Really appreciate the excellent work of Jessie and Mike from Bauer Specialty. They demod my dining room and insulated it! They were professional and they were respectful of the property, careful to put provisions down to make sure nothing was ruined and kept the mess contained to only the room they were in! I worked with Jim Moran, as my consultant, and Alan Mosko as the project manager. Jim came to my house and spent ample time explaining the pros and cons to both siding and reinsullating my house. He even discussed options depending what was found that might not require the most costly option. That is what I call consulting vs selling. He gave me a sense of comfort and when the quote came back it was comparable to the other I got from another company that didnt give me the same professionalism. When the project started, on time as promised, Alan insured everthing ran smoothly. His crews were professionsl and friendly. Their work was 5 out if 5 stars. They all introducrd themselves to me, when they would leave they would let ne know. When the job was done the house wss put back together and all cleaned up. When I asked for a few requests they had no problem fulfilling them. I cant recall having a better experience with outsourcing work.

Mark W. was our sales man. He was enthusiastic about Bauers services and gave us the confidence about the timeline and process. He checked in half-way to make sure all expectations were being met. Jesse, Mike and Brandon handled the old insulation removal - such a dirty job and they were always friendly and answered all questions. The new spray foam installation went very smoothly. What an improvement! The guys were timely, professional and courteous at each step of the way. I was especially impressed with their clean-up at the end of each day. Awesome people to work with. I had a budget to work with and they came in under that amount. I had the gutter system and vinyl siding replaced. The two teams of guys were great to work with. The vinyl siding guys found some unforseen issues and we talked about how to fix it and they did a great job making the repairs. Always knew what they were going to work on. Always cleaned up every day before leaving. They made my old home pretty and new again. I will use them again. Thank you.

Let me start by saying that I have a VERY difficult roof. Many contractors have declined to even bid on a replacement. Until I contacted Bauer Specialty. They came in with a can do attitude and an excellent plan, then executed their plan on budget, on time with confidence and professionalism through the entire process. From set up to clean up they did an outstanding job, which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend Bauer Specialty for any home improvement project you may have. Bauer Specialty installed gutters and gutter guards on our Buffalo NY house several years ago and we are very pleased with how well they complement our home, still look brand new and keep the gutters from collecting tree seeds and other debris. We cannot recommend Bauer more highly. Kevin was extremely flexible and responsive to our needs after we ran into unanticipated complications. The crew was professional and proficient, performing their work ably and quickly, and even endearing themselves to our two dogs, who looked forward to their visits. Bauer helped us not only to insulate a particularly cold room on the north side of our lakefront home, but assisted with matching stain and reconstructing the cedar interior. We got a couple quotes for gutter prices before finding Gutter solutions of lake Erie (Bauer Specialty). The price was very reasonable and we ultimately chose them because they seemed honest and trustworthy: not trying to add on additional unnecessary things, doing a different kind of leaf guard on the front vs the back of the house since we have different types of trees so we didnt need the more expensive kind for the back which saved us a good chunk of money, all suggested by the guy that gave us the estimate. Did the work in half a day. They were clean, quick, nice, and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend!!

We have a flat roof that was leaking. It was hard to find a company to address this in a reasonably cost effective manner, luckily we found Bauer Specialty. They were responsive and attentive to our needs. Dave applied a silicone coat to a long standing problem. I had such a great experience with Bauer! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or get new insulation. Jesse and his team were not only professional, but very nice, kind people. They explained the entire process and gave me updates each day. I was blown away by the amount of prep work they did to keep my house clean! They put plastic on all of the flooring and even put plastic up to protect my office area and computer. All of my furniture and other belongings were put back in the exact same place. My furnace used to run like crazy and now I get too hot even with my heat turned down. Thank you all so much!

Wonderful company. Great working guys. Happy with the job they did. We had Jim give us a quote in 2019 and when we actually were ready to hire our price basically stayed the same other than the fact we had an addition that needed to be foam sprayed by code while the rest of the house was grandfathered in. The work crew came on time and had the whole house finished in 2 days. Let it very clean afterwards. Have already recommended to a friend who will be looking for insulation quotes soon.

I hope you never have the need… Bauer Specialty answered my call, assessed the situation in a few days, gave options, and assured they’d do everything possible to complete the work before winter. And they did! Everything about the job was well done; highly organized, efficient crew, quality work, competitive price.Fast forward a year or so… We chose Bauer to side our home. Again, organized and quality work done with an efficient crew.Alan Mosko, the rep I worked with was a huge help to navigate these projects; experienced, detail oriented, easy to contact, and came to check on progress. Bauer Specialty Insulation just finished spraying foam insulation on the upstairs ceiling in my home. They moved the furniture and took off the ceiling tiles in the room and stairway. They did a neat job when they removed the fiberglass insulation and installed a new bathroom vent. After the dry wall was put on, Bauer workers returned and put up the trim and then caulked all the small gaps left by some difference in the original paneling and trim and new drywall. They did a very nice professional job. The workers were courteous and professional.5/1/18 I just had a follow up energy audit from The Energy Center. My home went from 11 whole house air exchanges an hour to 3! So a good job was done by Bauer.

The joints of the drywall in the ceiling of my garage were shedding plaster strips. Alan Mosko, from Bauer, came and diagnosed the problem. The walls needed repainting as well, so we contracted to both fix the ceiling and paint the garage. They subcontracted the work to a man named Kelly. His work was excellent! Despite having to rework many seams, he was so meticulous about blending in with the ceiling pattern that you cant tell it was redone. His painting was great as well, with sharp edging. Both Alan and Kelly were pleasant to work with.I would definitely recommend Bauer! And Im told by knowledgeable friends that the price was quite reasonable and less than they expected.

Had our gutters and fascia ripped off during the January snowstorm like so many others here in WNY. Called a bunch of local roofers. Some gave INSANE quotes. Some set up times for estimates and never showed. Some didnt respond at all. The kind folks at Bauer specialty responded early next morning after I contacted them. We set up a free estimate and the next thing you know Mark showed up in a couple days all the way from Erie. Mark is super friendly and passionate about his work. Never felt pressured or taken advantage of during the sales process. Let me tell you Mark quoted me at HALF what other companies quoted me. Never put down a deposit quicker in my life. The quote price made me a bit skeptical of what the quality of work would be. After two months the gutters and soffit still look absolutely beautiful! No problems with the quality of work whatsoever. They even hauled away all our old materials and left a clean work space. Bauer specialty made the entire process easy. Thank you!

Eric and his team added closed- and open-cell spray foam insulation to my new construction two story home at Canadohta Lake, PA. I was so impressed with Bauer Specialty from the first contact. Eric was very professional, organized, reliable, and is an excellent communicator - all things I have had trouble finding in other local contractors. From the first site visit to scope-out the project, all the way through installation and payment - they were so flexible and always were true to their word. I appreciated their flexibility to reschedule and modify the order when my project was delayed and changed. During installation, the crew was very careful to tape everything off and cleaned up thoroughly each day. By the time they left the job site, everything was in better condition than when they started, including the insulation itself - which was installed exactly as expected. I can’t believe how well the house holds heat! I can heat 1300 sq ft to 68* continuously with a single baseboard heater! That really speaks to the quality of their workmanship and product. At first I viewed spray foam insulation as a splurge in our budget, but now I can’t imagine making any other choice. I recently contracted Bauer Specialty to replace the roof on my 27 year on Victorian home. After getting four quotes the decision to go with Bauer turned out to be very easy. After working for 45 years in a Fortune 500 company, mostly in Customer Service, I put a great deal of weight in how I was treated from day one. From quoting through completion, Alan Mosko was the perfect rep. for your business. He could not have been more of a professional.I must admit that because Bauers quote was one of the lower one, I was concerned about the quality of the end product. It turned out NOT to be a problem. In fact the new roof looks better than the original. And maybe the best part is they did the entire job in two days!! (Two long days, but two days none the less.) One of the other businesses quoted that it might take a month to do!After all is said and done, I couldnt be happier with the job that Bauer Specialty and Alan Mosko did on my house.
