I called T.P. Howards Plumbing for an on demand electric hot water issue. Matt was a very knowledgeable and personable. He tolerated me asking 100 questions while he worked and didnt get irritated that I wanted to learn as much as I could from the service he was providing. They fit me in their schedule in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I will recommend them to my family and friends. Great job Matt!

I have used TP Howards in the past for a couple of minor jobs, but reached out to them on the Friday of Labor Day weekend when my hot water heater broke down. Though unable to get to me immediately, they arrived as soon as possible on the following Tuesday, and based upon photos and measurements I previously provided, installed a new hot water heater, with improved and up-to-the-latest-plumbing-code connections, in 2.5 hours and at a very reasonable price.

They show up on time, their staff is beyond friendly and helpful and most importantly they get the job done right the first time. Called evening of July 3 with a major plumbing issue. I requested assistance for a drain issue ASAP. I had a call the morning of July 4 (not the best time to ask for assistance). They came early, went right to work and were finished in less than 2 hours . The older gentleman and the young man could not have been more professional and personable. Worked diligently and completely took care of the issue in a short 2hr time . They were pleasant and professional! I am completelysatisfied. I have used TP Howard several times. They always show up and have done a great job for me. They did a very complex install on a tankless water heater in my unusual house. They have fixed leaks where I had water dripping from the ceiling. And they just installed new copper strainers in my copper sinks, fixed a toilet and a leak coming from my dishwasher. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with these guys. We had a leak in lines from a shared well. Initially they helped to try and track down the leak but we quickly identified the line was really beyond repair. They quickly provided a quote and replaced the line for us (this shift in approach from repair to replace was at our request). The crew did a great job and were extremely professional. They worked hard to get water restored and did a great job restoring the disturbed areas caused by the work. I would highly recommend these guys.

We had a water line leaking somewhere between the city hookup and the outside of our house. It was complicated by the asphalt driveway, rock retaining wall, steep slope and required a new water line to be installed. I got multiple quotes from plumbers in Avl. TP Howard gave us a fair quote and completed the job in 1 day. They were very professional, on time and great to work with. We couldnt be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.IMHO some of the other plumbers in Asheville are out to rip off the community with exorbitant prices (Four Seasons). Dont get taken advantage of, give TP Howard an opportunity and you wont be disappointed.

TP Howard’s emergency response was phenomenal this evening. I cannot recommend them enough. The technician, Will called with 2 minutes of receiving the dispatch to us and listened while I attempted to explain the issue. He told us he would arrive in about 30 minutes and he did just that. He checked everything and quickly knew what the solutions were. He finished multiple repairs (everything to do with pressure valves and the hot water heater) expertly and even guided us on solutions we may want to do in the future. He was respectful, knowledgeable and made sure that everywhere he worked was cleaned up afterwards. Attitude is everything and he never once seemed annoyed or irritated to be called out at 8pm on a Sunday night. We will definitely recommend TP Howard’s to everyone we know and continue to use them in the future! Best service today from Jayden and Michael as they serviced my sewer pump today, and i was educated on how a sewer pump works, from both of them, from their experience. I was able to leave work early to meet them at my house, and found these 2 guys hard a work, not knowing what kind of mess i had thought was going to be there when i arrived. OMG they did what they could, cleaned up, and left no mess, and both knew what they were doing. Aside from the excellent customer service, TP Howard, has always made it a point to schedule me in, based on their busy schedule, in order to help me with the sewer pump. BTW this is not the 1st time that they have came out, on my short notice. The inside staff is extremely cordial and polite and made every attempt to help me when i would contact them. The workers came in and when right to work. My husband was in awe and watched the whole them the time they were working in hopes of gleaming some new repair skills.Overall cost was good and it didnt take long for the workers to replace the kitchen sink and faucet.
