Wonderful service! Pioneer was able to seamlessly repair an incorrect installation of central air that was originally done by a different service. They were able to pinpoint the issues and get our system working like a dream within the same day of us calling. A year later I called for an annual service and they were able to come again same day and our system is running beautifully still. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, and with fair prices. Will be using for all our service needs!

Amazing! Pilot light on furnace would not stay lit … on a Sunday … with the temperature outside of 30 … I called two other places who claimed to be open “24/7” and neither answered. Thankfully, Pioneeer not only answered, they were there within 30 minutes! Thank you for quick, quality service at a fair price! You saved the day and will be our go to from now on.
