water softener. The person who used to service it not only failed to service the device but also dismantled it leaving me with no softener for some time.Flavio is super attentive and reasonable. Technically super capable and technologically savvy. His work is impeccable and he’s a good guy!
