Travis was super easy to work with and did a great job for us! He bypassed two water unnecessary pumps for us that had been installed before we moved into the house by unclogging original piping underneath the floor, and also installed water lines for us to move our washer and dryer upstairs. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Quality work with people who really care. I have been planning on finishing my basement and it is a multi-year project due to funding. This year we decided to move the water heater and Travco provide a good quote and when they showed up the tech was GREAT. While he was here he didnt just concentrate on the job he asked me about my design of the basement and provided his input on the best way to do it. He also cared about how things looked and always consulted me. He even moved my reverse osmosis for better accessibility and improved routing of the hot water heater vent. When I finally get to the bathroom rough in for my basement and the new sewage ejector pit there will be only one company I am calling.

He installed a new water filter for whole house on well and replaced ejection pump in basement. He adjusted my pressure tank above water heater to help stop water hammer.

Making an appointment was easy and at that time Travis asked for pertinent information and provided an accurate estimate ahead of time. When he arrived to service my water heater he was quick, polite, and provided insights and suggestions for the future as well as a description of what he would do before he started. This was an excellent service experience and I will call Travco again when the need occurs and share company contact information with my friends. I can add that I called another company for an estimate and the person on the phone told me, based on the same information I gave Travco, that I needed more parts for this repair and provided an estimate that was significantly higher. I really appreciate the way this company does business.

Called right away in the morning about clogged toilets and some backup, and they came out the same day. Travis was very friendly, helpful, and professional with scheduling over the phone. Mike came out for the job. He was friendly, professional, and knowlegeable. He carefully and thoroughly assessed the situation, and he worked hard to find and resolve the problem of our clogged line. It was a rather difficult and time consuming fix, but Mike was persistent and continued on until all was resolved. He answered all of my many questions, cleaned up afterward, and offered great professional advice. I would definitely recommend Travco!

Everytime Ive had issues, weve called them. Today with the artic vortex, I figured theyd be super busy and Id have to wait (which I totally understood). Didnt fix the entire issue, but was able to diagnose the problem after 3 hours labor and materials to be old galvanized piping. Will require a return visit once I open the ceiling to expose the plumbing. Also not sure why an $8 fuel surcharge is still being charged.Other than that, I would recommend as they were courteous, professional amd easy to get a hold of. Service tech was going to sell me a $20 bottle of drain cleaner which I wanted for our kitchen sink but we both forgot in the end.

I had a very unusual problem on my RV. Pex piping was used by the RV manufacturer in an area of very cramped access. The Pex fittings failed. Travis repaired the fittings by adapting more standard parts. This innovative change made the piping less likely to fail in the future. The cost was less than I had expected it to be. Thanks Travis.

We are extremely satisfied by the customer focused services that Travco Plumbing, Inc. provided.The President, Travis McCollum, texted us the night before to get more information about the issue and the product information to determine if there was a warranty we could use before services began the next day.Greg Hutson, our Plumbing Technician, was extremely clear explaining his findings and quickly repaired our water heater (this included going to the hardware store to get a part). Greg listened to our situation, identified the problem quickly, and provided options/recommendations that fit our budget constraints. We did not feel any pressure during the entire process. Also, an itemized bill that explained every part was provided. They have definitely earned their top name in the Better Business Bureau. We highly recommend their services and plan to use them again for our plumbing needs!

Water Softener: I had a water softener problem, where the brine tank wasnt using salt and the salt turned to mush. The water softener is about 4 years old. Had another plumber come out and assess the situation. His assessment was that the system likely had to be replaced, tried to talk me in to some crazy $5k system.Lucky enough I found Travis at Travco Plumbing, who was a dealer for my water softener. Travis came out and cleaned out the tank, did some other maintenance activities and ensured the system was working well. While he just finished a couple hours ago, seems that everything is working well and the water pressure is back to normal (or better).Would recommend Travis every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
