Drew came out and fixed things the previous owner set up incorrectly. When we noticed my main shutoff wouldn’t turn off, he replaced that too. Very reasonably priced. Super knowledgeable and nice, too. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great experience today with Eureka Plumbing! I had a hot water connection under my kitchen sinkCorrode and needed that repaired before my new dishwasher could be installed. They offered to take my old dishwasher and the trash for the new dishwasher with them And left everything completely tidy and clean. A bonus was how nice he was to my spaz of a dog who most people are a little wary of. Between the convenience, great work and kindness I definitely recommend. Pricing seemed to be average but I have nothing recent to compare it/review it. Ill definitely use them again for my next project!

Scott and his team took on a large job in our basement that had a lot of surprises and they were incredibly professional, prompt in responses, and they work they did was amazing. I had talked to MANY other plumbing companies before Eureka was recommended to us and they were priced incredibly fair. They were very communicative when problems arose and laid out all of my options to help me make the best decision possible. This project brought me a lot of stress but once I found Eureka, I didnt have to worry about the quality of the work or being gouged on pricing. I will continue to use Eureka for any plumbing needs I have moving forward.

Our good friends are visiting us this week and wouldnt you know it, the toilet clogged up Saturday and I couldnt plunge it clear!So I googled plumbers Monday morning in Eureka, MO and called Eureka Plumbing at 9:15am and they were at our house before Noon.A very happy young man named Drew knocked on our door, introduced himself and we went upstairs to the master bath and within 10 minutes Drew augured the toilet and was finished.I asked him a couple other plumbing questions about our home and he immediately gave me the answers. Outstanding experience. If you need anything plumbing wise I cannot recommend this team enough. Weve lived in Eureka a little over a year and just discovered a leaking pipe. Eureka plumbing answered their phones after business hours and promptly arrived at our house the next morning. Our techs were Josh and Drew - they were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Got the job done quicker than expected and for less cost than expected with exceptional workmanship. (We even had a door handle that has been coming off and they saw it and just fixed it!) These guys go above and beyond! It is a rarity these days to find a company like this you can trust with high integrity and utmost concern for quality in their craft. I’ve used this business numerous times and have been completely satisfied each time. They show up when they said they would and offer a quote before working. Today Drew stopped by for a bathtub drain issue. He was able to correct the issue quickly. He didn’t charge me at all for the service even though I insisted. I’ve been very happy with each of my jobs that Eureka Plumbing has completed.

We got two bids to install a water softer and repair a shower valve. The other company said that it would be $2,170 to $6,123 but would put together a formal bid. Eureka plumbing came back at $1,450 which is much more in line with what we were expecting. They showed up on-time and were extremely friendly and professional. I will absolutely be using them for all future projects and referring them to everyone that I know. I will be doing the opposite for the other company with their FU we dont want to do this pricing. Highly recommend Eureka Plumbing. They offer free estimates, provide great communication, and do quality work. From Scott in the office to Josh and assistant on the job, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable (especially about the water quality in Eureka). They installed a water heater, water softener, and whole house filter for me, along with a couple other small jobs. Their suggestions were on point, and thanks to them, I now have high quality drinking water and wont have to worry about my appliances going bad from corrosive water anytime soon.

The work is high quality and their attention to detail identified a problem that had been left by another company earlier in the week. A valve that feeds my sprinkler system needed to be repaired / replaced and contacted Eureka Plumbing who gave me a date when they could be out with an estimate. They actually were able to fit me in a week earlier than the estimate and not only replaced the valve but replaced some bad copper lines. They were on-time ( actually early ) , quick, and professional at a fair price. Also, it was so great to see that there was an apprentice there as well, which tells me that they will be around for awhile and up to date on the latest plumbing techniques and trends. I will definitely be contacting Eureka Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Found a leak spot, was recommended to call Eureka Plumbing. I called them and they came out the next day, and looked around. Josh was straightforward with me about what hed need to do, how much it would cost and the damage if he struggled to find it. After listening to him for a minute I got the impression he had a solid lead on where it was though, and I gave him the go ahead. He found the leak with two modest holes, fixed it quickly, and was on his way for exactly the amount I was initially quoted. I don’t have enough good things to say about Scott at Eureka Plumbing. Our water heater went kaput (and started leaking water EVERYWHERE) and Scott came to the rescue. He rearranged his schedule and stayed late on a Friday night (when he did not have to) just to make sure we had working water. He was professional, knowledgeable and left the area cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service of this company. I called in the morning about a clogged toilet and Josh was at the front door at 5:10 p.m. I am sure after a hard days work. He fixed the toilet in no time and informed me that I needed a different kind of plunger for this situation. And even though I had forgotten to ask about checking the water pressure gauge in the basement in my original phone call, Josh took the time to check it for me. After a week of dealing with a non-functioning toilet, I am totally relieved that these issues were addressed and resolved. I am so grateful for Josh, along with other Eureka business owners that have provided service to my home. They are professional, patient, and are caring about their customers. I am very grateful!

Weve had Josh and Drew complete a few projects and repairs at our house and I cant speak highly enough of them. The first call I needed them to move some pipes to accommodate our DIY disaster of a kitchen remodel. This was a super ambitious project for people with zero handy experience. They did the work in two visits, after we ripped out cabinets, then after the new stuff was installed. Our work was amateur at best but they were super respectful and professional. Josh explained all the work that would be done and gave me an accurate quote for cost up front, which was waaaaay better than I expected. Seriously fair pricing for skilled work. Whether the service is planned or a surprise blow out theyve been prompt, courteous, show pride in their work, put up with my annoying questions without judgement and charged a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Eureka Plumbing, Sewer and Drain. These are great guys.
