I called Jack Frost on a Wednesday afternoon to schedule an appointment to do routine furnace check and trouble shoot an electrical issue. I spoke with Brent and was hoping to get an appointment in the next few weeks. Brent offered to have a service tech out the next morning. He arrived on time and had the electrical problem fixed in a very short time and finished up the furnace start up check in short order. The tech is very friendly and professional. He does a good job every time I have had them out. I have used Jack Frost for over 10 years and highly recommend them. They also have an electrical service that I have used and am very pleased with for non HVAC electrical work. Jack Frost has very good service and a fair price.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience. I recently moved to the area from a much colder climate and am not yet acclimated to the heat so I was panicked when our AC stopped working during 80 degree weather. Even though it wouldnt be considered an actual emergency since the sun was going down and they didnt have to respond right away, Jason and Aidan showed up and fixed our AC the same night. They went above and beyond and were the nicest guys. Sooo helpful and I cant express how much I appreciate them.

The first freeze of the season and our tenant called@4:00 saying his the greater was broken and the house was 58degrees! We immediately took him a portable heater and called Jack Frost. They came out within a couple hours to fix the furnace. This company is VERY responsive, offer great prices and the techs are top notch. We will continue to use on all our rentals!

We got great speedy service. We notice it was starting to get warm in the house I like my house cold Im not sure what time the AC went out it was working fine all day so it had to have gone out some time after 5 around 8ish probably as I noticed it was getting really warm around 10pm on Saturday night, We didnt think we would be able to get anyone to come out till Monday especially seeing as how Sunday was Fathers day. But Jack Frost did not disappoint they were at our home in 45 mins and had the problem fixed within an hour or so I thought for sure the bill was gonna be ridiculously high seeing as how it was after midnight and a holiday weekend. however I must admit I was shocked that it wasnt anywhere close to what I was expecting. Thank you all so much for speedy, quality service at a great price.

Had a great experience with Jack Frost. A/C went out late Saturday night and I called early Sunday morning for service. Anthony returned my call quickly to confirm my request, arrived within an hour from my initial call and repaired my unit promptly. He was very professional and answered my questions thoroughly. Would use them again for future services and highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Jack Frost! They penciled me in even tho they were booked up! Our AC was not cooling our home and we have a 3 month old that sleeps upstairs. They came out the day I called and fixed our issue. I felt like they actually cared about our circumstances! Call them if you need work done.

I am very satisfied!!! I called them early in the morning because our heater went out in 9° weather! Receptionist was honest and told me that they probably wouldnt get to us until late afternoon. I had mentioned to her that I am pregnant and with a 4 year old so I was going to call around to see who could get here sooner. She was VERY understanding and told me to call her to let her know if we found someone else. I called around but everyone had the same wait. She called back within the hour and said one of the techs finished early with a job and was on his way! We live out in the country. He came here, went to get a part came back and were all fixed up and the heater is kicking! Very reasonably priced as well! We will for sure be calling them for our next HVAC needs!
