    My mothers plumbing burst under the floor, I called D. A. Jackson Plumbing. and they were quick to start work on my mothers house. They were $10,000 cheaper than Rooter router. They were on time and communication with Dale was perfect because he let you know exactly when the plumber would be there and came to make sure that everything was going as it should. They are very professional, and I would highly recommend them to everyone. I know that we will not be using anyone other than D. A. Jackson Plumbing.. thank you Eric as well who an employee, you are by far one of the best workers I have ever seen. Thank you, Tammy

    Highly recommend! They re-plumbed our entire house a few years ago (everything but sewer lines), installed a whole house water filtration system for us, and most recently fixed a sewer clog we had. Each time, staff was highly professional, thoroughly explained everything they were doing and why without us asking, and were in and out in faster than we had anticipated each time. Their pricing is very fair. Jackson and his team are highly competent, trustworthy, skilled tradesmen, that know their stuff.

    I was referred to D.A. Jackson Plumbing LLC (hereinafter DAJP) by another plumbing company. The latter plumbing company had to cancel due to health reasons. In this regard it is worth noting that a “mom and pop” operation —2 people— is inadequate to do a project such as the instant one—- a whole house repipe.It was a blessing in disguise that the original “company” bowed out and refered DAJP.Subsequently I met with the owner of DAJP, Dale, who scoped out the job, explained everything and scheduled the job. This was a complete home re-pipe.Dale and crew (5 total) showed up on time and commenced. New piping was run from the water meter to the house. They then piped out the attic to the drop points (where they tie into the needed locations, i.e., sinks, bathtub, toilets) and installed 2 new outside water spickets for garden hoses.The crew was focused and well choreographed. It reminded me of watching bees building a hive. Everyone had a specific role and executed perfectly.Prior to doing this repipe I talked to several people in the neighborhood that had been through it. Their descriptions were nothing short of Armageddon. Accordingly I went out and purchased over $50 on plastic drop clothes. This house just went through a total remodel inside. New appliances, floors, paint, furniture etc. This description of doom and gloom was upsetting to say the least.I can tell you this: All the drop clothes are being returned. Not a scintilla of dust! The wall openings were minimal. I’m still in shock of how well this project went. Incredible. Simply incredible.In retrospect the million dollar question is: How many repipes does the company do?DAJP represents that they do 12 per month on average. They specialize in repiping and it clearly showed.No mess. Minimal wall openings. In my opinion this comes from old fashioned experience. Period.I still can’t believe it. For all intents and purposes it was like it never happened. Impressive.I am waiting for their contractor (who they recommend) to fix the sheetrock. Based on the repipe I implicitly trust that the contractor will do a great job.Finally it is worth noting that one plumbing company intimated that my new kitchen floor would have to be jack-hammered to run the pipe to the center island. DAJP used a prior water line that they abandoned and threaded the new pipe through it to tie in. Impressive to say the least.I can only rate up to 5 Stars. Based on the above perhaps all the stars in the sky would be well warranted.Great job! Thank you Dale and to everyone at DAJP.LVCJrSt. Augustine, FL

    Dale and his team came out and repipped our while house in two days. Without a doubt the most courteous and professional crew Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended.

    Trustworthy and honest. Arrived on the day and time they said they would come and fixed the problem without any trouble. Price was much lower than I expected!

    Found we had a water leak near the meter Friday night about 7pm. Called thinking I would leave a message, but the owner actually picked up. The plumber showed up right on time at 8am Saturday morning, and fixed it in less than an hour and half. Price was very reasonable considering it was on the weekend. These guys have been awesome every time we have used them.
