    I love this company and what they stand for. I told my situation and they wasted no time in helping me and getting my power back on. I could tell there was great communication between the service techs and the office, the techs were straight to the point and very knowledgeable, Shaun from the office and Diane(sorry if I misspelt those names) were absolutely amazing and so helpful. My family truly appreciates all of you!!

    I am in the process of having them do several small jobs in our home. I have been very pleased with the work they did. They called and and asked if they could come earlier in the day which was fine with us. Both men did a great job and were very professional!

    They are an authorized Kohler Generator Service company and they are GREAT. Had a bizarre issue 2 weeks after hurricane Ian passed through and Jessie found it, I was impressed with his diligence!!!In 10 years they been here 4x with first being to perform the required initial startup, then a firmware update issue, a reprogramming due to a lighting strike and then todays breaker issue. They always get it done right the first time.

    This company is great. They came out to do some repair work after we had a small house fire. They showed up, worked longer than they probably wanted to, in order to get the job done. Jesse and Jason did a great job. Very nice guys. Also, made sure I had power and everything was in working order before they left.

    Another 5-star job done by Looney Electrical employees at our home in Port Charlotte! We were so happy with the job they did a few years ago while putting our utilities underground, we hired them to remodel the interior of our home with a new fan outlet, 13 recessed lights and 3 pendant lights. Scheduling the work was easy and the job was completed flawlessly by Mark and Bryan- quality materials and workmanship has improved the lighting in our home beyond our expectations. It is always a pleasure to meet the employees from Looney Electric, they are all wonderful individuals who speak highly of the company they work for. I recommend them without reservation and look forward to hiring them for our next electrical project.

    Excellent respond time and service. Called on a Sunday evening phone when my home lost all power. Call was answered by a live person ON A SUNDAY. Technician Billie was on time and knew exactly what the problem was. He got the power back on and ordered the new part that I needed, which came sooner than they had said.     I had an issue with my ac disconnect and it stopped my ac from working. I called them and they were out within the hour and had it fixes in 30 minutes. Amazing service and quality work.
