Had a good experience with the initial service call with Nick. He arrived early in the 4 hour window I was given which I appreciated. He was aware of the reason I called for service and asked good questions to address those areas. He did a thorough inspection inside and out and caught a couple items that I would have never considered. Nick verified what I suspected would be needed to get my 1989 home back in safe electrical condition plus adding some lighting in my basement. He provided me 4 options to address the main issue plus the other items I wanted done. Nick was polite, knowledgeable, and put me at ease to make a confident decision on the option I selected. He was able to get the work scheduled within 2 weeks of todays service call. Im looking forward to seeing the end result.Jason and Tyler came out on 23 Dec to start the work and did a wonderful job installing some ceiling lights in my basement space and running new separate lines for my sump pump, basement fridge, and electric fireplace. They both gave suggestions on how much lighting would be enough but not too much. They did exactly what I needed and had asked for.Jason and Shown followed up on 26 Dec and did a great job replacing outdated circuit breaker panel and deteriorating exterior meter box and wiring as well as adding surge protection. Both worked efficiently and were personable and easy to talk with and ask questions. Im now confident my home is in safe shape and no more tripping circuit breakers.Ill call on Mr. Sparky for any electrical needs in the future.

Jacob came to my home, a couple of weeks ago, to install a hardwired flag pole fixture and light. He did an excellent job. He is a really pleasant and hardworking young man and answered all my questions. I truly appreciate the job he did and his work ethic. Thank you, Jacob.Nick was at my home today to replace the flag pole light on the existing fixture. I didnt like the original yellow LED light so he changed it out for a bright white LED. Nick has been here several times, for different jobs, and it is always a pleasure to see him. He arrived on time, is very knowledgeable, and efficient. I know the job is right with Nick.Shawn was here earlier in the year, with NIck, to install 5 security cameras around our home. He offered several suggestions as to how he could place the cameras. With his guidance, I was able to choose the best positions. Shawn did a great job and he and Nick make a great team. They finished the job in just a few hours and the cameras look, and work, great. These guys are very efficient and we really trust their work. Thanks Shawn and Nick for a job well done!

If you need electrical work done fast at a reasonable price call these guys. I had a GFCI outlet go out in my kitchen and it was so old it would not reset after I overloaded the circuit with my food processor while running a space heater and they came out within 1 1/2 hours after I called on a Saturday evening. Jake installed a new one and also fixed 2 other outlets that needed replaced and did a thorough inspection of my circuit box and all is well again! The emergency/inspection call price was a bit pricey which we fully expected for a short notice call. The rest of the work was a very fair price and they even gave us a military discount. And best of all the work was done well! Cant ask for much more than that. Jake was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommended to anyone needing electrical work done. Nick was knowledgeable and informative. He did a pretty thorough evaluation of our current electrical system and was an expert sales person. We are however considering his suggestions as they are quite pricey; however, his suggestions make sense and we will probably follow through with them after the first of the year.Nick is a nice guy, presents himself well and should go into sales as he his presentation quite good.

Nick came out to quote some work. We had a lot of questions about multiple projects we want done and he was able to answer them all. We were impressed with Nick and have the work scheduled now.Update: The work has all been done and we are very happy with the results. We had new lights installed, other lights replaced, a new outlet and whole house fan. All the work is perfect, the gentlemen cleaned up after themselves and were polite and professional.

I’ve used Mister Sparky several times. I’m so thankful for them. They have come out during high stress (selling a home) and have been helping me get my new home set up. They are always professional and so helpful. They go above my expectations. They don’t pressure. I love the maintenance program. They told me more about my home than my home inspector. They showed me issues and quickly resolved problems. Jake is the technician that has helped me the most. I trust him. He is professional and kind. I always feel I can ask him questions and he will explain to me in a way I understand. I’ve had bad experiences with another company. I’m grateful for Mister Sparks help and professional manner.

Had the most amazing experience with Mr Sparky!! Nick Simone’s came out to quote a price after a 50’ tree drove our power lines to the ground and did major electric damage. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jake and Shawn then came to the house to perform the job. They were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable that the job was going to be done quickly and efficiently. Will never use another electrical company for any work needed in the future. Highly recommended!!

Every single employee who has been out from this company has been fantastic, respectful, and they truly care about their work. I offered them to come back another day to fix an outlet issue due to it being in the 90s but they were very determined to try and figure out what is wrong. To me that shows they are very hard working and dedicated I can truly say id refer this company to anyone. They also werent able to get me an appointment for 2 weeks out but the scheduler called me back very urgent and they adjusted the schedule to fit me in when ac wasnt working. Id gladly use this company again for any issues. A good group of people that take pride in their work!

Customer service was fast and friendly. We were able to make an appointment right away. Shawn went above and beyond for the service call. He thoroughly explained everything and took the necessary time to diagnose the problem. In determining why our range suddenly wasnt working, he found a dangerous issue with its wiring and as well as other electrical issues in our crawl space. These were things our home inspector missed when we bought the house in October 2023. We will definitely use Mister Sparky for all of our future electrical needs and will recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician.

Nick came out to do my yearly checkup. I ask him to check out a plug in my garage where my freezer plugs in. He found out that the plug was old and needed a new one, plus my new freezer need to have a 20 amp plug, so he upgraded my panel to give me a 20 amp outlet and changed the outlet. He checked out the rest of the house and made suggestions on maybe upgrading all of my outlets. Nick did a great job and I would recommend him and Mister Sparky for all of my electrical needs.

Jason was our electrician for this morning. He showed up right on time, which was not expected but was a great surprise. Jason did an amazing job and he was extremely thorough with suggestions for future recommended work. He troubleshooted an area of my house I never would have thought to look for an issue or would have ever wanted to crawl in. Please see what he replaced in the attached photo. My house was built in 1918 so we find a lot of issues that we are used to but this is another problem that a previous homeowner tried to do and failed. Thank you Jason and Misty Sparky for great customer service. We will call you for your services again in the future.

Mr. Sparky was called to quote replacing a Federal Pacific Electric Panel. Nick did a complete inspection of panel, exterior electric box & outlets on exterior & garage to provide several solutions with different pricing levels. He explained all options and was very knowledgeable & professional.Jacob DeRamus headed up the installation which was very involved requiring collaboration with AES contractors to cut power to house & electric boxes and panels in & out completely replaced. We had to request special accommodations which were met & expectations exceeded when Jacob went above & beyond to bring extra items to ensure comfort in home during the 13+ hour installation. He explained everything on a level that made it easy to understand. We are very pleased & feel much safer after having this work down. The work performed enabled us to complete a geothermal replacement the next day. Everyone was very accommodating to our unique needs.

I had an estimate done for a job. The company provides free estimates on services, looks for any other potential issues that might be a concern, then breaks down your request and other recommendations into multiple detailed packages with no high pressure sales. Nick was professional and explained all the options after inspecting my concerns. I would highly recommend this company after this experience. Not many companies offer free estimates. If everything goes right in the next week with work, I have my nonemergency service scheduled in about a week. Even if you dont get work done you can have peace of mind the experience will be professional.

Jake, our electrician from Mister Sparky showed up on time, and was very nice. He was informative, and had a ton of knowledge. Jake went through everything step by step. During the service he asked if I had any questions, which I thought was great. Jake installed their Mister Sparky Surge Protector which I did not feel pressured to buy. I did feel like this purchase was an extra layer of protection against power surges and storms for the older house that I have. He was efficient, and cleaned up any debris that was left and even put the breaker box cover back on for me!!! 100% I would call Mister Sparky back if I ever need any electrical help again!! Thank you for getting our power back on, and making sure our breaker box was good to go!!

Shawn arrived on time and ready to address our needs. He was professional and friendly. He addressed our issues right away. We talked about some of our issues, mainly outdated builder installed wall heaters (6 of them) that we would like removed from the wall and the breaker box. We got a quote for that emailed to us. Shawn had presented us a booklet featuring all the services the provide and we were interested in the maintenance program and the surge protection wired to the breaker box. . We discussed and he sent a quote to our email. Our chose on the email. He would have provided hard copy estimates. He ask. When we were finishing up we said we wanted to go forward with the estimated projects and he call scheduling, put us all on speaker phone, settled on a date and time and out appointment end. Very thorough, having completed and inspection that was part of our service call. We look forward to the work being completed in the near future.

Job was well done with all details and options fully explained clearly. Installation of floodlight/camera was a described, with conduit well hidden and clean up well done. (You couldn’t even tell they dug out a trench along the garage to hide wiring!) An unforeseen issue stopped a post light installation, but they quickly got the added work rescheduled to meet my needs. Also, Jacob was very professional, friendly and focused on meeting all of my electrical needs.
