    Crafthaus is one of the most pleasant companies I’ve ever worked with. Very detail oriented, punctual, customer service focused, with frequent updates, quick & efficient. All the team members were kind and courteous. The estimate was very detailed and they took the time to break down the cost. The initial cost was more than I was expecting but Dennis worked with me to get the cost to where it needed to be. As soon as I saw the finished product there was no doubt in my mind that they were worth every penny! I also wanted a different style and Dennis helped me choose a more modern approach that would help with resale. I love my new bathroom!! I am already planning on using Crafthaus on my master bathroom next year.

    Our bathroom was in need of an update so I reached out to Crafthaus to get a quote. Dennis was super responsive and quick to schedule a time to see the project, listened to our design ideas and worked up a reasonable quote. This being our first remodeling experience, Dennis did a great job explaining what to expect and was communicative through out the entire project. His goal was to deliver a bathroom we loved, and he did just that! The team was delightful to work with and easily pivoted when we made a few slight change to our design. The project was scheduled well and finished on time. We’ll certainly be reaching out to CHR for our future remodeling needs.

    I needed someone to install a new kitchen and bathroom in an apartment above my garage. I found Crafthaus online and saw that they had great reviews on google. After working with Dennis and his team, I can see why. Dennis was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. He’s very knowledgeable and his team works fast, and I am super happy with the quality of their work. I have had some disappointing experiences over the years with various contractors and projects and I am always a little nervous about choosing someone.     Denis and Igor are exactly what you’re looking for and deserve in a contractor for a remodel project. Good communication, installation knowledge, tight clean finishes, let you know when things may not work as hoped, and help find workable solutions.     Working with Denis and his team was the best experience Ive had with a contractor in Seattle so far. Although they primarily focus on bathroom/kitchen remodels, they accepted my job to rebuild an old balcony and replace a few exterior doors. The estimates were reasonable, detailed, and when they ran into issues with the old balcony frame which had to be replaced as well, Denis let me know right away and made a small adjustment to the quote and continued the work. We are really enjoying the results, and Im looking forward to working with Denis again in the near future. I highly recommend CraftHaus!

    We had our kitchen remodeled. Dennis was great to work with from the initial estimate to to work on-site where he was present daily managing the guys. One of our biggest concerns that we shared with him was containing the dust from construction and we were really happy to see how seriously he took dust control. They set up a plastic wall and covered the floor with construction paper. We had a few changes throughout the project which were handled well and for a reasonable price. Dennis always kept us informed on the progress of the project and updated the timeline as things progressed. We couldnt be more pleased with the experience!

    I would highly recommend Crafthaus for any kitchen or bath remodel and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future project. Denis was patient and extremely detail oriented during the pre construction process and Denis, Igor and Alexya did an excellent job renovating my kitchen, dining room and a bathroom in my 1947 home. These were very tight and challenging spaces the came with some unforeseen conditions during construction. However, Denis and his team helped problem solve quickly and worked very efficiently to stay on schedule. Denis was a great communicator throughout, returning emails, texts and call quickly making an inherently stressful process less so. You won’t be sorry hiring Crafthause for your project!

    I had a bathroom remodeled by the CraftHaus team and I’m very pleased with the result. The team clearly knows what they are doing, and the whole process was straightforward and clear. Dennis coached me through material and finish selection, giving me advice on what would work best for long-term while leaving the final decision behind me. He even insisted on adding linen storage, which is something I wasn’t even thinking about but I find so practical now that it’s done. The bathroom turned out beautifully and I highly recommend CraftHaus to anyone looking to get work done on their house!

    I used CraftHaus for a minor remodel in my kitchen. I didnt like the location of my dishwasher, it wasnt very functional and I picked CraftHaus to help me move it to a better place in my kitchen. The work involved swapping the location of the current dishwasher with an existing cabinet. The job was quick (4.5 hours) and Denis and his associate were very courteous and careful in their work. I watched as they completely disassembled my cabinet to place the dishwasher and then completely rebuild it before placing it where the dishwasher used to be. After they were done, you would never have known they were swapped! Not to mention they did a great job cleaning up! Im now in love with my kitchen as it is much more functional thanks to this swap.I selected Denis after meeting with 3 other companies. His quote was reasonable and he didnt pressure me to hire him on the spot as one of the other guys tried to do. He took the time to answer my questions and gave my husband and I time to decide the right direction. Im glad we chose him and I know we will be contacting CraftHaus with future remodel needs.

    This was my first time doing a renovation in my house and I am in love with my brand new bathroom! They were really easy to get a hold of and talk to whenever I had a question.     We were looking for a contractor to redo the 3 bathrooms in our new-to-us house and found Denis/CraftHaus on a whim when we were in the midst of interviewing other contractors. From the start, Denis was professional, friendly, and communicative. He was always willing to answer all of our questions and was very prompt in his communication. Additionally, his quote was competitive and very easy to understand - each item was spelled out and he made sure we understood what we were reading! He even helped us save some money by finding remnants of the counter style we wanted (and it just happened to 100% match what we were looking for, which was a match to the kitchen counters). We were on a very tight timeline and due to his organization and communication skills, we were so pleasantly surprised that the project was finished on time! He was even able to do some other small jobs around the house. He and Igor worked hard to make our bathrooms so beautiful, we are so pleased with the final result.     Denis and his team helped us with a restoration following some water damage. He was communicative and helpful through the process. We did have to go with a separate floor contractor but while that team was falling behind, Denis made sure he could make his promised deadline and worked around them. They were able to finish on time, even a little early. I would work with Crafthaus Remodeling again.

    I found this company by browsing for flooring companies. Called them and set up an appointment for them to come over and make a bid for the business. They did the job quickly and efficiently. The communication between myself and the company was very good. They responded to text messages and email quickly. They ended up doing laminate, tile, painting and wallboard work. Dennis has been excellent to work with. The professionalism is above par.     I hired Denis in August 2023 to remove a double bathroom vanity with the sinks faucets and quartz countertop in addition to any needed drywall repair. He was courteous, on time and efficient. The drywall repair was excellent and they even did a separate drywall repair in another part of the bathroom I did not ask about. Highly recommend.

    Dennis was super responsive and got the job done. We had a water issue related to the recent freeze. Dennis came to our house within a day. In order to give us as fair a price as possible, he put a great effort into diagnosing our issue. I really appreciated that rather than just giving us a high quote, he instead made sure he knew the real scope of the issue. He spent an hour and a half with me digging into the issues so that he could give me as low a quote as possible. He then was able to come back within two days to complete our repairs. We are very satisfied with the result.
