Heads has done multiple jobs at our house and they always do exceptional work at a fair price. The biggest job was doing the electrical work for a pool install. Joe was my main contact and was always super responsive and went above and beyond keeping the pool contractor accountable for what needed to be done to get the electrical done correctly. If you are looking for an electrician you can count on to be on the job when they say they will and do the job right I definitely recommend giving Heads a call.

I talked to Joe on the phone. He helped me diagnosis a bad breaker switch. He had me send him a photo of the actual breaker to ensure the tech brought a correct one with him. He kept in touch via text messages. An hour after I made the inital call to Heads, Mike showed up to replace the breaker. Boom! All fixed! Im a happy first time customer. Id highly recommend Heads.

I recently purchased a newly renovated/flipped home and there were some things that I wanted done to make the home work better for me and some things that needed to be addressed that the seller would not fix. I reached out to several local companies with details of the work I was looking for, but Joe from Heads Electric was quick to respond. He was practical and let me know what was possible and made suggestions to me on what NOT to have done, which I appreciated. He made sure I had realistic expectations. When it came time for the work, the two electricians showed up on time and worked well. Joe even came by, I think, to check on things and to assist. I was very satisfied with the work they did - new outlets (with no drywall patching needed!), outlet repair, two lights, relocating some wire in the attic, and a very, very clean install of a new wired-in Ring doorbell and chime. Even though I think things were a little more trouble for them than first thought (fishing wire through my outside wall), they billed me the proposed amount with no surprises, and they exceeded my expectations. It went smooth.

Late on a Friday afternoon we had an electrical outlet fail. This outlet happened to be the one that my disabled husband uses for his lift chair and to charge electric wheelchair. I was panicked, going into the weekend, about figuring out a plan for my husband without this outlet. I called several places prior to calling Head’s and no one could help until next week. When I called Head’s, the woman I spoke to said she’d make call and have someone rerun my call. 10 minutes later I get a call that someone will be there within the hour and he was! He fixed the issue quickly and I could not be happier with their service, professionalism and the final results of their work. I would definitely recommend Head’s electric for any future work or emergency work. They truly came through for us when we were in a bit of a bind!

James and Ethan did a great job. Informative, quick, cleaned up when done. Even helped give some advice on locating another recessed lighting part I had been hunting for. Overall great job and will reuse them if I need something else done.

We sustained storm damage that broke the incoming service weather head and laid the service cable across my neighbors driveway. I called numerous electrical contractors but Heads was the only company that was willing to come out the same day and give an estimate. The price was reasonable and once we gave ok, he had parts ordered, and the crew was on scene in less than hour. The work was done that afternoon and was professional and the crew was very courteous. This is the way to run a business. Thanks to Joe and Heads Electrical!!
