Schrader Construction does amazing work! I have been involved in several projects with them from small jobs to total gut remodels and they have done a great job in a timely manner with high quality work! I highly recommend them!

We had Schrader construction out to look at issues with our pocket doors. We recently purchased this home and didnt realize how out of square these were. They opened the jam adjusted and its all good now. Thank you! The two guys out here were very polite and professional.

After 4 quotes we went with Garrett and his team. He walked us through the process, was always professional and very competitive in pricing. First co.penay wanted 3.5 times what Garrett quoted.Was able to get ourdeck done without cutting corners. Job ran a tad longer than anticipated and even though it was delayed, he and his team refused to rush just to get it done.In hind sight , THAT is a tremendous quality. Highly recommend Schrader Construction. Will have no hesitation when needing work done again.

From start to finish, I was very impressed with the thorough communication with Schrader Construction. They painted all of the indoor trim around our windows in a timely, neat, and professional order for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any home updates needed!

Garrett did a great job on a couple small projects on our house. They closed off a front room and the finished product is great. No one could ever tell it was not how the house was built. We also used Garrett for some touch up work on our exterior and trim replacement. All was done with quality. He was responsive in his question and a very fair price. We are looking forward to working with him on a major addition to our house in the near future.
