John was wonderful to work with. He gave us a fair estimate for the installation of additional electrical outlets for the hookup of our pool pump and heater. He estimated it to be completed in two days and it was done in one day, with the cost adjusted for based on that. His work was very professional and neat and I barely knew he was at the house. He is very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable as well. If you are looking for great work at an affordable price, John is the person you should trust!

I had no clue who to go with for my electrical needs but I knew I didn’t want to hire a big company. When I crossed paths with John I just knew immediately that John was here to help not just make money. He took the time to explain all the safety concerns with me but was never pushy about doing any work. He even encouraged me to get some other opinions if that made me more comfortable which was shocking to me! His communication was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with his service. John took a rat nest of an ugly fuse box and turned it into a masterpiece load center. For years I had been debating upgrading my electrical service and I thank God that I came a long john hes very knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. I truly believe his intention is to help people more than just make a buck. He has an open ear and is willing to take the time to explain things on a level that anyone could understand I appreciate his work ethic and intend to use his services in the future when I upgrade the electrical service in my other house. Otto’s Electric installed a total of 3 fans for us. Two of the fans were in cathedral ceilings. John was able to remove the old fans and install the new fans in a very reasonable amount of time. He came prepared and clearly understood all the instructions to put them together. The job required some retooling to fit the new fans into the existing space and he knew exactly what was needed to make it fit. He did a fantastic job and we would recommend him and his work without any hesitation. John is reliable, more than fair with his estimates and overall just very pleasant to work with.
