    Calling a plumber to your house can be an intimidating task for some, me included, but Zenco Plumbing put my mind at ease with their punctuality, kindness and knowledge of the trade. Cy wasted no time finding out the reason why my whole house had very low water pressure! I am so grateful for this business and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

    Working with Cy was an absolute delight in the middle of a really crummy situation. He was assigned to us by American Home Shield Home Warranty (theyre awful, zero stars!) and AHS kept giving us the run-around which wasnt Cys fault at all and he still went above and beyond to communicate really clearly, he was so quick to get us taken care of once our parts were available. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and did a great job! We know who to call for any future plumbing issues we may have!!

    Outstanding service! Arrived promptly on an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend. Repaired a water leak under kitchen sink in less than an hour. Plumber drove a truck well stocked with supplies. Parts were replaced including supply line. Assessment and estimates with other plumbing concerns were provided. Knowledgeable and a highly experienced plumber. Reasonable priced! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs and your plumbing wish list!

    Had a leak that was not real small near the inlet where it comes in the house in old galvanized piping where it met the copper. Fixed in less than a few minutes for an extremely fair price. Even texted to let me know when they were on the way. Most plumbers wont go that far. Hard to argue with that. Very pleasant to deal with as well. Thanks again Cy

    I highly recommend! I had a water leak inside the wall from the supply lines to the upstairs bath. I wasnt sure how to tackle it so I called Zenco. Cy arrived on time, was professional, and provided guidance on how to repair it should I decide to do myself, but could do the repair right then. His price was very reasonable and I will use them again for my plumbing needs.

    We used Zenco to replace our galvanized pipes from our basement leading to our 2nd floor bathroom.We had multiple companies come to give us a quote and my husband felt most comfortable with Zenco, they seemed like nice trustworthy guys to him and someone we would like to establish a relationship with for a long term plumber. Even though they werent the cheapest, they were on the lower end and seemed a lot more trustworthy than the other companies.Easy to set up an appointment and they were doing the work a few days later.I was home during the process of switching the pipes and the owner, Cy, explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Very respectful towards myself and nice to our dog also. The process took one day and they cleaned up nicely once they were done.I would definitely use Zenco for future plumbing issues.

    I just had a new water softener installed by Zenco. It was the best plumbing experience I have ever had. They were professional, kept me informed on when they would be here (came out very quickly to check original water leak), let me know when they were on their way, and installed it quickly but perfectly. I have finally found a plumber I can trust. I dont leave reviews very often, but felt I needed to in this case to help other homeowners. Quote was reasonable and job was done for the amount quoted. Highly recommend.

    Cy responded quickly to a call from American Home Shield to fix/replace our garbage disposal. He is knowledgeable, competent, and exhibited excellent customer service. He quickly and competently replaced the disposal in less than 10 minutes. I will use Zenco again and I recommend them without reservation.

    I had Zenco out today and Max was a fantastic perfectionist. He made sure everything was absolutely perfect and working to perfection like it was in his own home. He went above and beyond and carried the old dishwasher to my garage. Not only was he sweet, polite and courteous, but he was very knowledgeable about the installation process for someone his age. I will only use them in the future and am extremely satisfied.

    Zenco Plumbing replaced all of the old galvanized pipes in our home. We were having some serious water pressure issues that had gotten even worse recently. After the new pipes were installed, the water pressure was greatly improved! Cy and Max were professional, answered our questions, gave us a reasonable price and got the entire job done quickly. They took great care to keep the house clean and were very patient with our rambunctious puppy. They even took great care to clean up afterwards.The old pipes had been installed in a very unprofessional jumble but Cy and Max installed all of the new pipes in a neat and concise manner. Everything looks great now and we really appreciate having such a huge improvement to the water pressure. We plan on having Zenco install a reverse osmosis system in the next couple of weeks. We have complete trust in them and are so glad to have found such a reliable and professional company to rely on for our plumbing needs.

    I have a home warranty and Zenco was assigned to fix my H2O heater. The part was hard to find and they keep looking until they found one they could get in a couple days. Some places said 2 weeks for the part. They installed it in 3 day. Thanks for going the extra mile. Would definitely recommend

    I am a single mom who bought a house that apparently was built with cheap plumbing materials. As such I have needed the services of a plumber on several occasions over the last two years. Multiple broken toilets, clogged showers drains, broken sprinkler system valves...Cy at Zenco has been great! He always gets out to fix the problem quickly and the cost is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend using them!

    Zeno replaced our hot water, he quickly replaced our hot water heater and went over and beyond to contact the manufacturer to get our replacement that was under warranty. Also, he corrected the pipes from the previous installer. I would highly recommend zenco for any plumbing needs.

    I initially called a different Franchise company and they came out and gave me a sales pitch and a quote. I took that same quote and provided it to Zenco.     We have used Zenco numerous times over the years for our plumbing needs. We own a home built in 1965 and the pipes are corroded and starting to fail. Specifically, they replaced a section of pipe beneath our kitchen sink that had began leaking which required a fair amount of rough carpentry work to access the leak. Zenco also diagnosed and replaced a faulty wax ring under the toilet base to remedy a basement leak. We also had them out on a third occasion to unclog bathroom sink hardware that I had erronously detached, but then was unable to reattach. Cy and his employees are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous and their prices are quite reasonable. You will not be disappointed if you place your trust in Zenco!

    We have had trouble with leaks from our master bath, into our kitchen ceiling, for several years. Another plumber visited twice and we had a general contractor work on it. No one could fix it. Zenco plumbing fixed in their first visit and he even returned, free of charge, when we were worried it was still leaking. No leaks!

    Technician was able to arrive ahead of schedule. Zenco texted me with an app to alert me of technicians arrival time, which I truly appreciated. He was fast, friendly, thorough, and even gave me some DIY advice for the next blown Moen cartridge. Will definitely use again.

    Zenco Plumbing just saved us more than $600! Consumers Energy used their gas sensor to look for a gas leak. They found two (which we were surprised by) and shut off our gas. Originally, we had Terry Allen Plumbing look at it and give us an estimate to replace the pipes that Consumers flagged. Their estimate was over $600. We called Cy from Zenco Plumbing to get another estimate. He said that the sensors that Consumers Energy uses can be set off by things other than gas, so he turned the gas on and tested for a gas leak. He found no gas leaks! Thank you so much Cy for saving us so much money!

    Professional from start to finish. Tremendously courteous even to the point of wearing shoe covers when entering my home.     After heavy rains my old sump pump stopped working late in the evening. Called Zenco Plumbing and Cy made time to squeeze me in early to replace it.     I very much recommend Zenco Plumbing! Contacted Zenco via email for an issue with our basement drain backing up. Within a day, heard back from them and had an appoint for the plumber to come out the next day. The plumber (and owner) Cy showed up on time, and was very professional and friendly.
