We had a wonderful experience with Bath Fitter of Erie when we decided to redo our bathroom and replace the ancient tub and wall surround. We were welcomed into Erie store where we were shown samples with explanations of the different shower displays. The receptionist was very accommodating when scheduling our in-home appointment. Josh arrived promptly to take measurements. He explained in great detail the process of the old tub removal and installation of the new shower/tub and wrap. He brought brochures and booklets that showed the different types of faucets with explanations. When he was done with the consult, we knew exactly what we were getting and how much it would cost. The removal and install process went smoothly. The installers were very professional, they cleaned up their work area when the job was completed. We were given information regarding what cleaning products to use or not to use. Whenever I call to see if the product sheet has been updated, we are provided with a new product list. We are very happy with Bath Fitter of Erie and have recommended them to friends and family.

They were quick and done in one day. The estimator (salesman) was quick and to the point. Didn’t waste my time. Just over 8000$ Only gripe with the salesman is he said that the bath shroud would go all the way to the ceiling. It did not. The installers said that they don’t have pieces that big .. they installed at 7 foot and my walls are 8 foot . Should have received a discount for false information. The installers did an ok job . Minor caulking mistakes but easy enough to fix. Glass is slightly crooked. Rubber stoppers for door slide were not placed properly aligned for sliding glass. Sliding glass metal hanger has sharp edges where they cut and did not file smooth. Metal base at bottom of glass leaks water under it and we had to add caulking ourselves. They did not add enough plumbers tape to the shower head and it leaks at connection point. The installers were nice and informative on all questions. I payed half by check and the other half was to be financed. The salesman said it would be a personal loan through Wells Fargo and they would automatically withdraw payments through my bank (USAA). That was false. I received a credit card in the mail from Wells Fargo and a notice for a late payment. They didn’t auto withdraw and I had to have the fee waved. Also Wells Fargo will not allow automatic payment unless you have a checking account with them. 7 out of 10 for me.

We recently called on Bath Fitter again, after 14 years, to get a quote to remove our tub and convert to a walk-in shower. 14 years ago we had Bath Fitter come out to cover over our existing walls and tub and that worked well for 14 years but now it was time to remove the old tub and put a walk-in shower.Bath Fitter is the only company with seamless walls and that worked perfectly for us.We met with Josh and he assured us that the job would turn out great and should be done in one day.Everything turned out wonderfully and we are very happy with the walk-in shower with the rainfall showerhead that we selected! Ryleigh and Steve did an excellent job and the job did get done in one day. The only problem was the rainfall shower arm was the wrong one ordered and Tim quickly got the correct shower arm for the rainfall showerhead and the crew came back to install that and everything is working perfectly, with no leaks! Thank you Tim!!!We would definitely recommend Bath Fitter for your next bathroom remodel whether it’s covering up your existing tub and walls or removing your tub and putting in a walk-in shower.Also, a big thank you to Missy, who answered all my questions… I called her many times… and she was very gracious to handle every request to completion!

From the time we went and talked to Missy. And had Josh come to the house for an estimate, everything went really well. Missy set up the appointment for install. Tim came out when he said he would be there. He did a GREAT JOB, and cleaned everything up. We are very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend Bath Fitter of Erie, to anyone who said they were thinking of having their bath redone. Great job to everyone at Bath Fitter of Erie!!

We are very satisfied with Bath Fitter of Erie. They deserve the 5 Star rating. Stacie in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful. Tim the sales consultant was very professional and very knowledgeable about the work they do. We got to choose from a wide variety of tubs and he helped us with what would look good as well as what would work best for us. Justin the installer and his helper Julian did a great job and it only took them 6 hours to complete the job. All around great experience from the Bath Fitter of Erie team.

We are very pleased with our Bath Fitter tub. It really gave our bathroom an updated appearance. The one thing that I loved about this company was they do what they say they will do. If they are to return a call to you it is returned in a timely manner. They are on time for appointments. And the receptionist, Missy, is very helpful. Kudos the Bath Fitter customer service!

We were very , very, satisfied with our beautiful bathroom! The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with possible discounts making the price very affordable. The workers were courteous and worked non-stop. The outcome went beyond our expectations. Being completed in one day really sold us on the project. The Lifetime warranty is a plus, and care and cleaning of the shower/tub was simple.We highly recommend this to everyone!

Could not be more pleased. I was contacted promptly to get an estimate & work was scheduled as soon as possible considering the COVID pandemic. The workers came promptly as scheduled & took great care to ensure everything was cleaned up before they left. The work took less than a day, everything was explained in a professional manner, and my tub to walk in shower conversion is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

I have been a long time Bath Fitter customer. I work full time at a local technology company, but I have also been buying single family homes, remodeling, and renting them for almost a decade. The homes all had different styles so there were many different bathroom layouts, but they just always had the right solution for each of my unique needs. Bath Fitter has done almost 20 bathrooms for me over the years and I’ve always had a positive experience. The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Bath Fitter will do three more bathrooms for me this spring and I know I will continue to receive the same high quality and timely installation. It’s amazing what Bath Fitter can do!

Bath Fitter, Erie, remodeled two bathroom/showers for us this past month. All interaction with the office staff, designer, and craftsmen has been pleasant. They are knowledgeable and ensure that everything is explained throughly. The work was completed professionally within the scheduled timeframe. When a minor problem was noticed, it was promptly remedied. Were very happy with our new bathing area and recommend Bath Fitter, Erie, as an affordable and excellent way to update your tub and shower.

I got my bathtub and shower done by bath fitters (5/9/2019). My rating for the product itself would be five (5) stars. However I gave four (4) stars because their clean up crew has a lot to be desired....I feel when service workers come to your home they should leave it at least as it was when they came....for sure clean up any and all debris they made and brought in...... they left their coffee cup and plaster all over my basement and broke my bathroom curtain..... The salesman Josh was awesome!!! There was a panel that was left off in the bathroom exposing the piping and Josh came to my home on Saturday morning to correct it...(I appreciate that). Bottom line is so far I love the finish product my bathroom looks like a totally new room!!!!! The crew just need to pay more attention to the clean up details.

Had a really good experience with Bathfitter of Erie. The owner? Tim was polite, thourogh and not in the least bit pushy. He even suggested I get several estimates, which I did. No regrets.Even when we uncovered a plumbing issue due to a prior contractor Tim solved the problem at cost. Im a fan.

I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter! I had an issue with my Re-Bath tub. I called Re-Bath and they were not interested at all in helping me, so I called Bath Fitter. The service was excellent from the time they answered the phone till the technician came to my house! They made an appointment that fit my schedule and showed up on time. They fixed my issue and left no mess behind. Very informative, professional and friendly! They really care about their customers!

The guys did a great job! I love my new walk in shower. I only have one complaint which is the corner shelf unit is to high. We cant reach the top shelf or use the footrest and Im 63 tall.

The bathroom looks great and beautiful they lost points for not doing a good clean up job when they were done. I had to scrub my bathroom floor and heavy duty clean my carpet outside of the bathroom where tools and whatnot sat while they did work. Other than that I can’t complain.
