I recently had Josh Fravel & crew in to re-do my master bathroom as well as paint and install bamboo floors through the master bedroom & closet. Josh had some great design ideas that I (and other contractors) had not thought of in order to maximize storage which was one of my goals.As they worked, they meticulously cleaned up after themselves every day. The work was very detail oriented and they wanted to make sure everything look just right.Josh has a neat little program that he works through to communicate. We were on vacation the first week of work and he uploaded pictures so we could see the progress. It was also useful to send him details of my selections for things like counters and drawer pulls.It was a joy to work with Josh and his crew.

Josh and Dan did a wonderful job remodeling our basement. The laundry / bathroom was especially challenging due to a 90s waterproofing job resulting in a very uneven floor along with many other issues. Much of the old concrete was jackhammered out and a completely new floor was poured. New walls, flooring, ceiling, lighting and doors completely transformed the entire finished area of the basement into something we are very proud of and plan to enjoy for years to come. Great job!

More than 5 stars! I can’t say enough about Fravel Home Improvements. Josh renovated our kitchen, replaced our flooring, altered exterior doors and windows, and has come to our rescue numerous times for home repairs. Every aspect of our projects have been seamless, with amazing results. From planning to scheduling to execution, Josh nails it. Josh and Dan are so knowledgeable at all aspects of home building and improvement. And, their attention to maintaining the structural integrity of our home is so important. They also put so much effort into keeping things clean-even the messiest project leaves almost zero dust and dirt. Of course, it’s a bonus to have two of the nicest guys around for these big projects. We are 100% thrilled with Fravel Home Improvements and will always go to them first for home needs!

Josh did an amazing job remodeling the master bath in our home. The bathroom was terribly dated and had limited function as it had only a Jacuzzi tub with no shower. He did an excellent job listening to our ideas and incorporating his own suggestions to create a space that is perfect for our entire family. We have two children and always felt comfortable having Josh in our home and highly recommend his work!

Great agency! I personally know the owners (Josh and Mary Fravel) and they are very nice, down-to-earth, and trustworthy people. Their work is also superb! If you get a chance to see some of their work, please do. You wont be disappointed! They specifically helped my father-in-law with an addition to his home and it is beautiful. It has basically become the hangout spot for all family gatherings, parties, etc. Highly recommend for all home renovations, big or small!

Fravel Home Improvements went above and beyond to assist me in a pinch. Their advice and recommendation was extremely helpful and were able to squeeze the work into their schedule, as I was on a timeline. The work and communication was good and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them!!!

From the initial design plan to the finished product, Fravel Construction was amazing! ( Josh listened to all my ideas and formulated a plan to execute it. During demo, they kept all the dust and debris to a minimumJosh did an entire first floor renovation. We changed out all of our flooring. The front door and sidelights were changed and updated our front posts ti a beautiful cedar posts. We changed out our entire kitchen with a new layout. Plumbing had to be rerouted as well as some electric. Josh made a dedicated line for our refrigerator as well.The cabinets made by Elam B are beautiful custom made and the amount of storage is tremendous.Josh has coordinated the flooring as well as the countertops installation with the respective vendors. They were the only items that he did not do and sub contracted out. Everything else had Josh or his partner Dans hands on.Our project took 8 weeks and it never seemed that long despite living in the house during the reno. Honestly, we were sad to see them go. We would highly recommend Fravel Cinstruction for any of your building needs Thank you for our beautiful remodel!

Our hot water heater died and we were in need of help asap! Josh Fravel and his crew were at my house in about an hour with a new hot water heater! They removed our old one and installed a new one and were extremely professional and informative as my husband and I asked several questions. I highly recommend this company for any need that you have in your home.
