    I am glad I chose Charles moons team. A lot of respect for Mike and his leadership. Worked on fathers day and brought his sons to learn from him. Pretty cool. Team replaced jet pump with submersible, repiped house, and updated 3 bathrooms. Aaron and Raheem finished the job right. Thank you. Here are few pics from the job at different stages.

    Amazing service! The day after Thanksgiving, I discovered that my basement floors were covered in water. I saw that the water was forcefully coming from the spigot that controls all the water that comes into my house. I was quickly in touch with Charles Moon Plumbing. Soon a young man (Max) came to my house and assessed the situation. He said he could not make repairs until the water company turned off all the water to the house. The water company was very busy that day but eventually came and did shut off the water. My plumber quickly replaced the spigot and the water was then turned back on. This was an all day process. My plumber and the Charles Moon dispatcher were both extremely kind, helpful and professional in what was a very stressful day for me.

    Max is the cool cat you hope arrives. Very easy going, answered all my questions. Got one clog but doubled checked and needed to hit it again up further. No problem. Handled it like someone that loves their job. Hunter was an excellent helping hand and didnt have to be asked, he juust knew what was next.     Update:I received a call from Evan and his attention to customer satisfaction was inspiring. We agreed to a price mutually that would cover the job for a one-piece toilet.Wayne arrived at the designated time and worked diligently in removing old and replacing the new.     Our hot water tank needed to be replaced and Charles Moon Plumbing did a fantastic job of installing our new one. The tank is located in a small area under the stairs, with a small storage area. The expansion tank extended out a little to far making it difficult to access the space.BUT, Michael the owner came back to our home to make the adjustment of positioning it another way AND it is GREAT now!Great customer service!Great Owner!So patient, friendly, kind and PROFESSIONAL!Thank you so much!Highly recommended company!!!!

    Charles Moon Plumbing Service is great, from the moment I called them and spoke to the lovely lady that answered the phone to those two nice gentlemen that came to my house, looked aty problem, and explained to me thoroughly of what my situation was and how they can fix it. My problem is dealing with my home insurance and they had no problem writing up a detailed explanation and estimate of what the cost is to fix it. Yes I am going to continue to use them to fix my problem and now I know who to contact in the future if I have any more water / plumbing issues. Charles Moon Plumbing Service thank you. Today 8-7-24 MrAaron came back out and fixed my problem very quickly and was nice and neat about it. Also gave me some advise to install a door panel in the spot he cut out for easy access to get to the plumbing pipe if necessary again instead of cutting out my wall every time.

    Leon showed up ahead of time, checked what he needed to in order to provide their pricing for the repair needed. It was much higher than the first quote I had received from another plumber that I thought was too high at first. However, i went with the cheaper person that was $200 cheaper than what Leon quoted for the same service. Overall the service Leon provided was still excellent and very professional.

    I was quoted a time from 1-4 and they came exactly at 1pm and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I had to shut off my water for a pipe leak outside that was seeping into my basement.     Absolutely unbelievable! I had a pipe burst in my front lawn. Charles Moon arrived around 3 pm on Monday, promising they wouldnt leave until my water was back on. encountering numerous obstacles, they persevered - even bailing water by hand. True to their word, although it took these cheerful and energetic men until after 10:30 at night to complete the work, complete it they did. In spite of the issues and long hours, they didnt charge a dime more than the original estimate, and they even re-seeded the area before they left. No joke - these guys are top notch! Dont even waste your time calling anyone else. Really!

    Wayne from Charles Moon Plumbing was excellent. He showed up on-time (a little early actually) for the appointment, was helpful, knowledgable and honest in answering my many questions, and gave me a very fair price. He also got the job done fast replacing the pressure regular on the main water line into my house and the expansion tank on my water heater because he came well prepared after the initial consult we had two days earlier. Excellent quality of work too. He installed the expansion tank correctly, fixing a disaster waiting to happen due to the home builder’s sketchy original install. This was a rare great experience with a contractor doing work in my home.

    The technician Max arrived early in the 2:00 - 5:00 PM window which was definitely appreciated. He readily assessed the situation and went to work. He worked neatly, diligently and conscientiously. Even though a Friday afternoon and having another call after mine, he took all the necessary time needed to ensure the problem was resolved. I am especially appreciative of his efforts as I had another service provider out 16 days prior to resolve the same problem. However, his fix was only superficial and came nowhere near resolving the problem.Max did an absolutely great job! And I am very confident the problem is finally resolved.

    The company is one that accepts work from my home warranty.Max did try to troubleshoot why there was air in my bathroom sink and we could not replicate the problem so he moved onto replacing the wax seal on my toilet.Some tips to help with future jobs:1-leaving to go buy parts you ran out of after you entered the customers home could be handled better. As I didn’t know the exact time the tech was arriving I would have been none the wiser if they stopped between jobs to restock for my job. Alternatively if there was a set arrival time a quick phone call to the customer making them aware that you are stopping to pick up essential parts for this customer’s particular job shows the customer you care a lot about the customers time and the work to be done.Of course there are unique situations where neither of these options would work like needing a special size or specialty part. If I had to take time off from work to let a person in then find out the person has to leave to get a standard part would have made me really annoyed because I would have lost pay or had to use vacation time.2-when people work from home or are at home when the service is being provided ask the customer how much communication do they or would they like.I was not expecting the noise from a saws all to disrupt my work day. My home office is on the same floor as the repairs were being completed. If Max had told me he was going to make a lot of noise and why it would have been a nice touch . I could have been more prepared for the noise level. As it is even if I closed the doors I would have still been loud because of the proximity.I forgot to ask why and I was never told why but I’m sure the bolts needed to be replaced and they had to be cut off to do so.As a woman I have experienced older plumbers that treat women as if we are not smart enough to understand what needs to complete the repair. Max respected my knowledge and the information I provided he never spoke down to me. He used what he could to help troubleshoot the air coming from the faucet. I said to Max it’s like going to the mechanics with an issue and it doesn’t happen when they look at the car. I asked if I can record it would that help and he said it wouldn’t hurt to have it for the next time.Lastly I want to say this was not a bad experience Max did what needed to be done he cleaned up the mess that was made. He asked good questions he listened. I will use the company again and I feel like Max is an asset. Max just may not have enough exposure or experience to know some of these things I’ve mentioned as he is younger looking.

    Wayne, our service technician, actually was here early and he took me around showing me what he found and explaining the issues along the way. He was professional, courteous, and even drew a diagram of the issue for me as well. He explained next steps for us to get the process started and made sure I understood.     Company use by my home warranty - they were early versus late my only recommendation to the company is if you say between 2-5 and that changes then call the customer to make sure that is okay!     The employees of Charles Moon Plumbing Service were all very professional, polite, and very respectful.They performed a New Water Heater installation flawlessly. They also tried very hard to clean out a sewer pipe with a snake. The young man was working hard on this job. He probably spent a good 45 minutes battling this snake. Though, I believe that part of the sewer is broken at some point. So they did the best they could with the sewer pipe in its condition. I appreciate the effort and I am sure that my sewage will flow better than it was!! Thank-You Very Much Charles Moon Plumbing! Now we can have showers again!

    I called about two issues when I contacted Charles Moon Plumbing, but by the time they arrived - the very next day - I had convinced myself that one of them was simply condensation, and I told the plumbers not to worry about it. But after they fixed the first issue they wanted to look at the condensation which turned out to be a serious leak. Another, less diligent, plumber might have been happy to ignore it (especially on a Friday afternoon). What a relief to have everything solved despite my foolishness!I also appreciated the shoe covers they put on!
