I would highly recommend Dave. Efficient and dependable. Despite having to deal with the city on the type of work for the permit, he was able to explain to the work in detail and the work commenced on approval. Quality work with exceptional customer service. I will definitely use Dave for any future work my home needs. Before Photo (Old rotting white pillars). After Photo (New Cedar natural wood stained). In love with the new look!

We have utilized DJD Designed Construction for numerous projects over the past 5 years and always been pleased with the workmanship, the precision, the design and the price. Dave is an artist and has helped us design various upgrades to our home. My personal favorite is the built in shelving unit he customized for our basement. The compliments that we have received are almost as many the the dollars we saved by hiring DJD. In addition to doing new design, he has repaired damaged areas such as replacing all the trim around our garage doors which made a great difference. My wife and Dave have collaborated on a number of ideas and Dave has always delivered. I highly recommend him!

Dave was amazing to work with! I have to say most construction people I’ve worked with are very uncommunicative. Dave was awesome at communicating with me when my project could start and keeping me up-to-date which I so appreciate. Not to mention, his quality of work is superb!. Building shelves in my garage doesnt seem like a big deal but this girl who likes to be organized is very excited to get things in place! He went above and beyond and i can’t wait for the next project, knowing I’ll be in good hands!

He also built us a customized shelf that I didnt think was even possible to get done. A few years later I had him back out to build a large deck.
