I called Reid for a toilet replacement. He came out the same day and had us up and going within just a few hours.As a consultant, I can attest to something that shows you are an expert. Fixed rate pricing. Reid has fixed rate prices for his work. Depending on the situation, you may pay more for a service, but there won’t be any surprises or discussions to be had when issues arise.Reid ran into a couple issues due to how my plumbing was set up. He assessed and adapted the install and did not charge me a dime more for it. The end result was a professional finish and happy customer.I look forward to doing more work with Reid in the future. Had Reid out to the house today for three small jobs. He gave me a quote for all three jobs, but I could not afford to do all three. I told him what I wanted to have done today and he was glad to help me out. I did not feel pressured into getting anything else done. He was very easy to deal with . I will be calling him back to finish the other jobs at a later date. very pleased with his service. He showed up exactly when he said he would. I would highly recommend Fox Plumbing.

I was so impressed with Reid and Fox Plumbing. He was very responsive when I contacted him about getting an estimate for a job we might want done. He followed up, was on time, super friendly and professional. Gave us the estimate. We also had a small job that we needed done on a toilet that kept running. Although I didnt mention it until he showed up, he was glad to take a look at it and ended up going to get the part to fix it that same day. We will call him for our next plumbing needs. Most importantly for me, my confidence in sending fox plumbing and their techs into my occupied apartments. Tenants are always happy with the service and the techs put them at ease. This saves me so much time by not having to be on site for the repairs they take care of.
