We loved working with Matt and Project One Construction! From start to finish Matt communicated with us, completed our whole kitchen remodel in a little over a month, followed our budget, and did an excellent job. We are thrilled with the finished product. Not only did he do a great job, he helped us with all of the challenges that come with going without a kitchen for a month. He chased down our dog, entertained our kids, and worked construction around our schedule. We highly recommend Project One!

We used Project One for a full remodel of our main floor living space. Full kitchen, living room, bedrooms, two bathrooms. They tore out walls and reframed, moved door openings. Installed new hardwood flooring, tile, did a tile shower and much more. They also framed and drywalled our unfinished basement and installed new LVP down there. Matt Stoller and his crew were extremely efficient, professional, and detailed in all aspects of the work completed. He tackled every project and curveball that we threw at him. He even incorporated old doors that we found and took the time to make the vintage handles work and unusual sized doors fit in their frames. He went above and beyond when it came to making sure every detail met his very high standards and that we were happy with the work in the end. Everything was completed to the highest standards in the business in less than the expected amount of time! It is clear that craftsmanship, commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to Matt and Project One. He is my #1 choice when it comes to any residential construction project new or old.

We have used Project One for several remodels on our 90+ year old house. Everything is always done well, in budget, and on time. Any surprises/changes are discussed; Matt is an excellent problem solver and is both diplomatic and honest when asked for his input or opinion. Project One is our go-to for any project that needs to be done at our house.

Project One Construction did a great job on our repair. We had a leak and could not determine the source. Matt came out and identified the problem and explained our options clearly. The work was done quickly and excellently. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I hired Project One Construction to replace my existing deck with composite decking. This included a few “add ons” such as another set of stairs and skirting. Matt (and Jordan) did an amazing job! They even surprised me by moving my furniture back on afterwards. Hope to enjoy it for many years ahead.
