    I highly recommend Rowbel Services. I hired them to replace my smoke detectors, replace 2 pot lights and add another, and to repair a ceiling fan. Tony C. quoted me an excellent price. I was scheduled for the work to be completed in a timely manner. Tony C. and Brian arrived on the scheduled date on time with all the supplies needed. They covered the work area where the new pot light was to be put so that the drywall dust would not land on my computers (the light was being installed in a home office). When the pot lights they brought did not fit, they ran out to get new ones. They were entirely professional throughout the time at my home, yet friendly at the same time. They even assisted me in putting the office furniture back in place! The end result was PERFECT! My home office now has more than enough light, I no longer need to change the batteries in my smoke detectors for 10 years (YEAH!) and my ceiling fan now has pulls that work! Im so pleased. Thank you, Tony C and Brian, for completing these three so needed tasks!Update 10/24/2023 - The ceiling fan in the dining room stopped working. I had Rowbel Services scheduled to come look at it. Eric and Nick came today at 8 am as scheduled. In less than an hour, they had found the problem, and corrected it. Now I have light and cooling in my dining room. YEAH! But then Eric and Nick offered and proceeded to remove the very large, heavy TV in the loft and set up the new TV I ordered. This was not on the work order! Thank you, Eric and Nick, for going above and beyond! I nominate you both for employee of the month!!

    Had a great experience with Rowbel. I called in for a quote, and the next day someone showed up and supplied a competitive quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. We booked an appointment for the next week. Justin and Jack showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner, exactly to specifications. Justin went the extra mile to ensure some out of the ordinary work was done as well. I highly recommend them.

    I cant say enough about how pleased we have been with Rowbel Heating and Cooling Services. Rowbel Services installed a new heat pump and air conditioning unit into our 4000 plus square foot home. The unit they installed saved us hundreds of dollars on our natural gas bill in the winter and heated and cooled our house year round. They have been prompt, professional and responsive to any question we have had both during the process and after. Their prices were reasonable and their professionalism stellar. If I could give more than five stars I would.

    Contacted Rowbel Services to check up my AC, just to prevent or catch any issues before we get any further into MD summer weather. Scheduling was easy. Jason came out and changed all filters and completely cleaned both my indoor and outdoor units. I still cant believe the nastiness that was hiding in my unit, clogging up airflow! He informed me that its important to clean that out every year to ensure best performance and extend the life of my outdoor unit. Best part... I only paid $85! Wasnt pressured to buy unnecessary parts or services. Will def call Rowbel Services in the future!

    As a property manager that oversees a portfolio of 6 multi-family properties, I am pleased to know that we have a vendor like Rowbel at our disposal. For nearly a decade, we have relied solely on Rowbel for services as small as filter changes and regular maintenance on our HVAC systems, to installs of new HVAC systems, to figuring out and resolving mystery issues with electrical problems, wiring, leaks, etc. You name it, they can do it, and they do it well. Rowbel handles all matters professionally, they are fairly priced, incredibly responsive, customer service oriented, communicative, eager to assist, and they are great at thinking outside the box if needed. I’ve recommended Rowbel to family, friends, and neighbors, and look forward to continuing to use them for years to come. Highly recommend Rowbel, truly the best!

    This is the first home Ive purchased so when I had electricity & heating problems I didnt know who to call. I googled electricians closest to my home & Rowbels popped up. I had never heard of them before but since they are less than 5 minutes from my home I called them. I had a long talk with the girl who answered the phone. She said her guys were awesome so I went ahead & scheduled an appointment for my issues. They are quick, professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with the services I have received from them. They have fixed my wiring problem with an outlet that some how had been wired commercial in a residence that knocked out half my lights & outlets. They just fixed the heating issue with my furnace today even though the furnace gave them a hard time. I highly recommend this business.
