Advanced Home Contracting is outstanding, truly top notch. Garrett & crew replaced all the windows in my home and replaced my old deck with beautiful Timbertech and glass railings. Garrett pays great attention to detail, has superb ideas, his communication with the customer is excellent, he shows up on time and cleans the work site every day. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We are so happy with the transformation of our Lanai thanks to Advanced Home Contracting. What started out as a need to replace our old sliding doors which were coming off the track, turned into making the whole Lanai come alive with the Cypress tongue and groove ceiling with a clear coat stain. They also installed 3 new ceiling fans, kitchen window, bathroom door and fresh paint. The whole team we worked with were fantastic!!!! They have since completed some smaller projects and we highly recommend working with them!! We would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Garrett has done two large renovation projects for us over the past few years and we couldn’t recommend him enough. Finding contractors who will show up, do the work, stay in communication, and actually take pride in their work are hard to come by these days. Can’t recommend him enough!We added the two car garage with a main bedroom, bathroom, and storage area above it to our existing house, almost doubling our square footage. Everyone who visits comments on how our addition feels like it’s always been there and how seamless everything flows together.

Garrett is the consummate professional, he is quick to get you the quote, follows up if there are any questions and is completely transparent about the timing of the work. In addition, during the construction period, the job site is clean every day. Garrett truly cares about his customers and provides suggestions that are practical. We will never use another contractor.

This company did a great job turning my den into an office- by doing flooring, crown moulding, and adding custom doors with a glass trim. Communication was excellent. Easy and honest contractor to work with. Everyone who came to participate in the job was highly skilled and ensured the project was done right.It’s nice to only need to get a quote from one company in the future.
