    Clay was awesome. He was here for about 20 minutes to get the job done. He explained how to work our heater and what to do when the heater dries out the air in the house. 10/10 , would recommend and very affordable.

    Moon Air is great! Let me tell you my story. We had our yearly maintenance scheduled from another vendor (sounds like ErviceOday) for our heater on Nov 6. We were told by the tech that we had a cracked heat exchanger and the entire heater had to be replaced (humidifier & air filter unit). We started getting quotes from different vendors. We met with Jason Towers who was helpful, informative, explained we only the heater had to be replaced. Also, said that our duct work was inadequate. We had ErviceOday also give us a quote. We decided to go with Moon Air and our new heater was installed on Nov 13. The techs Brian, Adrian & Paul were great, clean while working and loved my dogs. They worked from 9 am until 6 pm and everything was installed, working and the house clean. This company/team is very affordable and so helpful.Thank you and I will be recommending Moon Air to everyone I know.

    Moon Air is over the top amazing! We had a couple of estimates for our new HVAC unit. Steve came to our house to measure and give an estimate. Steve is so personable and knowledgeable – we felt like we knew Steve for years! The price was competitive, the availability to install was super convenient and Steve/Moon Air kept us up-to-date from scheduling to installing. Josiah, Mason and Adrian were respectful, experienced technicians who worked very hard (it was an extremely hot day!). Steve came by in the afternoon to check how the install was going. Once the installation was complete, Josiah gave us a thorough demonstration and answered all our questions in detail (he didn’t rush us even after his long day). I highly recommend Moon Air – they have the same dedication to customer care that companies used to have.

    Although Moon Air has had to come out several times to fix their new AC system they installed for me, everyone is super polite. My technocian today, although young, was super thoughtful, and even told me about a hornet nest under my porch. He fixed the coolant leak and pressure is much more stable. He also was only here for 3 hours. Much appreciated

    I love supporting small businesses, especially when they are responsive, priced competitively, and friendly. Check, check and check. My wife and I woke up with an issue regarding our air conditioner. I called Moon Air as soon as they opened. The receptionist was friendly and she scheduled a technician to be at my house within two hours. I received a phone call and a text message when he was enroute and when he arrived. He was courteous and informative, and I immediately made the decision to become a return customer and enroll in their preventive maintenance plan. Well done Moon Air.

    This gentleman, Greg, was outstanding. He listened to what the issue was as best as I could explain it and then he went to work. He notified me that the wiring wasnt quite right on the HVAC unit side and on the thermostat side. He corrected both. He was professional and polite. This is an employee worth holding on to! fantastic experience.

    Summer 2024 – Our house was built in 2001, and the AC and furnace are still the original ones that came with the home. During this sweltering summer, the AC decides it’s done for good. We had three companies give us their estimates and chose Moon Air for the following reasons:1. Scheduling is relatively easy, and for the initial appointment, the company sends a text message letting you know the service professional is on the way to your home. Before the installation, you get a longer text message indicating you are within 24 hours and that they will need to speak with you to confirm you are home before sending the techs out.2. Jason T. did the initial assessment and was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. His understanding of the science and the mechanics of these significant appliances was comforting and vital.3. Jason was also the first tech to mention that we should consider replacing the furnace since it was only a matter of time before it would also stop functioning. The other two never even mentioned the furnace.4. While he recommended packages, Jason was realistic and did not recommend any unnecessary features to increase the price. However, Moon Air can offer value that other companies cannot. My units came with lifetime replacement and ten years of parts and labor. We could pay in full, so we received very competitive pricing. As the assessing technician, Jason is also a salesman, but his demeanor was pragmatic and never schwarmy (unlike the first company rep who shall remain nameless).5. On installation day, the vehicles arrived before my appointment. I had already received the text with the photo of the lead tech, so I know who to expect.6. Josiah, Brad, Raul, and Paul worked on my HVAC replacement, and they were so fast and efficient. Josiah had to leave part of the way through to address a family issue, but Moon Air sent Paul out to take his spot on the team. The transition was seamless and when they finished that afternoon, they left my space cleaner than when they arrived. They have booties to cover their shoes, lay cloths out on your floors to protect them from any debris during the removal and installation, and clean up after themselves.7. Jason came by the house a couple of times to check on the progress and to see if we had any questions.8. This kind of service is remarkable, and it did not stop with the installation. About two weeks later, Tammy called to schedule a service inspection to ensure everything was done well. During our conversation, I mentioned my interest in the annual service plan, and she reminded me that my warranty covers any service issues for the first year with the new units. She recommended that I wait until July 2025 to sign up for their club membership to have the biannual service on my AC and furnace.9. If you are still reading (and I hope you are), then you recognize Moon Airs comprehensive approach to customer service from beginning to end. I am sticking with Moon Air.10. One last tidbit: if you live near their office, you might already be familiar with Moon Air. In the spring, if you came home to a violet plant, or in the fall, you came home to a pumpkin, then you already know Moon Air.

    Josiah and Jim replaced my AC unit, and they provided next level service. They were kind and attentive to my 2 large dogs when they came in and out of my home, they left no sign of ever having been here at all, and they were super diligent about putting booties around their shoes each time they came into my home from the outside.     Howard was great, personable, professional, and gave me all the information I needed to repair my A/C issue. I called moon air as a second opinion after a different company recommended I replace both my A/C and hybrid heat pump. I felt like that was a bit farfetched considering both are about 5 years old. I’m grateful that advice led me to look for other options. While I have not had the work completed yet, I feel much more confident with Howard’s evidence based approach. I will post a follow up review after the work is complete and again after some time has passed.

    I needed clarification and direction for a new cooling/heating system we had installed by Moon Air last June. I called Moon Air for help and Howard arrived the next morning!! He was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient! Howard was so very nice and friendly, I asked him to try to return to my home the next time I needed service! Also, the office staff are very welcoming and I was called by them as Howard was driving to my home--much appreciative. When we had the system installed, the crew literally worked all day very professionally and I saw no one taking a break (which would have been fine with me!) When finished with the job, I mentioned that I wished they were all plumbers, carpenters, painters, electricians, etc. and could perform those trades when needed with the same skill and work ethic they displayed on our project--never would there be dissatisfied customer!     Very helpful as always. If you are looking for the best value out there then look no further. One of the best HVAC companies, if not the best in the area. After over a year of operation I am convinced that the my 5 new HVAC systems are performing as advertised. The 12 year parts and labor warranty is a no brainer. These units have been sized and installed correctly, with surge protectors and I can sleep worry free. Do yourself a favor and have Moor Air install your new system and you will not be disappointed!

    We have used Moon services for years and usually have the same technician, but this year we a new fella named Greg. He was respectful and quiet. The only downside to the visit was not being able to get the custom filters we usually get with our service. The system was installed by Moon and previously they would always have the filters with them and add it to the bill when we needed replacements. Greg instructed me to go to the Moon website to order them which I’m hopeful is easy since I’m not 100% sure which filter is needed.

    As he did last year, Kos did a thorough check-up and solved the mystery of why my West-facing bedroom showed a temperature 6 degrees warmer than the BR across he wall. Yes, the room is a bit less cool than the other but Kos demonstrated that the main issue was the thermostat-controller on the wall, part of the baseboard heat unit in the room. It was registering about 5 degrees higher than the room really was. Kos had his own thermometer to check actual temps. Hes very polite too.

He went down to the basement and work on cleaning the system. He told me after the cleaning that the system was in good condition.Clay found that their was a problem with the water heater. He saw corrosion on the top panel cover . He removed the cover and saw a water leak and corrosion that was forming on the inside of the heater at the wire connections. I went down and saw the problem.Clay sat down with my wife and I. He explain what needed to be done and what had to be replaced. He went over the costs Moon charges for this replacement.After talking with Clay and showing us different options, we decided to have a new water heater installed by Moon Air. He even utilized a special camera to look at the inner recesses of the heat exchanger. The outside unit was quickly checked, but he took extra time, at my request, to fish out the leaf litter in the bottom. The overall report was very good. Jack seemed to be quite experienced and he did an excellent job for us. We benefit from the monthly payment program that allows Moon Air to come in twice a year and assure that our HVAC system is in good shape.

They had to come out on New Years Day, couldnt get any parts until Tuesday (since the parts supplier was closed), etc. All in all, they had to come out 3 times to get it totally fixed. But all three trips were necessary, so I dont want it to seem like they were dragging it out.     Overall, we are glad we went with Moon Air for our installation of the Mini Split Daikin systems. On the first install there were issues with the hardware and Moon Air stood behind the product. This was challenging but we were able to work through the issues. recently we had added an inside unit to the existing system and also installed a single Mini in a separate room. In the end the systems seem to be working great but did not come with installation issues. While adding the additional unit to the existing system there was a charging issue, and the standalone unit was not properly mounted which caused it to make a vibrating noise. When I called, I felt I had to ask for Paul Nowotarski. Paul is very meticulous, and I felt that he would not only take care of the issues but also verify that the systems were operating correctly. The other installers could learn a lot from Paul. In closing, I would and have recommended Moon Air to others. Thank You

    Moon Air replaced one of the AC/furnace systems in my house about 6 years ago so I didnt hesitate to give them a call when my AC condenser fan motor seized up on a Saturday during a heat wave. They dispatched a technician the same day. Paul was a great tech who took his time and made sure the job was done right. Due to the emergency call, I had to pay a higher dispatch fee. I feel like the price I paid for the entire job (including a condenser fan motor and capacitor) was a little on the high side. However, I did have my AC working again that day so I cant complain too much.

Moon Air needs to find a way to evacuate the customers home from the residual airborne material in the air from settling on the floors and horizontal surfaces due to it causing them to become sticky and required cleaning with a mop/rag.     We smelled gas. I called Moon Air, our HVAC company for 19 years. They sent Howard right over and he confirmed our suspicions. He immediately shut off the gas. Parts are on order now.     Joe and Craig were wonderfully knowledgeable and courteous. Arriving on time, they got right to work. They updated us on what they were doing, explaining any steps we had questions about. Their work was perfect! They even stayed longer to help us download the app to work the equipment!We intend to use Moon Air, Inc for all our electrical needs! Would definitely recommend!

    Steve was wonderful to work with. Very personable, polite, and professional. When he came to my house for the estimate it went smoothly and I had a great feeling about the company. Once I decided to go with Moon Air he handled everything and the process was very smooth. There was very little to do on my end and he explained the process well. The estimate breakdown provided was really nice and clearly explained my options, prices for everything, add-ons, and financing options. I didnt receive this with other companies I looked at. They were very quick and were able to schedule the installation for two days later. Justin and Weber performed the installation. They were great guys, very professional. Everyone was easy to get along with. They worked a long day and were able to get all the work done without any issues. I was very hands off during the whole thing and it went great. They took me around to show me the new system once it was done and the house was pretty clean once they picked up the drop cloths. Bonus points for Steve, Weber, and Justin for removing a bat that had found its way into my basement and was discovered when they began removing the old system. All said and done Moon air was phenomenal and I would highly recommend their services. Kudos to all three guys who came out to do the work and thank you for anyone who worked behind the scenes. The new system looks great and you all did a great job.

    Moons electrical technician Kyle was outstanding to work with. Hes been extremely professional, friendly, and courteous, and has performed numerous individual jobs spread over two visits, in a timely, efficient, and detail-oriented manner. Hes definitely one of those over and above type of techs. Kyle replaced/repaired a handful of bad switches and outlets, installed a new ceiling lighting fixture, and ran two new circuits for outdoor use (also removed an existing out-of-code outdoor circuit.) He made excellent suggestions and helped us choose among differing courses of action and designs achieve the best outcomes for the repairs and projects. The final costs were all in line with Kyles written estimates. Im already looking for additional electrical projects around the house for Kyle to do, so my wife and I will definitely use him and Moon again.

    Moon air was able to get someone out to my house a day earlier than expected for my yearly furnace cleaning and maintenance. Koz was very thorough and made sure I was able to see first hand every area of concern he had. Unfortunately, my system had some major failures and needed to be shut down, but Koz explained everything in a way that made sense and offered several options for what needed to be done next. He even made sure I would be able to be provided with space heaters before he left.

    My wife and I set out to get quotes from 3 HVAC companies in and around Elkton/Newark areas to install mini splits all over our un airconditioned home. Moon Air sent a gentlemen by the name of Steven Podesta to our house to start the process.Steven arrived promptly, was a very friendly person and listened to our concerns.Once the quote arrived, Moon and another company were close in price. I submitted the other estimate to Steve Podesta who promptly addressed it with his management. He beat the competition and beat it by about $1000. Furthermore Moons 12 year parts and 12 year labor stood out to my wife and I. Also, the fact that Moon uses parts made in America was huge to us as a family. I cannot say enough about Steve.Once we decided to use Moon, I was concerned of a possible backlog, Steve assured me they could start as soon as we needed them to. We booked the install date for 2 weeks out which was another huge benefit.The booking day arrived and I was met with an early morning phone call from the office stating the technicians were on the way. Tammy stated if I preferred she could call daily to inform me they were on the way. I chose that option as well. Tammy was cheerful and very polite over the phone. I cannot stress how much of a customer service kind of guy that I am. My wife and I always treat people with kindness and we felt this company has set standards for great customer service. Not only did I get a call, but we received emails as well. Communication is a priority with Moon and they do it with a smile. I love that !!As far as the install team goes, everyone that arrived, made eye contact, was polite and I was always addressed with a sir, even though I told them to call me Steve. Paul, Paul, Shawn and Kyle should all be commended for how they conduct themselves in the public eye. I could not have gotten a more prompt, polite and professional crew. These guys were awesomeness defined.On top of their professionalism, they did amazing work. We had 8 mini splits installed with two outdoor compressors, it looks amazing. They provided us with a four day install estimate. They completed the install in three days!!To the owner of Moon Air: Thank you! You have a world class team here. You should give customer service advice to the majority of the business world, you have earned my families business forever. Thank you !!

They went above and beyond my expectations from drop clothes to shoe booties you could not even tell that I had workers in my house all day doing a replacement of my heat and a/c .
