As we searched for someone to help us with a bathroom remodel, the reviews of Lion Heart Remodel impressed us, and now we understand why there are so many fine reviews. Within 2 hours of our initial contact with Richard, he was at our front door to discuss our needs. Throughout the entire process, he was more responsive and available than we could have hoped, providing answers when we had questions, reassurance when we needed it, sharing his vision and offering helpful suggestions when they were appropriate. He worked within our parameters, never pressing for more than we wanted. Each and every contractor Richard brought into the project was easy to work with; they did their jobs efficiently and skillfully. It was clear that their priority was to achieve the best possible version of what we had requested. (Extra shout-out to the tile experts for their attention to detail and dedication to their craft!) Looking back, several things stand out. Richards easy demeanor might make one wonder what lies beneath it, but we quickly learned that at Richards core is vast professional knowledge, essential contacts, honesty, and the desire to please while also understanding the realities of a home project. The focus was on what we wanted and the emphasis was on quality. Though remodeling work is expensive, this was definitely a case of getting what we paid for - and more. Richard places high expectations on himself and his team. The result is a beautiful job and happy customers. Thank you!

Earlier this year, we had an undetected leak in our kitchen wall, by the time we discovered the leak, it was too late. All of our lower cabinets and flooring needed to be torn out due to extensive water damage! It was a huge bummer, but once all damaged materials were removed and cleaned up, we decided we wanted to go ahead and have the entire kitchen and flooring throughout our house remodeled. We found Lion Heart Remodel and decided to have Richard come out for some measurements and provide an estimate.First things first, and this is what really impressed me after our first meeting with him, his communication and timeliness are exceptional! Throughout this entire process, Richard was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had and he was able to keep the project within the timeframe he originally provided us. You can also really tell that he truly loves and takes pride in his work which was so reassuring throughout the entire process.Second, if youre unsure of certain design elements for your project, Richard will be able to offer some input on how to get the look or feel that youre searching for. Hes done so many of these projects, he can probably do just about anything you want to have done. For example, since our kitchen had to start renovations on such short notice, we barely had time to come up with design ideas. After picking out our general color scheme and cabinet style, Richard walked with us through Floor and Decor and showed us a ton of different tiling and flooring options for the kitchen elements wed picked out. And then he suggested a couple different kitchen layout options. We picked the one we liked and proceeded from there. Also, converting the window to a sliding glass door was entirely Richards idea and were so happy with it! It hugely improved the functionality of our space.Overall, we couldnt be happier with the final result and I am so so happy that we found Richard! I will be recommending him to all of my friends who are in need of repair/remodeling work and I would recommend him to anyone else as well. We used Lion Heart Remodel for a full remodel on our kitchen and to install flooring and baseboards in our living room. We enjoyed working with Richard throughout the entire process! This was our first remodel and he guided us through each step. He gave us recommendations on where to go for flooring, cabinets, and counter top. He also gave us different design suggestions, but ultimately went with what we wanted. There were some small, attention to detail aspects that were missed, but when they were brought to Richards attention he was quick to fix them. Overall, we had a great experience working with Lion Heart Remodel and we would use them again and recommend them to others!

We had our entry way flooring refinished and stair railings replaced. I LOVE how it turned out!!! Richard and his crew were amazing! Very professional and helpful in picking out the new railings, getting the stain to match the current flooring and making sure it was all done in a timely manner. Making sure that we were completely happy with the finished product. They even came back to do some touch ups after the new carpeting was installed. I will definitely recommend Lion Heart Remodel in the future as well as use them again. I only wish I had found them sooner! :)

Hired Lion Heart Remodel to do our kitchen remodel a couple months ago. Richard went above and beyond coordinating everything to go as scheduled and got it completed ahead of the deadline. We have a beautiful mantle and needed to find someone to come in who was experienced to remove the tile without damaging the mantle. We are 100+% happy with the result. What a fantastic job Richard did for us. He was super clear about everything and madesure we were clear. Was very good with communication. He was on time and he left the area in a ready position for the surface to be installed! He will return to replace the trim that was necessary to remove for our install! Richard and his team did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. He has extremely high attention to detail and is a perfectionist. He is also extremely honest and straightforward.We wanted to do the demolition and some of the work ourselves, and he was very flexible working with us to do so. We also purchased many of the fixtures ourselves, and he was happy to have his team install them for us.In our situation, we had already laid out what our new bathroom would look like, and Richard was happy to take our rough plans and turn them into reality. He took us to the flooring store to pick out tile and was a very effective consultant. He made lots of suggestions to us, but he always deferred to us to make the final decisions.Richard takes full responsibility for everything his team does. He continually checked in with us throughout the project to make sure we were happy with the progress and the quality of the work. When a few items did not turn out the way we wanted, he immediately set to work to make them right. There were a few times when he even reworked something himself simply because he wasnt happy with the initial result. When one of his subcontractors accidentally broke off a water pipe in the wall, he dropped what he was doing, canceled the rest of his appointments for the day, and rushed over to address the issue and start remediation.Richard told us up front that his bids come in on the high side. We want to emphasize that it was well worth the cost. The old saying is true: you get what you pay for! In the case of Lion Heart Remodel, you get high-quality workmanship and materials and an honest contractor who stands behind his work.

I basically placed my home and everything own in the world into their safe keeping while they gave my home a full interior cosmetic remodel. We recently did a full remodel on our kitchen and first floor. After seeing the great reviews for Lion Heart Remodel we decided to go with them, and were so happy we did! Richard personally took the time to go over every detailed aspect of what we wanted, making sure we understood the relative cost and timelines of everything. He helped us completely individualize our space -including specific paint colors on kitchen cabinets to match our aesthetic- and was up to date on current trends. He was always completely professional, friendly, easy to get a hold of, and went above and beyond to ensure we would have our kitchen ready to use by Christmas. The whole experience felt personalized, unlike just going with a larger corporation. The project was done relatively on time, even with our unique asks. We definitely will use Lion Heart Remodel for future projects!

Just got done with a massive remodel in our home in Silver Firs area. We went from a house that was 80% stuck in 1987 that was driving us crazy. We were finally in a position to update so we started getting estimates from different companies and contractors.Lion Heart Remodel stood out above the rest. Most folks I met with had a lot experience in remodel work but Richard has vision and imagination. From the moment he introduced himself to my wife and I, we felt confident that this was the guy to hire.Never once through this 2.5 month project did I regret that decision. Great communication, asks for feedback through the whole process, and takes changes in stride.We did three new bathrooms, windows, flooring trim, interior and exterior doors, interior paint, banister-replacement-with-pony-wall, and a new deck.The work done here by Lion Heart and his whole crew has been literally life changing for us. Ricky has been an amazing resource for me. His business is near my home in Silver Firs. My house needed a lot of repairs, but a GC wasnt in the budget, so I unfortunately wasnt able to hire Ricky to directly manage all of my repairs.Despite this, Ricky knew I needed some help (and had no experience with house repairs), and hes been providing guidance for about 3 months now.He not only provided referrals to his trusted subcontractors (who were willing to help me out and also provide some discounts, given his referral) - but he also went above and beyond, and communicated with them in advance to let them know that I would be reaching out for help, to ask them to prioritize the work I needed if possible, and to remind them to be mindful of the budget I was working with.Because of this, Ive been able to update the following through Rickys referrals: Windows, roof (incl fascia, soffits, and insulation), gutters, plumbing (incl faucets, toilets, P-traps, disposal, auto washer box, main valve replacement, toilet and sink valve replacements, and new hose spigots), electrical (vaulted ceiling fan install), repair to wall framing damage caused by previous owners, handrail, exterior door, and garage doors (incl openers).The quality of the work was extremely good, and Ive even referred at least one of Rickys contacts (Paul) to a friend who needed siding and exterior paint done (and Paul did such a good job on my friend place in Sammamish that I plan to ask Paul to also do my siding and exterior paint when the time comes).Considering Ricky wasnt being paid at all, I am extremely grateful for how much help he has provided, but I also want to highlight how he provided the help: His communication was always prompt and polite; he shared feedback, advice, and suggestions about the ordering of repairs and what to be mindful of (things I wouldnt have thought of myself); and he went out of his way to both give advance notice to his subcontractors that I would be reaching out AND to follow up with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work.Rickys proven himself to be extremely reliable (which can be a trait thats hard to find with very busy contractors), very professional, and clearly in touch with and working with quality subcontractors. Although I was a non-paying customer, Ricky has been extremely respectful, has never made me felt like I was imposing or being a burden, and obviously holds himself to high standards, no matter what the finances of the situation is.Ive been extremely fortunate to be able to work with Ricky the past 3 months. I plan to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms in the future, and Ricky (or, if hes unable to take on the work due to conflicts, one of his referrals like Paul) is my first choice of contractor when the time comes.Ive said so before in private, but thank you, Ricky, for all your help!

I generally dont bother writing reviews but for the work that Lionheart Remodel did, I decided to create an account and leave them a review - because theyre amazing and they deserve to be doing everyones projects!We had an old & ugly kitchen that we didnt know what to do with or how to reconfigure into a brand-new kitchen with an island. But we knew that we wanted an island. We stumbled upon Lion Heart Remodel on Angies list and then looked up their project work on Instagram and we loved what we saw - Ill be honest, we had several contractors (many rated A++ on Angies list) come in to give us quotes for the job, and ideas about what could be done with the place, but not one of them came remotely close to the sheer enthusiasm and positive energy that Richard brings to the table. We decided right then that well go with LH Remodel - and in retrospect - thank god we did!Richard who leads LH Remodel knows everything about the business - not just from the technical aspect - but also the soft skills that make him a great professional to work with - like handling the clients anxiety, answering their questions, being patient and receptive to feedback or just adapting to changing situations - especially with the Covid thing going on. Richard helped us configure the layout of the new kitchen and even brainstormed with us about what would make sense.He is very good with communication and always kept us in constant communication about everything that was going on. Every morning wed get an update about what the plan was for the day, who was arriving, what time and what they were aiming to achieve by the end of that day and how they were going about it. And they always hit their target for the day!I wanted to share this example that in my opinion sums up Richards abilities and his attention to detail - our floor bull nose trim piece was delayed and then delayed some more to the extent that we didnt have one for installation - enter Richard - he went and bought an unfinished trim piece and he stain matched it to our existing floors. And by match, I mean he REALLY made them match - like we couldnt tell where the existing floor seam ended and where the stain-matched trim piece started. In fact, the trim piece that he stain-matched looks way better than the other trim piece that was factory made by the flooring company and is installed in our living room.After we started our project, we had a whole bunch of delays in the shipping of materials because of the disruption in logistics (thanks to Covid-19) - but Richard was super accommodating about that and they worked around our schedule and made everything happen, and still finished the project ahead of our deadline!And did I mention theyre FAST - without compromising on the Quality of work! They finished the demo in 2 days, cleaned up the whole place and we were ready to go!Richard is a perfectionist and is always looking for those attention to detail things that no one would notice - hed pick up on that and fix those - and that drive for doing good work and attention to detail, permeates through to his team. They are as a group, detail-oriented, trustworthy, extremely professional, and very receptive to the customer’s needs. He will go that extra mile to make you happy! And trust me, it makes all the difference in the end.Our new kitchen looks stunning and were still in awe of what we achieved! The before and after of it, is unrecognizable. Every time we step into our kitchen now, we just keep admiring how awesome it looks and how well Lion Heart Remodel pulled this off!At the start of the project, my wife had a vision of what she wanted her kitchen to look and feel like, and with LH remodel we achieved that goal!Were already planning on hiring them again for doing our bathroom remodel upstairs!

Lion Heart Remodel went above and beyond for our townhome renovation. We wanted to get tiles for our bathrooms and Vlad was able to quickly provide us a reasonable estimate very quickly. He was pleasant and knowledgable to talk to, and his quote blew others out of the water.His team was very professional too - they were able to install our tiles in a timely manner and took care of our home. And now it looks spotless and great!After the installation, I did notice that there was some water trickling inside of the toilet, and I contacted Vlad about the issue. He had his team come out and check on it, and they replaced some parts to fix the issue - no charge at all! This is the definition of service, and Lion Heart Remodel definitely provides. We hired Richard in 2022 to complete our kitchen and flooring remodel and were very happy with the results. We had a deadline to meet and he went the extra mile to make sure we could host a graduation party despite having a setback to make an unplanned upgrade to our electric fuse box.He does an excellent job scheduling his subcontractors to keep the schedule moving forward and keeping the project on-time. He did such a good job with our kitchen that we hired him again this year to remodel our bathroom.

Richard helped us with remodeling our master shower and we could not be happier with the final product. Richard gave us awesome design advice and the shower looked even better than what we had imagined. He was also always available for questions. Bonus: during the remodel, our shared bathroom’s toilet leaked and Richard helped us fix it (including cruising drywall repair) at virtually no cost. Thank you so much Richard!

LionHeart remodel goes above and beyond! They remodeled our kitchen, put in new flooring and painted nearly every room in our house plus a myriad of other small things to make it all look outstanding. We are very happy with the results and had great experience working with Richard! His attention to detail and care and concern about the whole project made remodeling an enjoyable process. At a previous home we had some updating done but this was our first experience with a large remodeling project. We were hesitant as friends and family shared with us their nightmares of working with contractors. Richard took any of that fear away. He’s professional, attentive and makes sure the job is done right. We are grateful and happy customers and will definitely be hiring LionHeart again!

Richard was totally God sent! We found him when we were about to give up on fixing our 1975 built house. We moved to WA a little over a year ago, had no experience with renovations, had few months left to live in our rental before we would have to renew the lease, and really didn’t know who we could trust with our renovation project. After getting a very vague estimate from a different contractor, who we had spent several weeks with and had thought was the one we’d work with, we were in a rush to find a good and trust worthy contractor.The very first conversation I had with Richard was one of the best I had after calling, inquiring, and trying to schedule an estimate with three other companies. He seemed knowledgeable, confident, and aware of what his company could provide. This all led me to canceling a previous contractor’s date for estimations, just so that I could have Richard come on that date. His demeanor as he walked in was bright, friendly, positive, ready to listen, and ready to serve. He came in with fresh ideas, ones other contractors had not even thought of or mentioned, and an eagerness to help. One of the ideas the other companies didn’t even give as an option, was sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors. He reassured us that he could stain and help us find flooring that would match throughout our house (our house was a mismatch of various types of floors and floor colors). He helped envisioned possibilities as if he was working on his own house.He made time to go to various stores to help pick the right tile, countertop, and flooring for our bathroom, flooring, and kitchen renovation. He not only guided us around the store, but he provided insight in various materials (e.g. pros and cons of a particular material, estimated cost if we chose a material, what style/design the material would match and go well with). He was gauging and reading my husband and my reactions to colors and styles to better determine the look we were going for. He quickly recognized the varying styles my husband and I had. He then helped narrow down our choices.Throughout the project he kept us informed on what they were working on. He was quick to respond to questions and or concerns. He actually welcomed questions to clear any uncertainties. Also, it was evident that he often had our project on his mind, because he’d send us things he’d find at stores or online that he thought we may like and or would match our house. He also understood, respected, and worked with our budget. The statement found on their page: “At the end of the day, our clients getting what they want means most to us,” is truly Richard’s heart. I stubbornly wanted a “walk in” pantry, he worked his magic and provided the best he could given the space we had. With few pictures and ideas discussed, he executed the look of the pantry above my expectations! There were many details in our kitchen he took care of and astonished us with.We had walked into our house when things were about 70% complete and it honestly felt like our very own HGTV fixer upper house. I found myself jaw dropped with what Richard and his team had completed. Even after all the renovations were done, he was quick to respond to schedule for touch ups and help with things that came up.In the end, words can not fully express our gratitude towards Richard and his team in making the renovation process as smooth as it could be and for turning this house into our home. His heart to serve has blessed us and helped us in growing our roots here in WA. Thank you Richard and the Lion Heart team!

We found out that there were leak into the wall and it was too late that is spread portion of the flooring. He fixed it and make my kitchen looks better.
