We have never had a problem working with them at our former home and now at our Condo. They are great folks and we recommend them highly. Twice in the last year or so we have had them do relatively major projects when we were out of town, trusting them to do the work well and to have it finished before we returned. They did a superb job.

We were in need of a new furnace and air conditioning, and as we have used Pilewski a number of times before, for plumbing work we decided to have them install the new system. We made the right choice. The guys were here bright and early and by early afternoon they had completed the installation and we test fired the system with great success. The guys were diligent and did a great job. We couldnt be more pleased. The Heil equipment is whisper quiet and its hard to beat a 10 year parts warranty, should the need arise. Fully professional and personable, the installation was performed beautifully. Cleanup after the installation was excellent, and the Tub/shower enclosure was fully installed, and the drywall was completed in ready-to-prime and paint order, just as promised. The quote was very competitive with others, and they were able to do the removal of the old tub/shower, install the new and perform the drywall work start to finish. Quick and easy for us, and got started before their original estimate.

I called on a tuesday to get a quote to repair/replace my A/C unit, they told me they were extremely busy and couldnt make it out until next monday but would call me back if they had an opening. Wednesday at 2 pm I got a call, drove home (10 minutes) and the technician showed up 5 minutes later. He found a bad capacitor in my unit and had a spare in the truck. I was back to work by 3 (under an hour) and didnt have to wait a week for an estimate. Theyve done so much work for me over the last few years I dont even call anyone else at this point. Always great service, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly employees. Highly recommend, and will use again.

While they were a little later than the scheduled time, the plumbers were courteous and professional. They went to work and finished within a few hours with quality repairs. I especially like the email quote and invoicing that allows you to pay the invoice right through a link. Will use again if I need plumbing services.

We had a major problem at the house. The main waterline from the well to the house rusted out as it entered the foundation. To make matters worse the house is on a slab, no crawl space to work with at all. This required that that floor at the entry point had to be excavated to expose the damaged line and replace the entry pipe with plastic. The floor had to then be concreted back in after the repair. I called Kim at 7:50 am and by 8:40 am I had Eric on the site. He assured me it could be done and immediately made arrangements for a helper and went for parts. I had the outside problem already exposed. Upon his timely return he got after the job ASAP. It was a lengthy process but the crew worked diligently to get us water once again. Upon firing up the system it was discovered that the pressure tank had now failed as well. NO PROBLEM, Eric went back to the shop to get another while the helper finished up the concrete repair to the floor. YES it was an all day job and these fellas were friendly and helpful. Ever cautious to do as we needed and aware of costs and keeping the site as neat as possible. Picture two foot high pile of mud and gunk on your slate floor. The boys did a great job, loved playing with our dogs and made the tense situation much better. We now have water and feel good that we shouldnt have that problem ever again. Considering the magnitude of this emergency situation, we thought the price was quite reasonable. Pilewski is now OUR PLUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During the Holidays we smelled gas and called the NFG to come out and find out to find if we had a leak. They located a leak a the line in our basement and shut off all the gas to the house which gave us no heat source. We called Pilewski and they told us they would try to get to us quickly. Within four hours they arrived, completed the repair and got us back in a warm house.This is our third service from their firm and we have been very satisfied with their prompt response, quality work and fair cost. We highly recommend them.
