    They did a great job on our new construction home. The wiring and box was all ran so neatly, looks like artwork when it was all done. Our lighting required a little more time and patience than their normal installations, they took their time and the results look great! The guys are all neat, respectful and friendly. Andrew, Chris, Tom and John have all been great to work with. Very reasonably priced and good communications.

    Ive lived in the area for 25 years and I have had residential electrical work completed many times over the years. This week I worked with Smiths Electric on a few repairs and home improvements, and without a doubt, in the future I will call them back. My technician, Charley, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient as my wife and I had many questions for him. The workmanship was perfect. I highly recommend Smiths Electric.

    My parents are octogenarians - and in this area there is unfortunately a large number of dishonest people that are happy to take advantage of this population.My parents were quoted well over 5 TIMES the amount from other electricians in the area. Smiths charged us more than fairly, and they were very understanding of my parents situation. We dealt with an extremely polite and professional gentleman by the name of Charles who went above and beyond to make sure that my parents felt comfortable with what he was doing and what they were being charged for.In the end, the job got done, and he took some extra time with us to make sure that everything was safe and that my elderly and confused parents were happy with his work.Honestly, as someone who lives 5 hours away from my folks, I couldnt ask for a more trustworthy person to be there for my folks when I cant - let alone provide high quality work.The attention to detail is important - his work required that a hole was left - not part of job to do yard work. But he still covered the hole and informed me so that my parents would be safe.At the end of the day, contractors and techs are always going to have folks complaining about them. But when the rubber hits the road, what matters is if they are transparent about their pricing and the EMPATHY they employ when getting the job done. People matter - and Smiths demonstrates that while their expertise is in electrical work, they specialize in putting people first.

    I highly recommend Smith’s Electric for all of your electrical needs.I’m in love with my new Panasonic ultra quiet bath fan. I had new dimmers installed on my bathroom lights and dining room.And a whole house surge protector.Very happy with their service.Will use again for any future projects.

    Today, Chris from Smith’s Electric, Inc. came to our home to remove and replace ceiling fans, outdoor entry lights and repair several outlets.     I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion.The election wore his mask.He diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed the problem.This was after another company said there was no problem.I would highly recommend Smiths Electric.
