    The guys were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and very honest. This isn’t the first time I’ve used this business for my plumbing issues. Each time they’ve come out they’ve been awesome!!! They always fix the issue that day and then I’m stress free! Once again, great employees from a great business.     As someone from a low income apartment complex with 200+ apartments, I call them often. And I always prefer Sheesleys over any other.They know what needs to be done. They are professional. They will take the extra minute to do it right and to make sure its fixed. They are reliable and always respond within an hour for emergencies, unlike others.Ive never had a bad experience with them in the 5 years I have dealt with them.I have even urged them to rush and lets go home on an emergency call and they shooed me away and say they want to wait and make sure its fixed. That shows quality work.

    The repairman was prompt and professional, called me shortly before they were going to arrive. The repair was finished quickly and the leak in my toilet seal was repaired with absolutely no leaks after the repair was completed. I would recommend very highly. AAA

    They were able to come the day after I called for issues with our toilets not flushing. I feared a sewer line issue but it was a fill problem with both toilets. It ended up costing $25 on top of the service call - much less than expected. The two plumbers who came were very pleasant to deal with - they seemed to like working together and communicated well with each other. One of them took the time to explain everything to me. They were polite and professional and I appreciated very much that they were ok with my two 80lb dogs. They didnt mind that the dogs barked at them at 1st and they were very mindful of not letting them out when they had to go in and out to their truck to get parts. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend them based on my experience with them.

    These guys have helped me twice. I’m new to the Septic System game and recently purchased my home. My septic was full and starting to back up and they cleaned it out for me. I was not aware that there was a secondary clean out port they thought was most likely plugged. After they left, I dug around and found the other port and sure enough, there was a huge, hard nasty grease ball (among others things) that had plugged it up assisting with the back up. I cleaned it out at no extra cost. These guys did a great job and I really appreciate it.

    Had an issue at my mothers, plumbing kept backing up. They were able to determine there was an issue outside the house and found damage to the sewer line. They were also able to determine that the issue was caused by a 3rd party and contacted the 3rd party who took responsibility. The plumbing issue was corrected quickly. We appreciate the professionalism and quick work.

    I called with an emergency septic back up. They werent sure if they could fit me in due to working on a truck. Within an hour they were at my house and pumping it out.     Sheesly’s was GREAT. We had a clog in our main drain from the house; they came out quickly, charged a flat rate, and got it done fast! Maybe 2 weeks later I noticed that the clog hadn’t been totally cleared, so I called up and they came out and fixed it on their bill! They had great attention to the customer and were pleasant to work with

    I called yesterday about our grinder pump leaking from the top, and first thing next day kurt and ( sorry I forgot his name) came and showed me how everything worked with it so I can maintain the grinder pump myself, they were super nice, very informative and fixed the problem promptly. All other experiences with sheesleys has been positive as well but today these guys did such a good job I had to leave a review 👍👍👍

    Rarely leave reviews but Kurt and Ryan just left my house after unclogging a main drain and all I can say is thank you so much, they were beyond helpful with telling me the problems and solutions on how to fix them aswell as being transparent and honest, Will definitely use Sheesleys again if I run into any more problems in the future.

    I have a purchased a home requiring repair. Sheesleys have been very professional. Work has been completed when they stated it would. They call to let you know they are coming. If you have questions, their employees are most helpful. I can pay over the phone. All in all its been a great experience.

    Kind of pricey but the guys showed up, got right to work, they were super friendly and fast. They left the area looking better than they found it and even threw on a new cap to the pipe at no extra cost because the old one didnt come off easily which is half the reason I had to call them. 5 stars will call them again.

They go out of there way to ensure you have the best customer experience possible. There is nothing they cannot fix or repair.     Sheesleyˋs has been a wonderful service for us. We trust them and their service has been professional and they have no problem with us being here while they service our septic system. A word of advice if a company will not let you be home or will not let you know when they are coming beware! We no longer feel we need to be home because we know our septic is being serviced properly. We are very fortunate to have Sheesleys and highly recommend them.

    I called Sheeslys in the morning, and by 2pm they were at my home, despite every other place I called and had no same day appts. The two men that showed up were very professional, and even cleaned up the water mess that was created by the snake. It was not a lot but the fact that they made a point to do, was not overlooked. I would recommend using them for any of the services that they offer.

    They arrived on the day they said they would and promptly hooked me to the sewer. There were a few bumps due to my house being odd, but they fixed what they needed and finished the job. They couldn’t finish completely due to an emergency, but I was kept informed and they came back as promised and finished and left the yard in better shape that I had thought it would be. Would definitely use them again if the need arose

    Top notch techs came to my house early!!! Had us up and running in moments. My septic had been a nightmare till I called sheesleys. Dont assume their expensive! They were more then fair to my family and genuinely cared about helping us get back to normal. These guys know more than my village water reclamation dept.     Had a couple of their techs come to my house and work on what ended up being a stubborn clogged pipe. They snaked the entire length from the kitchen drain down to the sewer line and then had to pop open the pipe near the sewer and snake from there. They were able to free up the clog and get things cleaned. AAA+ for me.

    We had issues with our toilet being clogged that we just couldnt clear ourselves. Sheesleys sent out their guys the same day I called and they were able to help. They didnt just accept that the job was done and leave. They were persistent and thorough and were able to remove the obstruction which turned out was a piece of plastic that had accidentally been dumped into the toilet. I highly recommend Sheesleys Sewer Service!
