I recently hired Matt to work on electrical repairs and upgrades at my house, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and did excellent work. The job was completed efficiently, with great attention to detail, and made sure everything was safe and up to code. He even took the time to explain the work he did and answer all my questions. I highly recommend him for any electrical needs — definitely a top-notch service!

Fantastic service! Matt was professional, prompt, fast, and did excellent work! We had lots of electrical projects in our large commercial workspace. From installing 5 hanging lights, installing dedicated circuits and installing more outlets in offices to fixing a whole row of hallway lights that were not working and switching fluorescent light fixtures to LED fixtures and bulbs. Matt is incredible! We will be calling you for more work I’m sure of it!

I highly recommend Matt for any work you need done around the house, no matter how big or small!! He installed a new ceiling fan, changed my garage switch to a motion sensor, installed a smart dimmer switch in my dining room and installed a new outlet behind my TV so I dont have cables running everywhere. His work was tidy and thorough and I was so happy with the results. Matt is so respectful and genuine and Ill be using him as my go-to electrician for the future!

We just hired Matt/The Honest Electrician for 4 electrical projects in our home. He is outstanding. Very professional, kind and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. We had gotten several other estimates and really appreciate where he came in, price-wise. But, seriously...hes the nicest guy and really knows his trade! He shows up when he says he will and calls when hes on his way. For us, he checks all the boxes!

I hired Matt after my house caught fire from the work done by a very unscrupulous company. He doggedly troubleshot all of the code violations and got my house back to safe and code compliant working order. I was absolutely distraught when I called him, but thoroughly calmed by the integrity with which he approaches his work. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is such a hard worker. His work is clean and tidy. He comes up with great solutions to problems and he seems to really care about his customers and was an absolute joy to work with. As long as Matt is in business, he will be the only electrician I let into my house. Customer for life, I might even take a bullet for this guy.

I highly recommend Matt/The Honest Electrician for all your electrical needs 😊. Matt was super responsive, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He replaced our very old electrical panel, which I discovered was a fire hazard, and while it was a fairly expensive endeavor (there’s really no way around that, it’s very labor intensive), he still beat the estimates I got from some of the bigger companies. I am very happy with the work he did and will definitely be using him for any upcoming electrical projects.

I think I saw a few positive posts about Matt on NextDoor and thought, if this guy has the intestinal fortitude to call himself the Honest Electrician Ill give him a shot.I had six small electrical issues (one of which he made a suggestion and it was resolved - no charge for that btw) that a big shop would either not want to bother with or send a crew and find other stuff that wasnt up to code. No trip charge and upfront pricing which was accurate - I found my Go To electrician.Give him a shot, you literally have nothing to lose.

The Honest Electrician is someone you definitely want to do business with. We hired Matt for replacement our Federal Pacific Electrical (FPE) panel and he did an outstanding job.He is a great communicator who was on time and up front with everything. Not only did he coordinate his work with our siding company, but he even brought a battery we could connect our WiFi to while the main power was off for several hours. This was great b/c my wife and I could work from home while the kids watched movies and such.The Honest Electrician will be our first call for any future electrical needs.
