    Robert helped us repair a major issue that was caused by another electrician that fixed an issue before we purchased our home. We have copper wiring and a very old panel. We also had a recalled sub panel that was bypassed incorrectly which left our basement wired directly to the meter, and the aluminum pig tailing was done incorrectly. Both repairs made the situation more dangerous than if left alone. Robert was fantastic at describing the entire situation and providing thorough details of all of our options and prices for each so we could make an educated decision. Mr Electric and Robert are very knowledgeable, honest, and experienced and operate with integrity. Robert was very communicative the entire 3 days it took to do everything and friendly as well. He did AMAZING work and we will use them again in the future for planned projects.

    Bill is awesome. He arrived on time & is very personalble & considerate. Mr Electric was enlisted by Ting to check an arcing issue Ting discovered. Bill worked directly with Ting & kept me informed of what he was doing the entire time. When he was finished, he thoroughly explained the situation & showed me pictures of the inside of the electrical panel. I am extremely pleased with his work. I highly recommend him & will definitely call for future electrical needs.

    Very happy with the service received. Robert was professional, respectful and extremely helpful during his interactions. He stopped a major accident from happening occurring in the near future with electrical issues we were experiencing, without taking advantage of the urgent situation we were in. I felt like the prices were fair, especially considering past quotes I had received for similar work. They also offer FREE SAFETY INSPECTIONS! I live in a townhome, and an electrical fire would have been devastating to our community. Recommended my neighbors also do a free inspection so we can keep each other safe. I will be saving Mr. Electric of Littleton for future repairs and work.

    I have used Mr. Electric three times in two different homes. They are professional, knowledgeable, always on time and polite. they always answer my questions and explain what theyā€™re gonna do before we choose which service we want. Robert is the best!We have two electric cars and they have installed chargers for both and two different homes for Tesla and for GMC.

    Very quick response to set up an appointment, weā€™re able to come out the next day.. canā€™t say the same for the many other companies I reached out to. Had a new light fixture installed, as well as an existing ceiling light moved, and some breakers replaced that needed repair. Our technician did a great job, was professional and did a nice job cleaning up after. I highly recommend these guys.

    My wife and I used Mr. Electric Littleton for our complete rewire to replace all of our 1960s aluminum wiring with new copper, in addition to all new interior and exterior lighting, and a smoke detector system throughout our home. The work of their master electrician John was above and beyond--I had two separate contractors freeze mid-sentence when they saw it to comment that it was some of the best work theyve seen.Mr. Electric took great care of us throughout the process. In fact, delays on our kitchen remodel resulted in needing to finish up the work with Robert, as John was unavailable, and he did a fantastic job seamlessly picking up where John left off to trim out our remaining work. Its clear that by hiring Mr. Electric we were hiring a team, not a single electrician, and with that came the support and flexibility of a team to get the job done.I cant recommend Mr. Electric enough. Of all the tradesman we hired, Troy and his team were the most rocksteady reliable, courteous, and professional, over a significant span of work. It gave us great relief knowing we were in such good hands for something so foundational to our home.

    I recently had Mr. Electric do some work at my home. I canā€™t say enough good things about this company. I actually had them do some work that ended up not working for our home. It was entirely my fault. They went out of their way to get the situation corrected. They clearly have a commitment to taking care of their customers. Canā€™t be more pleased by their service. They may not be the cheapest option, but they have a stellar commitment to getting it right. Iā€™ll use them for any future jobs at our home.

    Bill did a great job with some external light installation- and in looking at our property! He also fixed some sunken outlets in our kitchen- at least the oneā€™s he could, the tile unfortunately was over the screws. Great service, itā€™s a bit on the pricey side though.

    Bill was totally knowledgeable and figured out quickly why our power went off. It was a very complicated matter and although he had never dealt with this particular problem he was on top of things. I would say Bill is an excellent electrician and would recommend him without hesitation.

    Robert helped us fix a mistake that I caused by mis-wiring a new switch. The mistake caused a short that did not trip the breaker...and fried the existing wire that ran our furnace! Unfortunately the wire was compromised somewhere in the wall.Robert tried squeezing into a couple tiny attic holes, but the wire was un-reachable, so he had to run a new dedicated line to the circuit. Mr Electric was the only company that could respond in a timely manner to this emergency. I appreciate Robert working hard to try to save me money before we ran the new dedicated line. I would gladly work with Mr Electric and Robert again.

    Would highly recommend Mr. Electric! I had some small electrical projects I needed done within a tight time frame and so I tried reaching out to Mr. Electric. They were quick to respond and got me scheduled immediately. The electrician that they send was Sam Van Nuland who was professional, courteous and thorough. They even provide a complimentary safety check of your home electricals. Sam was not pushy with his on-site quote and kept his work area covered and clean. My mini projects were completed within the day. Would highly recommend!

    Very impressed with the service and quality of Mr. Electric! Our electrician was Robert; he was on time and very respectful while in our home. He did a very thorough and detailed job installing new light switches, adjusting light fixtures, and installing a ceiling fan. The ceiling fan we had purchased had a remote that came with it and Robert realized it was busted once he installed the fan. Rather than us having to return the fan and go through all that, he went to home depot, purchased a new remote, and connected it to our fan saving us a ton of time and energy. We will definitely use Mr. Electric in the future!

    After being stood up by another company two times, I called Mr. Electric. They were able to send an experienced electrician in two to three hours. Sam did an inspection of electrical systems in the house and was able to install a dedicated circuit for my sump pump the same day. He came back the next day to repair some singed wires and tune-up the breaker box panel. Sam was polite, prompt, patient with my concerns, and did an outstanding job. I will call this company again for electrical work.

    Mr.Electric was very easy to contact and schedule. Robert was sent to our home for an estimate for hard wiring pendant lamps in a bedroom. Robert was wonderful with suggestions, and additional information, my home needed for fire safety. Robert performed a free electrical inspection, and I am beyond grateful he did. Robert showed me where we had very serious wiring issues, and the high danger we faced. I had no idea. Robert was very professional and proficient assembling estimates for the electrical we needed done. The estimates were each separate, which made the breakdown of charges easy to understand, but also by location in our home. I can now say, my home is safer, and my indoor lighting in my kitchen is brighter, and beautiful. And this is all a huge thank you to Robert and Mr.Electric having a magnificent employee.     We hired Mr. Electric this week to help us run a wire in the ground, and hook up a hot tub. We had several quotes for this job and theirs was the most reasonable.     Robert did a great job. There were several things that were not up to code which he replaced and while he was here and inspected the house for us he found the outside meter was arcing (there were burned areas inside the meter). We were lucky the power didnā€™t go out but could have at any time. He replaced the meter and also brought it up to code. He was polite, informative and did a great job!

Contacted the company to re-repair the poorly done lighting/wiring completed by another company(s) during a recent kitchen-remodel, Robert approached the current problem(s) with a long-term solution to fix once and for all. As a multi-day job, Robert communicated with us daily as to his planned arrival and departure times, provided updates on the situation, progress made that day and what remained to complete, and provided options and recommendations at several points throughout the work for our input and decision.     Jaden did an incredible job installing a dedicated 20 amp outlet for my treadmill in the basement. He answered all of my questions and went over every detail of the install to make sure I would be happy with the outcome.     Received great communication from the company throughout the transaction, as far as who was coming and when and plenty of reminder notices. Also received a call the day of the repair indicating, that the repairman could arrive early, if that fit into my schedule, which it did!     Our entire experience with Mr. Electric was outstanding. We utilized an app to find an electrician to install recessed lighting and prepare rooms for future ceiling fan installation. Mr. Electric was the only company that had a person reach out to me and respond. Everyone else had an automated response telling me to call them, which defeats the purpose of using the app!I set up a next day job walkthrough and price quote. John was on time (even early) and extremely professional. We told him what we wanted and he even made some suggestions that fit our needs even better. John totaled up the work and provided a quote within minutes. It was within our budget so we decided to go ahead and schedule the install!Later that day, the owner gave me a call and we set up the install for later that same week! When the day came for the install, it was a cold and snowy morning. John arrived early and shoveled our driveway and porch, which is above and beyond. Jeremiah and David arrived soon after to start the work on the ceiling fan boxes and recessed lighting. The entire time they were here they were polite and professional. We have a 20 month old and they were sensitive to some of our power needs while they were installing. Even going as far as running an extension chord so we would have power in our basement while they installed the lights upstairs. He was both refreshingly cheerful and professional, and spent time answering my numerous questions and educating me about smoke alarms. He replaced an alarm at the top of a 15 foot ceiling with a new unit that was a smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector combo.I was quoted a fair price over the phone and thats what I paid. Jacob explained the complimentary electrical evaluation service they provide. (Time didnt allow for him to do it since they squeezed me into their schedule.) At no point did I feel any pressure or upselling (thank you). He isolated and solved our electrical issue speedily, conducted a safety inspection, and then installed a whole-house surge protector, carefully, clearly, and respectfully explaining exactly what he was doing.
