They did it quickly and efficiently, and they were also able to leave us with the remaining material for the drywall patches which will fit back in seamlessly. Chris came on time and gave me an accurate quote. He came the next day and discovered we had ordered the wrong extension pole so we scheduled the completion of the work for a few weeks out and both he and John came out and got 2 ceiling fans in which were 18 feet up and a third one in the office that wasnt wired for a fan. They even put the upper blinds down that I wasnt able to do from the floor. I made them homemade burritos for lunch.Thanks for going the extra mile and making sure everything was up and running as it should and thanks Chris for being patient with us and finding the correct extension to go with the fan and waiting for it to come and not charging more money for the extra trip here. Great job of figuring out how to make extension pole work because manufacturer didnt ship everything needed. These guys will definitely do their homework to get you everything you need for the job and get it done right in a timely manner. They take pride in their work and were very careful not to hit any walls with their 14 foot ladder that they had to bring in to get the fan installed. Chris did a great job of cleaning up the mess from having to put a metal box on the one side as it wasnt properly supported for the weight of the fan so had to put in a different box. Great Job guys!! Thank you very Much!!

Got a lot of electrical work done this summer, partly to repair the questionable work done by our previous electrician. Jon and team were extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming and skilled in installing lights, repairing a fan, replacing old electrical wires, and adding outdoor outlets. They were super friendly and professional and I would definitely use them again and recommend them for anyone needing a trustworthy and reliable experience. Hard to find!

Chris was fantastic! Very informative and helpful. I accidentally ordered a ring camera that was wired so we needed to call an electrician. Luckily I actually needed a wired one so it all worked out. My husband found them and they were able to come out right away. While assessing for the camera set up he also checked the safety of our electricity in the home and let me know some potential fixes we may need. He also made sure I knew the pricing for everything so I could make an informed decision about the work we needed. Overall I am very happy with the service and plan on using Chris and his team again.

I needed some electrical work done at my sisters home in highlands ranch area and Jon and his team were solid. Very communicative, helpful in providing solutions and options. ****Very professional and a pleasure to have worked with!!!!!! ****I contacted Torq Electricians and left a message and received a contact back within minutes. Chris from Torq Electricians came out and provide us a bid on a full basement subpanel installation. He provided an in person thorough explanation of the work and 3 bids (1 for each of the levels of work I requested) in a low pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful way. When we agreed upon the job, we set the date and Chris and his team arrived on the scheduled install date and were on time, courteous and knowledgeable and prepared. They worked diligently through the day and provided us with periodic status updates. They were very respectful of us, our pets, and our home. Chris has a great attitude. He loves his job & he and his team were a pleasure to work with. When the work was completed he showed and explained it all so we felt comfortable. Chris billed for the quoted amount and even went a little above and beyond without additional charge so we are over the moon!!! We now have the basement electrical we have been wanting and I am very happy with the work Torq did... Best of all- I feel confident safe with the work done too. We are so happy we will be expanding and need them again and will definitely be hiring them for the next job when we are ready. (replacement of the main breaker box).. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the work/service recently completed in our home by TORQ Electricians, and Chris E specifically. He installed an electrical line and box in a room that had no existing fixture and also installed a fan/light fixture. Additionally, he updated our main breaker panel with a surge protector and tightened all the breakers, as many were loose. This was crucial as a safety precaution until were able to get the panel upgraded. Chris work and his attention to detail was outstanding. I will definitely call TORQ for future electrical work.

On the day of the quote meeting, Chris, was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and sociable. We were looking to add an outdoor light (over the bbq area) and 6 outlets to our porch that will soon be enclosed and become a sunroom. He offered 3 quote variants which was great and offered some services that I ended up wanting beyond the job itself.On each day of the install, Chris and Daulton, showed up promptly at 8am, walked through the job again (on day 1), and got right to work. They were very respectful of the space, very polite, cleaned up as they went, answered questions that I had, and were willing (and able) to engage in small talk (not something that is very common with a lot of service folks these days).They cared a lot about my satisfaction with the job and made sure that it was exactly what I wanted before they left. Overall, they did a FANTASTIC job, and I will not hesitate to call them again for any electrical needs in the future. He also ran a quote for some other things that needed to be done but didn’t push a sale. The price was more than I expected but I personally would pay a little more for such an import aspect of my home.We will be using TORQ whenever we need an electrician now and highly recommend it to whoever needs electrical work done.

Having sub pumps installed into our home. Jon and Chris upgraded our service panel, meter housing and all panel breakers, ran a new service (replaced existing shorted out service) to my detached garage, added whole house surge suppression and ground rods. Where others wanted me to dig and install the below ground work, they included it. Superb work! Professionals! When the city inspector checked all the work, he was very impressed and remarked on the quality of work done and the professionalism shown.

I had a very old HUD house restoration. I asked Torq for a bid and a master electrician arrived in three days. During the bid the electrician pointed out several problems in my unfinished basement and fixed the issues on the spot. He provided me with a reasonable bid an was able to complete the whole panel, meter replacement in under two weeks. Most competitors couldnt get an electrician to me in less than two weeks. The work was flawless and the house has an amazing new interior power panel. Jon is a phenomenal part of the Torq team.

Jon was on time and efficient in getting everything done, and would get clarification from me if there was any doubt on switch placement or other cosmetic factors. I would definitely use Torq again in the future if I need more electric work done.

Torq was a fantastic company to work with! We had the original electrical panel replaced, whole home re-device to repair, re-wire & replace outlets and switches and a couple other long-overdue misc electrical fixes in our older home. Chris and Jon arrived on time everyday and worked with us to minimize disruption while we worked from home. They were personable, honest, respectful, professional, comfortable to have in our home and were obviously dedicated to making sure their work was safe, correctly done and aesthetically pleasing. Pricing was upfront and comparable to other companies. The financing they offered for this big job was very easy to secure with a variety of options for paying down the loan. The day they finished up, they immediately scheduled the inspection for an agreed upon date. This is a smaller company who obviously takes pride in their work and their business. We highly recommend!!!

These guys are great! The girl who I spoke to on the phone to set up my appointment was super professional and made scheduling very easy. The 2 gentleman that came to work on my electrical issue were fantastic. After a brief summary of my issue, they went right to work and explained everything to me throughout their stay. They were able to fix my issue and even helped me rehang a light while they were here. I appreciate the help and will for sure be using TORQ again in the future for my electrical needs.
