We got estimates from three local contractors who were suggested to us. Manuel Farias was the most responsive, gave us the best price, and could start sooner than the others. As a result, there was no contest. Moreover, he actually delivered on the promises. He started when he said he would, finished when he said he would, remained on budget, and quickly and efficiently dealt with the unexpected things that happen. His crew remodeled 2 bathrooms; they never slacked, they were clean and thorough. They did all the tile, plumbing, cabinet installation and did a great job. Wed definitely use them again and recommend them.
