We always use Genesis for all of our electric needs. Adam has been coming to our house for years for anything we need. Our house was built in the 90’s so it’s not up to date on anything we need for current lifestyles. We had a bunch of stuff done to update it this week, along with some cosmetic fun things as well, so he brought Sean along to help him this time. They did an amazing job. So helpful, friendly and extremely thorough with giving me options and explanations of everything they’re doing and why. Booking with Jill is also so easy!! She responds quickly and makes sure to accommodate your busy schedule! Would definitely recommend them!

Adam and Sean did a great job with the electric vehicle charger installation. They were on time for the appointment, called to let me know they were on their way. Showed up looking professionally dress and introduced themselves with a smile. They wore shoes covering to protect the floors of my home. They explained multiple options on how the work could be completed and shared the pricing before starting the work in the garage. The installation was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up the drywall dust after completion. Awesome job and I’ll call them again on my next electrical needs.

Adam and Tyler came out for a number of things in our house. They installed a few new electric sockets and rewired some switches. Adam previously installed our 240 for the electric car. Both times have been incredibly pleasant experiences and always amazed at how the work is done same day. Both Adam and Tyler were respectful, communicative, and efficient. Highly recommend them and Genesis for home electrical needs!

Answered all my questions clearly and also explained technical things in an easy to understand way. All Genesis 1:3 Electrical employees were friendly and pleasant to work with. Rhiley was our electrician and did a wonderful job. We called to get a ceiling fan and two chandeliers installed. Completed the free inspection and broke down a couple of recommendations as well, which was great as we have only been in our house a short while.Rhiley and his partner got everything done quicker than expected, the work was solid, and everything was well explained. They had a free finance option too which helped us break up the payment.We will be using Genesis moving forward and would recommend them to anyone looking for licensed, professionally completed work.

I had a fantastic experience with Tyler & Charles today. I called Genesis to have an electrician in to replace an outdoor light fixture & have an outlet added inside.Before they even got there, I got a text with a photo of Tyler and some info about him, so I knew exactly who to expect at my door. He & Charles were on time, friendly, prepared & got the work done quickly. Tyler the technician at Genesis Electric did a terrific job at my house. Replaced a Transformer and two outside Outlets that were not water proofed for the outside elements. He tightened up a few things during his inspection that were really important including a main ground wire for the electrical panel that was very important. He did a great job. Jill with customer service did a great job also. She kept me informed with everything that was going on. She got me an earlier schedule, because someone canceled. We called Genesis regarding a couple of electrical issues, but their technician implied that we had to choose a level of comprehensive diagnostic in order for him to address the issues we brought him here for. We also understood that the diagnostic would include certain repairs. He did not tell us that we could opt out of the diagnostic until after he had completed it and we were charged a few hundred dollars just for that, without the repairs. We found this misleading and expressed our disappointment, and the company promptly made full restitution, refunding us the full cost of the diagnostic service, which we greatly appreciated.

He installed my EV charger and then worked hard for hours in our hot sweaty attic installing two new bath fans. It is all working perfectly. I had a follow up question and Jill responded immediately. We cannot recommend them enough and will only call them for any future electric needs.

We had Tyler Yurack from Genesis come out to perform an annual inspection as part of their membership program which includes checking all interior/exterior outlets, change the batteries in all smoke detectors, and clean the blades on all ceiling fans, etc. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about current building codes and where standard smoke detectors can be used and where smoke/carbon detectors are required. Very impressed with the technicians from Genesis 1:3, Highly recommend them.

I had been plagued for many months by my smoke detectors going off every night, destroying any chance I had of getting a good night’s sleep. Nothing I did made any difference, nobody I spoke with at several firehouses in my part of Denver or in any hardware stores actually knew anything useful. I knew by law I was obliged to have working detectors but couldn’t find anything the matter with mine and was pretty thoroughly stymied beyond verifying that they did turn on.I finally called Genesis Electric and left a message stating my problem and hoped for the best. The next morning I received a call telling me that Tyler would be at my house between 8 and 10 am. Sure enough, Tyler called soon after and within a couple of hours, he appeared at my door, scrubbed looking and polite. We talked a bit, he ran a few tests, narrowed the problem to two of the detectors and then discovered a fairly obscure and less-than-obvious wiring problem in each. Repairs went quickly and they were done properly because for the first time in many months, I actually slept—through the night and soundly.Tyler was polite and thorough, explained what my options were, and went about his business quietly and effectively.I will definitely be calling Genesis when and if I need any kind of help with electrical problem resolution and just safety checks and the like. I’ve owned homes since 1966 and never needed an electrician before, but definitely feel better now that Tyler has checked out my home’s electrical.

Great Experience!I called for troubleshooting of a failed circuit, scheduled my appointment and put my name on a list for any cancellations. There was a cancellation and I was able to get service the next day. Matt was my electrician and he was great (kind demeanor, professional, lots of communication through the process as needed).He was able to identify the problem, but we could not specifically locate the source and he offered a couple of solutions to correct the issue. Matt also performed the FREE whole house safety inspection. There was no high pressure sales pitch - just enough to convince me that if I choose to get the work done, Genesis will be able to do it well and for a reasonable cost.

Genesis 1:3 electric came quickly to give a quote for a main electrical panel change. Rhiley listened carefully to my requests to relocate the panel from outside to inside, how to route the cables, panel upgrade to 200A, special requests, etc. I accepted the quote and booked the job to begin the following week (though they were available earlier than that). It was a very involved process for my particular needs, but all of my wants were done as I had wished. Rhiley and Tyler disconnected the power, worked hard all day, and got the power turned on with all circuits live. I trusted them to stay on task while I had to leave for work. It was so nice to come home to restored power. As scheduled, they came back the next day to finish installing more components to get the electrical system up to code. I noticed they kept the areas in which they worked very clean (using their own vacuum), never used my curbside cans for any trash, and were courteous and careful. I asked to see inside the new panel, which revealed a spectacular, tidy layout of wiring. I was very pleased with the work. As a part of this job, a permit was pulled and a county inspector was consulted to get the panel officially approved. Overall, I am happy with the finished result, the installers, and the good, constant communication. I never had to wonder when Rhiley would show up.
